Our experience with Mavis Tires was great! We came in for a sudden tire patch for our truck and they were able to get us in and out within an hour. The staff was also super friendly. Definitely recommend them!

Eddie and his staff were so helpful! I came in with a leaky tire, and come to find out they were wearing low and the inside was showing wire! They were able to work with my budget and get me a new set and alignment for a fair price! They got me in and out in a timely manner due to the situation. Thanks Mavis!

Great and fast service and was able to pickup my SUV later the same day. Even ended up with a bit of a refund. Beautiful new shop.

Service I received here was top notch. The staff was friendly and I was able to get my wife a brand new set of tires. I believe the manager name was Ed or Eddie but he was very helpful throughout the entire process. Everyone customer service skills were excellent. We will definitely be back!!!

Came in with only 20 minutes until closing because I had a nail in my tire, and they were still extremely thorough and informative. Kept me updated the whole time and got it done quickly. One of the best experiences I have had at a repair shop.

First time at Mavis. Had my tires replaced and brake pads replaced. Cannot be happier. Service was excellent. No waiting. A job well done! I will be bringing my second car in the very near future.

Mavis customer since 2017. Honestly Eddie, Chris and the rest of the staff are phenomenal. Not a lot of repair shops I go to where everyone is friendly and constructively informative like these guys are. I love also they offer a variety of tires as well.

Went to this location Saturday AM for a tire rotation. I met the manager Eddie and employees Johnny and Chris.Everyone was so polite and professional. I was in and out in 30 minWaiting room was clean and I was able to connect to WiFi to get some work done.Thanks for the job well done !

I took my car to Mavis after finding a tire flat. They inspected it with zero wait time, and found 2 sharp objects in one tire and a tiny spec of glass that had punctured the other. They were 100% honest and told me the 2 sharp objects hadn t gone through the tire so there was nothing for them to patch, and for the other tire they highly recommended me not buying new tires, and said with a patch this tread will last you another 6 months. It was such a breath of fresh air to deal with a shop that didn t try to sell me on anything, didn t tell me my fluids were not correct, and were fast and to the point. (I maintain my vehicle and check it regularly) so there was nothing for them to sell me. They patched my tire and took out the sharp objects before they could go through the other tire for only $44. For the price and service I was blown away. Will only be taking my car to Mavis from now on.

Attention!! Read the fine print! My daughter got an oil change and tire rotation yesterday. About five minuets after she left, she got a phone call from the "manager" letting her know that she needs to return to get the lug nuts checked before she drives 25 miles. WHAT!! She called me in a panic because she was on her way to Tennessee and now was afraid that something would happen. I have never heard of such a thing!!!! When I called them and spoke with the "manager" he said that yes, it is company policy that everyone who gets a tire rotation needs to return to check the lug nuts.

Right before closing time on the holiday weekend I came in for a leaking tire. Mavis in Wake Forest was able to handle a quick patch and at an affordable price. This site has a nice waiting room too.

This place is a hidden gem!! Fast and seamless service. The mechanics are knowledgeable and honest. I knew that I had an issue with my brakes and they completely explained the service that I needed. The dealership told me the exact same thing. They got me in and out for less than I expected to pay. I work from home and the GM even gave me a ride to and from the shop ( less than 3 miles). I would recommend them to everyone.

I can't describe how much I'm thankful for this business. I was new to the area for a quick trip to visit family and on the way something came under my car and almost destroyed my muffler. U would think they wouldn't help look under my car to see if anything was damage bc I wasn't getting my tires redone but they went over and behind to help me. I'm internally thankful to them. They are real and genuine and someone I will trust with my car when I move here soon.

I called Friday with questions about tires and the employee was nice, helpful and they were able to work me in at the time I needed the next morning. When I arrived I was immediately greeted and everyone there was super friendly and professional. I priced out tires at other places around the area and Mavis had the best price for the tires I wanted. Highly recommend!
