They are the absolute BEST of the best!!!!!!!! I was seriously scared out of my mind after I left work because my brakes ended up scrubbing metal on metal and those at NTB stayed after closing time to get my brakes changed (and then some) so I could make it home safe.... even though they did not have to!! I recommend everyone come here anytime they need work done on their car! Thanks for saving my life guys....and gal ;-) You are the best!!!!!

The day I went in was tough one! I had a flat on one tire and then a screw in the side wall of another! I had an important appointment for my health and DAUNTE the store manager was so kind! He was fast and efficient and honest! He made sure my tire was on so I could make my appointment! The customer service is excellent and they are jonest and reliable! I cannot be more grateful for kind people and this location is full of them!

Really can t say enough good things about this place! Took my truck in for a serious suspension issue and some brake work. They identified the problem, physically showed me, and fixed everything like new. Dante and his team do an excellent job here. I am happy to have found a trusted and reliable shop to take my vehicles for future work.

Scarlett was very personable and informative! I noticed that she recognized repeat customer s and acknowledged them immediately with a welcoming smile and greeting.Though I did not get services here her hospitality has made me put NTB o the top of my list for my next services!

My wife stopped in at the Wake Forest location for the 1st time today after not passing inspection. Scarlett got her checked in and Scott got my wife s parking light installed immediately. Fabulous customer service! We would highly recommend NTB!

The store manger is very polite and was very understanding. I walked in at 8:00 and was out the door before 9:30. Much faster then anyone else I have ever went too

Due to a slow leak, I went to have my tire checked out. The level of service I received was truly impressive. My options were shared with clarity which allowed me to make a good decision. I highly recommend NTB on Wake Forest Road for future services.

Over all Iv had fairly decent experiences with these guys over the years. But this last trip I didn t recognize the employees, I was told my brake pads had 10% life left and my rotors are warped. When I said they only had 10k miles on them they walked me out to the shop, was obvious the pads had plenty of life. They also told me there was a TSB on the truck for my brake line brackets, saying if they were too tight my pads/rotors would wear out faster due to lack of brake fluid. In all my years as a dealership tech I never heard of any such thing.Took over 4 hours to rotate, balance two tires and do an alignment. Plus steering wheel was crooked, as a former alignment tech yeah it happens. But that s why you test drive a vehicle afterward. Which they didn t do even on the second try knowing I had complained. I m not very impressed and probably won t be returning.

Dropped off a wheel/tire with a bad valve stem. When I came back by to pick it up, they didn t even charge me. Great customer service, quick, and friendly

I ve been to NTB several times within the last year for oil changes, tire pressure adjustments, and filter replacements.Dante and his team always provide exceptional and professional customer service. I recommend them to anyone looking for any vehicle service needs!

I was just visiting for the weekend and I needed a quick oil change and boy .what an amazing place I was greeted by the assistant manager which explained everything that needed to be done the entire staff did such a wonderful job..,very neat and clean. Highly recommended doing service again.

I started coming to the NTB on Main Street in Wake Forest because the service is better and more professional and friendly than the dealership that I was taking my car to for service. It s a nice atmosphere and I never mind it if there is a bit of a wait because the people are friendly. Also, they are helpful in knowing if there is a special or deal going on that they can apply to your service ticket. Great place!

Bad experience. They did a front end alignment and then when I drove it, the steering wheel is crooked all the time. This is a very poorly run location. Only one mechanic on duty for an entire building. Understaffed severely. Apparently they did not straighten the steering wheel then align the tires. Not happy with the work performed.

Went for an oil change and tire rotation 2 days ago, with tire repair of my drivers side rear tire that had a slow leak. Today woke up to flat tire drivers rear guess what tire was still there the one that was there prior. You did NOT rotate my tires. You sure did try to push new tires on me though even though I do not need them yet and did not repair the leak as it lasted 2 days. So fyi avoid this place they lie to you and do not do what you ask.
