I have been a customer here for two years. Phillip Carter is completely honest and reliable. I have been living in the Raleigh area my entire life and have been to many other mechanics but I will continue to bring all of my vehicles here and get all recommend services without question. The prices are fair and the quality of work done by my master mechanic Ben is the best I have ever experienced. Really what more can you ask for than integrity, fair prices and high quality skilled work.

Sebastian was very welcoming on a cold NC morning and he brewed some coffee and let me inside the office before the official opening time! These guys took care of my headlights issue and stabilizer track all within a reasonable pricing range. I left NC knowing why I still miss this great State years later. My car drove very well over 700 miles back home. Thank you guys for your professionalism! Any more car issues and I will be heading back to you for repairs!

The waiting room is comfortable and nicely appointed, creating a pleasant atmosphere while waiting for vehicle service. I've only had good experiences here. Friendly and honest service, reasonable prices. Coupons sometimes on their website. Across the street from Real McCoy's if you're hungry while you wait :)

Precision tune in Wake Forest on Roger road. Phil and Sebastian and all the techs are awesome guys. I like going to them because they do all my car repairs. My inspections oil changes everything that I need done. And they get you done, they are fair with you. It s not always about the Brand. The mechanics and front desk support here are why most of us are still able to get back to work. Just today, A Saturday when no one else could get it done, I came in with tears knowing if I can t get my car up and running today that I was going to lose my Job that I dropped everything to get, this Job means I could feed them and without the car I had no options. Phil, Sebastian, and Phil s only other mechanic there that day ( I believe Ben) there had over 2 dozen cars to work on. Phil came up to me, listen I can get this done today, no worries I know you ve been loyal to us, I can get this done. I had a car that I knew wouldn t make it another mile when I brought it in and he was able to pull my car together in a matter of a few hours, after handling some priority customers, and made absolute sure that I could make it to the next time I could see him for my tune up. If this man can treat me with respect, a nobody who barely has connections, we need to give this man some respect and understand he s doing more than his best with smile on his face to help somebody and everyone that comes into his shop. This isn t even mentioning his tenacious support Representative Sebastian. I ve heard some of the conversations customers bring and Sebastian pushes through and takes it. He doesn t break spirit working with these folks that have no respect for these ESSENTIAL workers. I said it already, these men deserve the highest level of respect for their work especially their ethical business practice in handling their service. Where most people charge you and expect you to pay them again when they make a mistake, these guys take honesty and integrity to another Level. I have been enjoying all there services from the last number of years lately I got disappointed tehy make me spend about 700 hundred for engine light job is still not doneBring my car back home still engine lights on because they come up with some more issue.they did convince me to trust them any longer.

My experience with Precision Tune Auto Care of Wake Forest was great. I brought my vehicle in to have an alignment done and Sebastian at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The place is clean and fairly spacious. There was no wait when I came in and they were able to bring my vehicle in immediately as soon as I checked in. I did call ahead of time before coming in to make sure they weren't too busy, which I'm sure made a difference. Overall, I would suggest this place for quick services on your vehicle based on the experience I received.

This is the best mechanic in Wake Forest and surrounding areas hands down. Managers Jacob and Phil are by far the best I have encountered living in many states. The shop is run very well and they are always looking out for the customer. Anyone looking for a trustworthy, fair, and honest mechanic should look here first before anywhere else. The staff is friendly, helpful & honest. They removed a screw lodged in tire which I thought had caused damage. They informed me there was no damage, checked the other tires, added air and caps. I wasn t charged, left feeling relieved & happy. I ll definitely return in future when needed.

Absolute master mechanics. Both Phil and Rich worked together on my fuel pump replacement. Spent ~ 2 hours troubleshooting with a bolt that wouldn t go back on but they were able to use an electric saw to fix/improvise it and get me back on the road as promised. Sebastian at the front desk was also great.Would definitely recommend them for any major labor jobs.

BLUF: Left my car for 24+ hours for an oil change and it never got done.Dropped my car here for an oil change around 10:30am and they said it would be ready later that day. No problem.I call at 4pm (2 hrs before they close) to see what the status is and they said it would be done before they close and to expect a 6pm pick up. No problem.I get a call back from them at 5pm saying they won't get to it tonight and it'll be done first thing in the morning. No problem.I don't hear anything for a couple hours the next morning so I call to see what's up. They said it would be done in 45 minutes. I'm starting to have my doubts....I show up to the shop 45 minutes later and see my car still hasn't moved from where I left it. THEN they said they were about to pull it in, give them less than 50 minutes.Took the key and left. Don't promise something if you can't back it up. It's a huge inconvenience for people. At the very least, apologize and see if there's anything that can be done to keep a customer's business. Now I'm on the hunt for a place that values their customers and doesn't see them as an inconvenience.

Been coming here for years for various car maintenance issues. They're always upfront with what the issue is. Always good, open, honest communication. Staff is very friendly. Prices reasonable. Special shout out to Jacob, who's always been really cool and helpful. Highly recommend.

My only beef with this location is that the waiting room constantly goes from blasting cold air to no air, an odd fluctuation, and you can't sit outside bc of the heat and ant issue. No complaints about the service or lack of professionalism.

Pulled in 5 minutes before closing with a flat tire. They took a look, plugged it, and had me out the door in 15 minutes. Definitely made a crumby situation better with how awesome they were in the circumstances!

I spent 1,600$ here for front end repair of front axles and suspension! When I picked it up it was still making a popping noise, I took it back. I was informed some bolts weren t tightened properly!! It s still under warranty for the work done, I have had to take my car to another mechanic to have the popping diagnosed.. I m told the main bolts in my frame are not screwed in all the way!!! HOW ?? WHO DOES THIS?! I m so angry!! My engine can fall out while I m driving my kids down the road! You can bet the wake forest location will be hearing from me TODAY!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Vehicle safety inspection

Ive changed my oil there recently and after i came back home i noticed that the oil is leaking. I came back there to resolve the issue and i was told that there is no issue. I showed them pics of my messed garage.floor with oil and they said that they are not responsible for that. This location is very clean, friendly and fast. They did 2 of my vehicle's state inspection within few hours. Of course I didn't sit and wait; dropped off one and once that was completed I dropped off second one. Technical was very informative of when one vehicle will be ready so I could drop the second one.Will return to this location for future business.

Very happy with my service here! Called around 9am got a quick estimate on a brake job, showed up at 11 and the place was packed. Dropped off the car and got a call about 2 hours later letting me know it was done. Very quick, very welcoming decor and clean establishment. Will definitely be back, Al and I believe Patrick was the other gentleman, were very nice and helpful!

Extremely pleased with how I was helped at Precision. Phil, Jacob, and Sebastian gave top notch customer service and kept me informed every step of the way. You can tell these guys care about what they do and the service they provide. Wish I found them sooner!

I saved a project car from the junkyard. Did all the work myself, got it running and was enjoying the reward. Cut off on me going down the road, so I spent the next 2 months trying to figure out what happened. I couldn't figure it out so I brought it to a local shop, they wouldn't mess with it "can't afford to take up a bay with it" is what they told me after their inspection. Paid a mobile mechanic to try his luck. He's a 20 yr experience, and he couldn't figure it out and left after 6 hrs.Got it to precision tune as a last resort before I gave up. Took them a while, but eventually their master tech figured out the problem and fixed it. Could have easily told me the car was junk and to get rid of it. But they kept trying things and eventually figured it out. Persistence paid off and now I'm back to driving my car that I saved from the wrecker. They even worked with me on the price of labor and parts. Never bringing my car(s) anywhere else. Thanks for not giving up on my car.Service: Auto engine tuning
