I came in with my 2004 f150. Took about 15 minutes total. I've been there for this about 5 other times. Always a good job, polite, clean waiting room. Solid. I know people complain, but I've always had good service here

Absolutely not. You must steer clear of this store. I had a weird feeling when I was in there waiting for my car. That was confirmed when I got home and later could not start my car. Originally, I was told it would take 15 minutes. I waited hour to give them the benefit of the doubt. I asked when the car would be complete and asked what was the guy doing under the hood of my car because I was only there for a safety inspection. They said as a complementary service they take the filters out to show you how dirty they are, but they didn t have to do that. Why are you doing that it has nothing to do with the safety inspection. They checked us out very quickly after I asked, and we drove home. I was really thinking that my suspicions may not be real and that they did what they needed to do. Three hours later after getting home then leaving to get dinner. My car won t start. I called and the guy looked at my service and said that I only had a safety inspection and I agreed. Which is why I do not understand why my car won t start when there was nothing wrong with it before. I asked him if he would have someone come out to start my car since I am stranded. He put me on hold and then hung up on me. Giving the benefit of the doubt, hoping that he would call back the number that he just looked up and he didn t. Not only was this bad service by the people working there as I entered the building the owner pushed by me to get out the door, saying move move when we were walking into the waiting room. I actually thought he was just a rude client until I saw him in the office and found him being very rude with his staff. I should have listened to my gut, but unfortunately I didn t and I hope you will. Now I am stranded at my house.

I m really pleased with services that Technician Travis did to my SUV. He was very detailed in explaining everything to me and answered all of my questions before and after he did the work. He also credited my final amount with the company s discount program. It was a pleasure doing business with this professional young man, he s an asset to the Jiffy Lube Corporation as well as this Wake Forest location.

Highly recommend! Employees at the Wake Forest location went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the services done to my vehicle. They were all professional and speedy. A special thanks to Nickie M. for taking the time to answer all of my questions, explain my options & explain the work done to my vehicle. It was very reassuring because I know little about cars & have an older vehicle.

This was the very first time I had my car inspected outside of the dealership and I will NEVER go back to the dealership again. The team at this location was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I m glad I took a chance!

Got my lancer inspected here after the shady NC inspection shop failed me. (They said my headlight assemblies needed to be replaced, which there was nothing wrong with them).Brought it down to Jiffy and I was done in a Jiffy. Literally 1/3 of the time and a 1/3 of the price. And they aren t rude to you! Jiffy lube for the win. I referred my father in law to you guys as well and he came down yesterday for an inspection, and he said the same. Great job guys.

I inherited a car when my dad passed away. I assumed it had to pass inspection before getting it titled in NC. I took to Jiffy Lube they had always treated me well in the past. The service this time was great as it always been HOWEVER when I took the paperwork to the DMV I was shocked when told the car did not require inspection for one year! A very angry DMV employee was so angry that the inspection was done . She stated they all know it is not required but they did it anyway just for the money! Jiffy Lubes integrity just bottomed out for me. SHAME ON JIFFY LUBE

They did an excellent job. We are in and out of there in 30 minutes and the supervisor had to handle all our coupons.

Engine splash guard was not re-secured and left hanging to intermittently scrape/snag the ground. Rookie oversight that could ve caused lots of damage. Also noticed a tech vaping? Mgr offered to fix and 1/2 off next oil change. Don t think I ll use this location again .i depend on my car and have a reasonable expectation that a place that is supposed to provide car care service will do no harm to it. Saying you hold high service standards and ACTUALLY providing those standards goes hand in hand. It s otherwise gaslighting IMO.

I came on Monday and waited two hours before having to leave due to an appointment. I came back today for an oil change and again waited over two hours, while 5 other customers arrived after me and left before me. Finally received the oil change, and the cashier didn t mention anything that they recommended replacing as they normally do, and I wasn t asked about a future oil change sticker, nor did I receive one.

Quick friendly service! What I like best is they don't try to push products on me. They ask what type of oil I want and just go with it, don't try to sell me up!

Heard tapping sound when I started car to leave. Service tech checked and found the old air filter was removed but new one was not put in. Fixed immediately and discussed with tech that forgot air filter. They are extremely & respectful. The young lady in lobby is very patient and helpful as well when explaining everything.

The staff (especially Nickie and James) were courteous, professional, and reassuring. I feel much better about sending my daughter and her fianc� on a long road trip in her car now that it has been serviced at this location. This was an older car with high mileage and needed some work. I now have peace of mind. Thank you Nickie for taking such good care of us.

Yes, I had an inspection completed and was told I passed but I did not receive paperwork confirmation of passing nor does the DMV see the record of it. Something is very wrong somewhere and I already called the store once. I still need my inspection documentation sent to DMV.

If you really hate someone recommend this place to them.Went to get an oil change and state inspection and the car was leaking oil afterwards and they entered the wrong bin number on the inspection and blamed the DMV.They did reimburse a lower amount of the oil change done correctly else where but said the rest I would have to let them do again ( So they can mess it up again? No, I'm good) or spend more money getting done right elsewhere.I took it elsewhere and got it done right. What got me is the manager looked me in my eyes and shook my hand knowing he was not an honorable person and lying to my face and even though he knew he was wrong and his staff it didn't bother him at all.Wow.

My daughter took her car for an inspection, they charged her $50 for cabin air filter and $15 EACH for 4 light bulbs allegedly all burned out, which is highly improbable. I would characterize them as rip-off artists. I will never go near this place again and do not recommend.

Long wait. Busy day there. Cars were all out of order. Supervisor had to get cars moved back to get me in the proper order. Some were getting theirs done ahead of me. They had a few mins to get that sorted out.

Be careful, single ladies. They take advantage of you. I was told a bulb would be replaced and it was not. I was also told I needed a cabin air filter replacement to pass a car inspection which was not true. Prices of bulbs and cabin air filter were extremely inflated and I had no way of knowing if the prices were honest. Do not come here unless you want to be taken advantage of for not knowing much about cars.

Would give 1 star if possible, who knew an oil change could take 2.5 hours. My truck was left on the lift un attended for hours as I watched 6 other vehicles come and go, this is ridiculous

Let s begin with the service itself, bare minimal, you rarely expect the most from getting your oil changed except the basics. Oil. Oil filter. Windshield fluid top off. And possible an engine air filter when asked about the engine filter, the guy with the coldesac haircut and missing teeth blew me off as if it wasn t a big deal. Fine, no problem, the issue was the double down on disrespect when I asked him a specific question about my rims and his response was no, don t deal with that and proceeded to show my total. And on top of that, they didn t even top off my windshield wiper fluid like what? I m not asking for anything but literal bare minimum customer service and what you re supposed to do so they asked me to do a review I say, 3/10 customer service, and 5.6 vehicle service. I would recommend going here under any circumstance.

I took my car here today for a state inspection and I regret making that decision. They failed my car stating the window tint was too dark and said it read 15%. I know for a fact my tint is not illegal so I took it to a different shop immediately after and passed with no issues. The correct reading was 39%. I wouldn't bring your car here because if they can't get a simple state inspection right then they obviously won't be able to get more important work done properly.

I was in on March 7, 2024 for an oil change. The technician had motor oil on their hands and got oil all over the inside of my car, which I had to spend a lot of time cleaning. I ve seen other technicians wear gloves to change the oil and then take them off when getting back in the car. Will never go back to this location!
