So grateful for all the guys tonight went above and beyond to help us with 6 new trailer tires. Drove to get some of the tires from another store, worked hard and fast and stayed late to finish. Friendly and very customer-service oriented. Highy recommend! Thanks again!

Just Tires in Wake Forest.... Outstanding customer service! Dave was professional and courteous. He took time to explain what was needed for my tires. I did not purchase the tires at Just Tires but I certainly will when I need new ones. Dave explained every part of the process, what was needed and why it was needed. The price I paid for a rotation and balance was very reasonable. The alignment check was no cost. There is a great deal with Just Tires if an alignment is needed... For a 3 year free alignment with the purchase of an alignment. I'll be back for that when warranted. We had bought tires from Just Tires in Wake Forest for our Ford Edge and we had already been pleased with the customer professional service and value. Dave went over and above today. I'm an extremely satisfied customer.

Stand up business. No gimmicks or catchy logos just honest good service. Staff is very knowledgeable and down to earth. After dealing with "polite scammers" I can appreciate a quality business with quality service.I also referred my family and my family received same outstanding service. A hearty thank you to the "Just Tires" and so much more staff.

Getting our cars' tires, oil change, etc. at this store for twenty years or so. Excellent service all the time. Great prices. Takes care of their customers and stand by their word.

I mean the work they do is good. But it just takes SO long. 90 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous. And I was the first appointment of the day. Don t know if they are short staffed or they overbook their appointments .but bring a book or just drop it off.

My experience at the Just Tires located off US1 and Wake Forest was amazing. I just left from downtown Youngsville to go to the grocery store. I could hear the clicking on my tire as the wheel rotated slowly. When I stopped at the grocery store, observed that there was a large screw in my tire. At that time it was about 6:30. I decided to take a chance to see if I can get my tire plugged. Even though it was the end of the day and the mechanics were wrapping up their final work, the manager got me in so that I could get this tire plugged.The manager there, I think his name was William was professional and courteous. The work was done in a prompt manner, so I was allowed time to go do my shopping. Shopping. I have so thankful that these guys were able to help me out.

We were visiting from out of town and discovered a flat tire due to a nail the evening before we were to travel home. I called Just Tires in Wake Forrest to see if they could plug the tire for us. We needed to get enough air in it to drive it and arrive before they closed. Seth told me if we had trouble getting there just before 7 to call him and they would wait for us. We were able to get there and they fixed the tire allowing us to leave in the am as planned. Thank you so much for going above and beyond for us in a stressful situation.

So happy to find this place... I had a nail in one of my tires... it was 6pm and my husband called several places and couldn't take us in tonight... told my husband to call Just Tires after reading great reviews and they were kind enough to take us in tonight ... they were able to fix my tire and were professional and accommodating... thank you Just Tires!!!

This particular location is great! Mike is the man! I had made an appointment online to get a new set of tires, but apparently had picked the wrong size. I dropped the car off and he called me up, got me the right size tire, and got me a ton of money in rebates! He made sure I understood everything every step of the way. Zero surprises. It seemed like he genuinely was looking out for my best interest, not just trying to make a sale. 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone needing any kind of car work done. Its hard to find trustworthy mechanics. I had gone to a different just tires location and the employees were rude and didn't seem like they even wanted to be there. This location on capital blvd in wake forest is the absolute best!

People listen Just Tires in Wake Forest is above and beyond quality work! Starting from the front desk to the crew in the back, they treated me better than any business that I ve ever been involved with! Their patients and work was great even with at least 10 plus customers in the lobby. I will always bring my vehicles here and advise anyone else to do the same!

These guys do awesome work at very fair pricing! Ken (Mgr), Mike (Asst Mgr) & Stevie (Shop Mgr) did a great job replacing the tires on my Tesla. Stevie treated the car with amazing care, like it was one of his kids. I highly recommend them!!!!

Excellent, professional, courteous staff members. I did not have an appointment but they helped me out when I pulled the engine cover off from parking too close to a block. Even though it was close to 5pm, they replaced the part and had me on my way in no time.

Dave and other staff are great. Both helpful and knowledgable.Open later than most, good prices, state inspector actually stays until close instead of going home early.

They installed my new tires- arrived back home and had 0 hubcaps left?!?!??!?!?!?!??!?! Horrible- horrible service, especially for the price I paid!Called on the phone to check availability- the person who picked up was very kind and helpful. Ended up coming in around 4PM and the person I spoke to wasn't there anymore. From the moment I walked in nobody was aware of my phone call- customer service was bad; they gave an attitude to a good amount of customers and they were quite pricey. $200 to get 4 of my own (walk in) tires put on.Either or; during the whole process I remained friendly and calm and despite knowing it was quite pricey I trusted them to correctly replace my tires. Now I am hubcapless.

Great experience!! I needed a set of tires and arrived at the store an hour before closing with no appt. Justin Weppelman and his team got me in and out of the door within an hour. Great customer service and awesome products/work ethic! Would highly recommend checking out Just Tires in Wake Forest right off of US-1.

The people who work here always treat me very well. I have been coming here for years and have dealt with several different folks here. They are always very nice and friendly and polite and patient, taking the time to answer my questions and explain everything. They will show me the problem and give me estimates (both time and cost), and their prices are fair. I have never had to wait longer than I thought was reasonable, or pay more than I expected. I highly recommend this shop.

I stopped by today to get a state inspection and had a great experience. I had taken my car to a different shop a couple of days prior and they failed me saying my tint was 15% when it actually is 39%. The inspector dropped what he was doing to double check my tint prior to checking me in. I really appreciated that since they were trying to keep me from wasting time and money if I was wrong. He even tested his tool in front of me before checking my window so I was aware the reading would be accurate. The workers were very friendly the entire time and were able to get me in and out pretty quickly. This is definitely a great shop.

What an amazing service I just had at Just Tires - I went to get my truck serviced for 1 tire, and they found a pinhole leak in another tire that I didn t even know was there. I care a lot for my truck, so I m thankful that they could find that, and let me know, before my tire blew up. Much appreciative to Ken and his crew back there. Had me in and out in just under an hour! Got an alignment check, 2 tires and amazing service! Will definitely be coming back here in the future!

Wow! These guys saved my life(maybe literally)! Leaving work my tire went completely flat! I was able to coast in and be helped immediately! Dave greeted me with a smile, walked me through the process and gave me the best recommendation for my other tires! I even got to have some fun conversations with others at the office, including sharing some yummy candy! Haha! Great people with a heart of gold, this is the place to go for great service, great deals and great tires!

I had been having an issue with my tire pressure leaking out over a couple days time. I took it to several places and they would say we can t find anything wrong. But I definitely was having to put air in my tire every other day. One place said they found the leak and fixed it. No sorry it lasted maybe 3 months. Then I was back to wasting time and money on air. I decided to just buy a tire and I stopped here. I explained everything to a nice gentleman and he said let me see what I can do. He fixed it. I am so grateful and blessed.

Last time ever using this place. Unfortunately, every time we have come here our vehicle has a new issue and they always say it s not related to the work they did. Last October we had them replace the alternator. After the install the check charge system and engine light kept going on and off randomly. We bring it back for an oil change and for them to check the lights that kept appearing and they told us alternator was fine but they would replace it again. They also stated they checked everything even the timing belt and found no issues. The following day my wife was driving with the kids and the car stopped in the middle of an intersection. Thankfully there were no accidents. We had it towed back to them, then they tell timing belt is broken and they can t do anything about it. When we questioned them about their previous assessment the day before they stated that they never actually checked the timing belt. Really frustrated with this place and I feel like they were dishonest with what they did or didn t do. I will be taking my car elsewhere to find out what happened and why it happened.

I had enough with Discount Tires. Wake Forest NC, After 17 years. I had enough The Customer Service sucked donkey dxxx. I arrived at Just Tires, with how can I help you mamm, from Service man Dave. He offered me cold water & pampered me as the lady that I am.i felt relieved after he told me what options I had. I love Just Tires. Called to schedule an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told that the next day, in particular my preferred time was available. The term wide open was used. We dropped our car off before the appointed time and were told it should be ready in two hours. Showed up two and a half hours later and our car had not even been started yet. The excuses began to flow. Had this been the only, or first, time this had happened we d most likely just let it go. In this case it is the third and LAST. Never again.

I ve worked with Ken several times now and he s absolutely fantastic. A great guy, professional, honest, and offers some of the best customer service you ll find in the industry.We shopped around tires for weeks at multiple locations and no one could beat the customer service and pricing that this location offered. Ken coordinated everything so that I could get in and out with ease, accommodating my busy schedule every step of the way. I will recommend Ken and the whole team at Just Tires wake forest to everyone I know.Love my new tires, thanks Ken!

I brought my car in for an inspection without an appointment. Even though they were busy, they were able to take care of my car and get me in and out real fast. Ken and his team are great. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle to Just Tires.
