I took my 2022 Dodge Charger in for there 3 coat service. Very affordable service especially for all the attention and quality service i received. Heather first got me scheduled and i was blown away with how friendly and knowledgable she was. I also me t the owners David and Lisa and they are even more knowledgeable and are very warm hardworking people. They did a great job with not only my new coating but detailing the outside of my car as well. 10/10 already have recommended to my friends and family and will continue too!

Ceramic Pro Wake Forest is the absolute best. Lisa, Heather, Dave and the entire team are definitely an Elite Dealer. Their professionalism and attention to detail is second to none. I'm one of the world's most peculiar when it comes to my car and they surpassed all expectations! Just WOW!

Lisa and her team knocked it out of the park! I ordered my maverick brand new and told the dealership not to even touch it. I drove it straight to ceramic pro and couldn t be happier. The team did an absolutely amazing job with the ceramic and the tint! For sure gonna be sending my friends and family to them for all their detailing and tint needs.

Exceptional quality and an outstanding customer service experience. Lisa, Dave, Heather, and the entire team are a pleasure to do business with. We brought our brand new 2024 Corvette Z06 directly from the Corvette factory to the HMAG/Ceramic Pro team to have the Kavaca PPF and Ceramic Pro coating applied. The PPF installation was flawless, and the Ceramic Pro coating took the factory paint color to a new level. Throughout the process Lisa and her team cared for our car as if it were their own, and Lisa's attention to detail was second to none. We will be returning again after the holidays to have the same protection applied to our 2019 C7 Corvette as well.

Lisa and her team did a fantastic job adding a ceramic coating to my car.They explained every part of the process and gave me great care instructions after they were done.They were professional, fair priced, and did great work. Ceramic Pro and their staff Heather and Lisa were fantastic and very professional to work with. They explained the process in full detail, and are very knowledgeable in this industry. Both of my vehicles were absolutely gorgeous when they finished with both ceramic coatings and PPF. I am so glad we chose the right company for the job! I would highly recommend anyone looking for the best product and service to give them a call.

What an amazing business! The 4-5 dents across the rear door (garage door was in the way)of my van are gone and in one day. No rental car needed. That s a money saver right there. Owners David and Lisa are professional and personable while gracious Heather mans the clean reception area. It s nothing like a body shop. If lucky when there, you ll get to see some coating applied and exterior of car inspected for flaws. Go check this place out for your car. Parking is easy. Protect your car.Also, the Kavaca IR window tint film works as advertised. I had the front windshield and the two front side windows tinted on my minivan. Now when I sit at a red light or am driving the same direction for a while, no longer do I feel like there is an uncomfortable hot spot burning into my face. Goodbye to that and old age spots! Protect yourself.

Auto Spa has ceramic coated all 3 of our vehicles and they look fantastic! Additionally they added coated wheel covers to my scuffed Tesla wheels making them look brand new! I love the local ownership from Lisa and David. They are in there every day and really care about their customers!

I was referred to Lisa by a co-worker as my Hellcat Redeye needed some paint correction and I also wanted an added layer or paint protection. After meeting with Lisa and having her thoroughly look over the vehicle, we agreed on a plan which included a good deal of PPF as well as a ceramic coating for the remainder of the car. The quote for the work was fair (not too high, and not too low). Working in sales for 15+ years, I can't say how important it is to be educated on the product I'm purchasing and feel comfortable in spending a considerable amount of money. I felt very confident in having the work done here.Earlier today I picked up the car and it looks much better than the day I bought it off the showroom floor. I am extremely happy with the results and greatly appreciative of Lisa, Heather, Austin and everyone else. Truly a great experience.As a side note - I honestly should have brought the car in when it was brand new. For anyone considering having something like this done, it would have been much better to do immediately after buying the car, which I will certainly do in the future. I will of course be coming to see Lisa and the team when I do.

From the initial call to schedule, to the same day service 5 stars. Great experience. Would never know there was a dent! Very professional set up. They Advised and educated on other services offered but not pushy. Will return for additional service.

I had my front 2 windows & front windshield eyebrow area tinted on my new 4Runner. Lisa helped me tremendously getting it installed nicely. There was a minor hiccup; but they corrected it the next day and I was and still am pleased with the outcome and quality. Will probably be back in November to have additional work done.

OMG, I contacted Lisa for my PPF on my boat and truck and I cannot be more pleased . The service they provided exceeded my expectations and I cannot be more happy with the results . My vehicle looked so good when I got there I decided to have my windows tinted as well. I can t believe how much cooler my vehicle is since they installed the Ceramic Tint. The complete transformation of my vehicle is AMAZING and I have no reservations recommending this company to my friends and family!! I wish had more stars to brag about Lisa & David!!!

There was an unsightly crease in my hood after a shopping cart rolled into it and wedged itself on the front of my car. I didn't have anyone with me when I dropped off the car, so David drove me over to Starbucks so I could do some office work while he did the repair--which was perfect, took half the time I budgeted, and was done for a very fair price.All in all, I couldn't be happier with the service and the quality at HMAG PDR Auto Spa--it's obvious that David and Lisa take pride in their business and their work. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs paintless dent repair!

Ceramic Pro did such an awesome job on my 2022 Audi rs3. It s a black car and the previous owner really did a number on the paint. It had swirls all over. But after the paint correct and ceramic coatings it literally looks like liquid. I m super happy with my entire experience and would highly recommend.

Took my truck by unannounced just before New Years for them to look at a nice dent in the rear panel as they came highly recommended from a friend. Met with both David and Lisa to discuss the repair as they were fantastic to deal with! Not only did they schedule me right in David also fixed another spot that I didn't think could be repaired. Extremely satisfied with the work and their professionalism! During pickup we discussed their ceramic pro options and they were very knowledgeable. Looking forward to scheduling the truck back in for that in the very near future. Highly recommend them!!!EDIT: Recently took my truck to have it ceramic coated and somehow they made it look like it just came off the lot. VERY impressed with their work and their customer service. Great people who do great work! I will continue to HIGHLY recommend them to others!

Took my Honda CRV to HMAG s PDR for a door dent. Because I was from out of town, they offered to complete the work on this initial visit. The person who dented the door had agreed to pay for the damage and we were discussing how to best handle this as we waited. Lisa said she could take care of it for us. She took an after photo for him to see, accepted his credit card payment on the phone, and sent him the invoice and receipt for his records. In approximately 1 1/2 hours they had done an excellent job on my car and resolved the payment details with a third party. All I had to do was drive home! Don t know when I have dealt with people any more accommodating, efficient and just plain nice. Would not hesitate to recommend them quality work and quality people.

Super happy with the work they did on my car. Wanted to get my car protected with Ultimate Armor and add some stripes on the hood, Lisa talked me into extending them to the grill and I m glad we went with that the car looks great!

Excellent service! Brought my older Mercedes-Benz SLK55 in for ceramic application, and the knowledgeable staff here know what they re doing. Their recommendation to add tint was also spot on. The results were stellar!

David and Lisa were easy to work with, I knew what to expect during every step of the process. Lisa did an amazing job fixing a deep scratch on the hood of my Mercedes that was caused by a piece of concrete that flew out of a concrete truck on the interstate. Plus the ceramic pro coating on the outside and the detailing they did to the inside makes my car look brand new again. Highly recommend this company.

While in a parking lot, a person backed into my car as I was leaving. This resulted in needed dent repair work to my car. Fortunately, I found HMAG PDR Auto Spa who did outstanding work. I dealt with Alex who was easy to deal with and was very professional. The work was done very well and at a very fair price. I truly recommend them and will certainly use them again if the circumstances arise.
