VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE! When our local dealer wouldn t locate or trade for the AWD vehicle we wanted, we went online and located one over 3 hours away from our hometown, and reached out to them. Our Salesperson, Mina, was Fantastic! He was responsive, respectful, and understanding of what was important of what we were looking for. We agreed upon terms over the phone prior to us making the trip, and when we got there, the vehicle was cleaned and ready for us to view before purchasing. We had been clear and straightforward prior to our arrival, and they were as well on their end and never tried playing any type of games you often hear of other dealers doing. I would like to thank the Sales manager who handled our transaction, James, and the Finance Manager, Mike, for mirroring All of the above and being a pleasure to work with! These three men are a true asset to your dealership, and a great example to your industry. Would highly recommend Johnson Hyundai of Wake Forest, and wouldn t hesitate to make the drive again for a future purchase!

The service and honesty of the team was excellent and far superior from any other dealership that I have ever worked with. I came from West Virginia to pick up one of the only Kona EV SE's in the region and there's plenty of room for changing things up for the customer once you get to the dealership, which was top on my mind. The process was handled as quickly and efficiently as possible, with my time constraints also in mind. This dealership has earned my trust and I'm now a strong customer and will keep that in mind for my future vehicles. Thank you again to the whole Team. From start to finish, Johnson Hyundai delivers! Stopped on a whim to explore the new 2024 Sante Fe with my wife and 4 year old. John Hunter was very egar to help us out. He was very professional and polite, a great employee for our experience! The entire staff was amazing! They were all helpful in keeping my daughter happy! She had snacks from their showroom and we shared a soda together through the purchasing process. Phill Guins, the sales manager was also very amazing to work with, he was just as polite and professional as John was! All in all, a wonderful experience and a home run of a day that ended with a brand new car! We will always be back the Johnson Hyundai because of their supreme custom service and great deals! Thanks Philly and John! Emily has super sweet and helped make my daughter happy by supplying her with some stickers! I'm pretty sure most parents would agree with me on this statement..... Make my kids happy and that means the world to us! Thanks Emily!

I am 82 years old. I have bought cars every five years for most of my life. This buying experience was the most pleasant and easiest and best experience I have ever had buying a Car. Highly recommend Johnson Hyundai . I recommend John and Mike as being over and Beyond my expectations. If you come in and are looking for the best salesman there ever was, ask for John Hunter. He s the best!

This has been the best car buying experience ever! I ve been blessed to have some good experiences with my various car purchases however, the entire team went above and beyond the call of order to make sure that I was able to get the exact car I wanted with the terms that worked for me.I am grateful and thankful. I already have several people that I know will be contacting the dealership based on my excellent testimony.Martin, Kirby, and Alex made this a no sweat experience. I went to Johnson Hyundai of Wake Forest to have my engine replaced in my Santa Fe as part of the huge recall. I chose this location due to the great Google reviews and they were not wrong! Granted if you understand the red tape of working through warranty programs and with recalls - you understand that timely response is not always going to be easy when you're having to justify on the side of the customer but that is exactly what the team over there does and they put the best interest of the customer first and foremost and are willing to stick their neck out with Corporate to best serve their customers. Lakeisha and Brandon are the best out there and I greatly appreciate all that they did for me during that process. Thank you team!

I found the car we were after online and it happened to be 2.5 hours away at Johnson Hyundai of Wale Forest. I started the process online and was able to drive down with my wife and get in and out relatively seamlessly. Carlos and Phil were very easy to work with.

I can't recommend this place enough. Great people to work with! I never felt pushed or pressured in any way to buy the car. Carlos was so knowledgeable about each vehicle we looked at. James and Kirby answered all of our questions and was very up front about the financing process. No back and forth at all. The perfect car buying experience at Johnson Hyundai of Wake Forest. If you want a new Hyundai or a used vehicle give them the opportunity to earn your business.

I highly recommend Johnson Hyundai of Wake Forest! I had a wonderful experience. The dealership has a very warm, personable vibe compared to some of the other dealerships I went to throughout the car buying process. Tony was my sales representative and I m so grateful I got to work with him! He did a great job listening to what type of car I was looking for within my budget. Mike helped with the financing. I was able to get a competitive rate and he made the process quick and easy. The sales manager James checked in to make sure each aspect of the process went smoothly.

I have only had to deal with service center here. The service mechanics do a very good job here. I have not had an issue yet.I did have a communication issue once but it was addressed quickly and never had another problem.I will continue using them for services on my vehicle.Oh they are going to build a new building so they can leave this small one behind.

Fantastic experience with the Johnson Hyundai of Wake Forest Service Department. They got my car in quickly, noticed an additional issue right away and informed me that they could take car of it on the same visit. A part had to be ordered for the original issue. Once the part was in I brought the car in and was serviced right away. During my wait, I was offered a beverage and snacks. Overall the staff was professional and personable. My service contact (Nathan) was great! Highly recommend this location for any Hyundai service needs. True Customer Service!

I would give the rating a 0 if possible. I am seeking the owners contact information after my experience there today.My vehicles coolant cap was left off during service causing my vehicle to overheat and I am sure causing severe engine damage.My practically brand new vehicle is now ruined thanks to Johnson Hyundai of Wake Forest!

Martin is an awesome salesman. He was extremely patient when I kept changing my mind about which car I wanted to test drive. Communication was excellent. Also highly recommend Darrion. He thoroughly explained the various post warranty coverage options and had my best interests in mind. This dealership is fantastic. Buying a car was a pleasure for a nice change.

I purchased my 2021 Hyundai Palisade from Johnson Hyundai of Wake Forest and I love it. My service tech Brandon is the absolute best. He makes sure I know when to bring my car back for service. It is very helpful that Brandon is knowledgeable of all the features for the make and model of my car. When Brandon is not available I can always depend on Louis to step in and help me TEAM work makes the DREAM work. Thank you Brandon for always providing me with great customer service.

Worst dealership I ve ever dealt with. Turned my car in for service and was given the run-around the entire time. Couldn t even find my car on the lot for multiple days and was charged $180 for diagnostics but didn t fix anything just told me car is modified so can t touch it. Never heard of a dealership refused service on a vehicle they literally sell on the lot! Refused to let me speak to a tech or someone more knowledgeable than the front desk person with no mechanical experience. Tried to set up a time to pick up my car since I m from out of state and was either lied to about service hours or employee hung up on me.

I had a mixed experience with Johnson Hyundai of Wake Forest. The people were nice and helpful, but while my car was with them for over two weeks I was really disappointed in the lack of communication on their part in when my car would be done. Also, when I picked up my car it wasn t washed or vacuumed, which I didn t care for and now the bottom of my steering wheel looks like it s peeling, which wasn t happening before I dropped it off. Overall good service, but just a few things they could improve on.

My car had a recall & I just moved to the area...they took me right in & fix my car NO QUESTIONS asked. Made me safe about driving my car again. Plan on getting another car from them. Unlike the Durham dealership these people were respectful & went over EVERYTHING with me. Thank you all so much!!!

The service department at Johnson Hyundai of Wake Forest was absolutely horrible on my last visit. I had to have my Hyundai Sonata Hybrid towed in for the third time because the "pull over safely and do not drive" light came on. They had my car for over two weeks and I was never contacted by the service consultant except one time when I called and asked the woman who answered the phone to go physically tell him to call me back as soon as he was done with the guest he was talking to. He did call me then but that was days after the diagnostic was ran. He said an oil change would fix the issue so I waited several more days for a simple oil change and wouldn't have gotten done then (over two weeks later) except that I threw a fit because it had been so long. The service manager said he would make sure it got finished that day, he would test drive it and I could pick it up mid afternoon. I called him at 4:45 but had to leave a voicemail because he wasn't answering his phone. I got a TEXT Message a few minutes later telling me "the tech forgot to do it". I called back and threw another fit to get it done that day. When it was done, the service manager couldn't even be bothered to call, I just got text messages. When I did go pick it up, the service department wouldn't even come out to explain anything. All I got were my keys and a post it note that said "customer just needs keys". Nobody told me where my vehicle was or anything else because she didn't know. When I talked to the general manager, he was apologetic but was only able to say he would give me a free oil change because he didn't know how else to compensate me for the unacceptable experience (his words). How about paying my $150 tow bill or something like that. Having to try to borrow a car AND make it to work everyday was extremely difficult and I was never offered a loaner car.

My Hyundai 2014 with a hundred thousand miles suffered engine failure. Called Johnson Hyundai had it towed there. By the end of the day Nathan called to tell me they had approved a replacement engine. It took a few weeks to get the part and very quickly it was installed. As a retired ASE master technician I'm very impressed by the service. Nathan is a excellent service writer. And I will be returning for serving my Santa Fe

I had a great experience with Johnson Hyundai, so I can highly recommend them with all 5 well-earned stars! I came down from DC, as they had just the Ioniq 5 I was looking for, in the trim level and color. Martin Banning was a gem to work with, and gave me very fair and transparent pricing and leasing information, in marked contrast to more than one dealer in the DC area. When I arrived to pick up the car, Martin was just great explaining the features of the car, and getting me set up on several necessary apps, including Electrify America for 2 years of free charging. Darrion Underwood in the finance department was a whiz at getting all the paperwork done for leasing, titling and registration. I had a great drive back to DC including a trouble-free charging session, where I went from 23% to 84% in only 16 minutes. Wow! All in all, I love the car and Johnson Hyundai was a pleasure to work with, very much worth traveling out of state for! Thanks y all!
