My 2018 Tucson was towed into this shop needing a new transmission. Trying to get information on the repair was very difficult until a very professional and helpful person by the name of Faith answered the phone. Faith went out of her way to help me and was very kind and patient. Thank you for the great customer service Faith!

I scheduled for service to have a recall attended to in addition to some pricing. Scheduling was great with a confirmation via text immediately afterward. I dropped my vehicle off the evening before the service was to be completed. The service guy who assisted me was great. The day of the service we were supposed to receive a call from Nathan for an update. We did not receive a call. We called him and he said that he had been busy, but went on to explain the pricing of the requested services. He then said that our vehicle would be done by noon. We heard nothing from Nathan. It was 3:00pm. I went to Johnson Hyundai. There was a service guy to assist me. I explained the situation. He checked on my vehicle and informed Nathan that I was there to pick up my vehicle. Nathan finally came around after about 10-15 minutes. I was first in line. He attended to 2 other customers behind me. He made NO eye contact. He did not explain what happened, however his coworker did. I asked Nathan for the summary from putting my vehicle on the diagnostic machine. He said that he couldn t as he had already closed out my ticket, but he would write it on my receipt. He missed writing several items that he initially said was on the summary. Finally he decided to walk me out to my vehicle, still no eye contact. We get outside of the building, he pushes the fob button nothing. He turns to me and asks me what color is my vehicle. I told him black. My vehicle was STILL inside the garage/bay. This was the WORST service EVER. The exceptions were the 2 gentlemen who assisted me when dropping my vehicle off and assisting me when Nathan was nowhere to do his job.

I purchased a new vehicle from Johnson Hyundai of Wake Forest. The experience was very pleasant. Martin the salesperson kept me up to date on everything that was going on with my order and explained the process very clearly.The. At was delivered as promised and the closing experience was very pleasant. I was offered a few add-on services like warranties as I would expect but never felt that there was any pressure or hard selling on those.I fully expect to return here for service and for a future purchase.

A wiring harness had to be replaced because U-Haul damaged it while they were installing a trailer hitch. Both Matt the service manager and Patrick the technician were fantastic to work with. This was important because I needed to document everything for U-Haul to get paid from their insurance company. They kept me up to speed with looking at the damage and taking pictures that I needed for the records. I m glad this is my local dealership In my area as I liked working with them. I also had the pleasure of meeting Zach in parts and found him to be quite knowledgeable and easy to converse with. I was going to have Hyundai install the hitch but at almost double the price it wasn t an option. I will be back whenever my car needs service or repair.Service: Electrical

This was my first time going to the Johnson Hyundai of Wake Forest service department. Arrived for first available appointment at 8am and was told it would be about 1 and a half hours. It took 2 and a half hours. Was quoted $140 for oil change and tire rotation. Got the bill and it was $180! Service agent said they needed to use special synthetic oil. Would have appreciated knowing it was going to be $40 more than the original quote before getting the bill and/or having the work done. Service manager brought the price back down to $140 and said he d look into the additional cost. Honestly, with having to wait an hour longer than quoted and the issue of pricing, if the service manager really wanted to keep my business, it would have been nice to feel like I was really compensated for my time and concerns. Oh, and I forgot to mention when I first arrived I asked the gentleman checking my car in to please be careful and not scratch my wheels as I ve had to deal with that in the past. The gentleman proceeded to feed me a bunch of excuses about how he couldn t guarantee my wheels wouldn t get scratched. He said, Well, if there s dirt on the wheels that can cause scratches. My response a simple microfiber towel and the world's smallest amount of elbow grease could prevent that. But hey, as the customer, what do I know? Had a recall on my tucson. I arrived early (35 minutes) but they took me then. Quoted me a time and were done before end of. Very nice employees! They said I had another recall- took care of that as well. There were even refreshments while I waited. Wonderful experience!!

Kirby was amazing in every aspect. So much so we ended up buying two cars from him. I won't call him a salesman as he wasn't pushy or constantly trying to upsell. He listened to our needs and worked with us to make our buying experience painless. Everyone was awesome including the managers and Darrion in finance. He really helped us out in getting our warranty and patiently explaining every option. Also, the entire dealership strongly supports veterans in a way you just don't see anymore.

Teresa at the front door was very helpful. She was helping the service dept. along with greeting & directing customers, answering calls. Very valuable lady. I purchased my vehicle here, and the staff was very accommodating. Carlos did a great job at keeping me up to date with the timing of my cars' arrival and answering my questions. My experience was fair. Never got quoted a final price before doing repairs. Price was elevated above expectations. The quality of work so far seems to be good. I was treated well and service was good. Buying a new car with Johnson-Hyundai of Wake Forest was a WONDERFUL experience. I drove over 2 hours to buy my car from this dealership simply because of their level of customer care. Phillip was the best! He got me a great deal and was so easy to communicate with. John was also stellar and offered the best service from the moment I arrived. And James worked hard to get me a great percentage rate and payment, which turned out to be LOWER than what I expected. From start to finish it was 5 star service all around! I can t recommend them enough!!

Came in due to a recall notice. Didn t realize it was for a prior car. They went ahead and completed a different recall repair but never spoke to me about the change in plans until after the work was completed. First time going here. New Hyundai Palisade went for oil change, tire rotation, ect. Had a 9:30 am appointment left the dealership at 11:30am a bit too long for routine maintenance to me. Also didn't fill the fluids. I will try them again since I have free services thru Hyundai. Maybe next time will be better.

Last week I had three cars serviced, they were kind enough to schedule my appointments so that I could drop off a car off and pick up another, very convenient. Customer Service is outstanding my appointment was not until 9 am . I got there at 8 am. They told me no problem took care of me immediately got me into courtesy vehicle and sent me on my way. Issue with my car was their fault no problem no arguments just happy to serve me. This is the BEST DEALERSHIP EVER. THANK YOU SO MUCH BRANDON

Horrible visit. I came in due to my check engine light being on. I paid $ 161 for them to do a diagnostic. I was told it was my 02 sensor. I declined to have it replaced. As I get down the road around 12pm my battery light is flashing on and off. I call back and I am told to bring it back. I get there and WAIT another hr for them to come back and tell me they don't know what is wrong ! they have to do more diagnostic at no cost to me. More diagnostic . I just paid you $161 to tell me if there was any issues with my car and now you need more time to see what issue you all caused. Well this time it is almost 2:00pm I had been there since 9:30. I have to go! Meanwhile my diagnostic sheet reflects my batter is GOOD no issues but now it is flashing. I requested to bring my car back for them to look at but I decided against it as the customer service is poor and if they caused an issue the first time who is to say what other issues would arise the second time. A very poor experience.

Performed my first service (oil change and tire rotation). The mileage to go til the next service was not set to zero so it reads -174 miles. I found the service at Johnson's Hyundai of Wake Forest to be great. Upon hearing a creeking sound coming from the rear of the vehicle, I called and scheduled an appointment. After taking in the vehicle, I received prompt attention. The vehicle was thoroughly checked. I no longer hear the sound and am waiting on the call for my next appointment. While waiting I was even treated to pizza . I am happy I chose to do business with Johnson's Hyundai of Wake Forest
