Great customer service. Manager Travis is always kind, professional and honest. I feel he and his staff help you maintain the health of your car without making you feel "nickel and dimed". I use to go to Cary location but the wake forest team is superb.

Cal took great care of my RAV4! I called around and price checked before making a decision. They gave me a good deal on Firestone Destination LE3s. Did you know they also offered a Lifetime Aliment for $209.00? I didn't, I called my dealership and the best they could offer was $130 for a one-time aliment. If you plan on keeping your vehicle a while it's a no-brainer. I would recommend you ask for Cal when getting estimates.

We had to move from ntb as they lost their only inspection certified person and I'm so glad that happened, Firestone feels more professional, it feels like the vehicle technicians are actually cared about so they care about their work.Prices are pretty much industry standard , easy to get there straight off south main and lots of parking.There is a small well used waiting area and a view into the bay should you get really bored.Now to the bad , it's no fault of Firestone but daytime TV is pure torture so I'm glad their quite quick as otherwise I might have gone crazy.Well Worth heading to for any vehicle issues

Brought my vehicle in for a break repair, the front desk guy was on his phone the entire time. Waited in the lobby. I had to go up and ask if my car was ready- 30 minutes after it being ready! Then, was given attitude by him for asking how long it was ready for. Have spent a good amount of money here in the last few days, and will not be returning.

I have been a customer of Firestone for over ten years, in both South Carolina and North Carolina. The service on my car was completed in a timely manner. The agent kept me informed of what the mechanic found and gave me options for the repair. I trust suggestions given to me by service manager (Khalid Yasin).

Worked with Dustin and Travis. They were extremely helpful in getting our tire changed on a very short notice. Dustin even helped with a delivery/ordering question since the tire was out of stock at their stores. Worked us into their schedule and had the tire changed out very quickly. Highly recommend!

Travis and Cal and their entire team and excellent. They feel much more like a part of the community than part of a large company. I wandered in there a few years ago needing help and I've been a customer ever since.

I went in on a Friday evening because my back tire was making a terrible noise (had been for a while) within minutes Tony showed me that my tire was loose (bad ball bearing) and offered to fix it on the spot. I hesitated and told him to put the tire back on and that I would deal with it later. Tony did not pressure me, but did encourage me to take care of it as soon as I could. I went back to the lobby and my daughter told me to listen to Tony and to fix it NOW! Tony and a really nice mechanic (didn t get his name) stayed late to fix it. I am so thankful that I listened to Tony and my daughter because this could have potentially been way more costly not to mention dangerous. I really appreciated the great service and honesty.

I have been a customer here for two or three years, and the employees are unfailingly skilled, friendly and take great care at the job they do. Tomas and Cal are joyful humans, and I have watched them treat every person with respect.

I took my car in for a wheel alignment. When done, my steering wheel was off so I had to take it back for realignment. It wasn t a problem. Great service, very friendly staff however my one issue was their answering the phone on speaker and letting the caller state their personal info over it. As a customer, not sure I would want to blast my phone number for everyone waiting/sitting in the lounge area to hear. Security these days matters and I was uncomfortable hearing that.

Took my car in for alignment and the steering wheel was straight but when I got it back it wasn't and the rear needed a slight adjustment too. I made an appointment to correct these issues and I arrived early to my appointment only for them to tell me they don't have time to do it today. What's the point of an appointment if you're going to waste both of our times?

You all replaced the brakes for my Ram 1500 a month ago and the brakes keep squealing. I bring it back in to have you check on it and charge a brake inspection fee. This should ve been covered and not been an additional charge.

Call Firestone it see if they have time to fix my AC on 9/17/23 I was told to drop it off the next day.August 18,2023 dropped my car off at 7:00 am that morning. Travis from firestone call me back to say your compressor is going out,that s what s causing AC not to work. I asked him would that make the AC cool the car. He said yes and give me the price.I told him yes to fix the compressor. Couple days later I get my car back and the AC still isn t working.Took the car back to firestone to tell me a part that was needed to AC is on back order. However the part is on back order and they don t have a date when it will be available. I asked him why did you tell me the compressor would make the AC work if it needed a part? He tells me the compressor and part work together. That s is not want you told me. You stated the compressor was the problem.After paying almost $ 1700 dollars my car AC still isn t working. You know when you take your car to auto repair shop you trust them because they are certified professional. Just to find out they re not any better then taking your car to somebody working out of their garage.I asked manger at Firestone to give me some of my money back because they don t fix the problem and I feel like they scam me. He told me I m not giving you nothing back. I told him I have a medical condition and I needed my AC fixed if you couldn t fix it or the part wasn t available it was you job to inform me. So I could have made a decision to wait for part or take my car somewhere else.I drive 100 miles everyday to work and can t afford to pass out from a heat stroke behind the wheel.I asked him to put my old compressor back on since it was still working and give me back my money. He tells me oh that s not going to happen.I asked for the corporate number he tells me it s on the invoice receipt. Another lie he told me because the number wasn t on the invoice. After tell me he s trying hard not to get nasty with me over the service they failed to render me. He went into his cell phone to get corporate.I m out of almost $1700 and my AC still not working. Firestone off Main Street in Wake Forest rip me off . Travis Evans is very rude person.Service: Air conditioning

Good customer service is hard to find these days but these guys were top notch! From the minute I walked in the door, till the moment I left I was treated like I was their only customer. Tomas initially checked me in and was courteous and asked if I needed any accommodations since I had just sprained my back. I actually had to come in the next day and Khalid took great care of me. He helped make my stay comfortable, even brought a special table over to my chair and cleaned it off. He took the time to explain the situation with my car throughout the process. When it was finished, he went above and beyond and helped reposition the nozzles for my windshield wiper fluid that went out of position. I can't say enough about the GREAT customer service I received. Thank you!Services: Air conditioning, Oil change

I m so incredibly happy with my service! Tony was able to squeeze me in same day for a tire patch and was extremely nice over the phone and in person the team had me in and out in about 45 min! A few days later my tire pressure alarm went off again so I called back and this time talked to Cal. He got me in the next day despite being over booked to take care of my tire. He went above and beyond to find the issue (turned out to be a second leak which they promptly fixed) and fill up my tires. I ll definitely be back for future car needs. Thanks WF team!

Was stranded in Cary with codes pulled from auto zone. Was told to come in the next morning. Packed up my 2 one years olds during a tropical storm to be turned away. We ve been loyal customers for years. Absolutely livid and will be finding another mechanic.

My experience was short, unfortunately they couldn't do what I needed because Firestone has their own guidelines to follow. Including, buy direct through them for installations. Although the gentleman that greeted at the counter caught me in frustrated manor from being turned away by another local tire shop, but he handled it awesome! Very calming and transparent. If I had bought tires there, I feel confident they do good work. Passionate, empathetic and hard working.

Stay away from this location they don't know what they're doing they messed up my truck had to get my truck towed and taken elsewhere to get fixed also the manager is very rude and has no business working in the public with people wish I could give them no stars they put the wrong wires on my truck broke the spark plug off this place is a joke

Use these guys to do my regular oil change, but coolant system took a dump and thought I needed a Radiator fan replacement. Told them to order the part and replace. Cal, one of the managers took it upon himself to check other options and fixed the real problem which was a coolant hose leak. He fixed it, kept in communication with me and saved me money. He earned my respect and business from now on. Good people, working hard. i own my own business and love good customer service that can be trusted. Disappointed went to do my oil change and brakes fluid change two days later driving home stopped to get some gas and I saw lots of oil on floor.Guess what oil filter never got tied up.They fixed nex day but that's not the point.

They were nice. I had a slow leak in the right rear tire. I walked in without and appointment and they still got me out of there in less than one hour. It was a small nail, they plugged it at a reasonable price.

Please stay away!!! Worst customer service at a repair shop ever! I bought tires and had them shipped there because of the good experiences in the past. Never again! I called the shop to schedule an appointment and service rep. quoted me $202.50" To install the tires the next day." I explained I had an online service and he stated we don't use them within 5 seconds not listening to a word I said. So if i paid cash or credit my business was good??? Trying to save a few dollars as an educated consumer and my business is not good enough . Caradvice service set up an appointment for me and I showed up at the scheduled time 6/8/23 at 5pm only to find out that the manager "declined the online appointment." I thanked him for not contacting me and wasting my time and he responded that you did not have an appointment while not even stopping to address me. I tried to explain I had a confirmation text and email from the service agreement and he didn't care. Manager Travis from store number 353226 stated it's a holiday weekend and I have 40 sets of tires to install, thinking it was my problem. After a loud unprofessional shouting match with the manager in the service area (multiple customers present) he eventually scheduled me for an appointment for Monday 6/12/23 (3 days later). The truck was dropped off at the scheduled time we agreed to. On 6/13/23 7am I showed up at the shop because I forgot my badge due to the shops unwillingness to do a job at a reduced rate from the internet. At that time my truck was pulled into the shop and a mechanic let me grab my badge. When I went to pick up the truck at 5pm it hadn't moved after 10 hours with the tires laying next to it. The service advisor had no words or excuses for me. He looked at the schedule and said that he promised me he would get it done tomorrow and leave a voice message on my cell phone with an update. They have had my $1000+ tires since 5/31/23 (14 days) and still haven't been installed. I have taken multiple hours of my busy days attempting to schedule, drop off, pick up, and call corporate Firestone still without any progress. Talk about feeling disrespected!!! Corporate gave me a ticket number and the area manager Bradley L. ("Wouldnt give me last name because it is internal information.") has 2 business days to respond. Go to ANY OTHER shop other than this one. After about 9 years of being a loyal customer my friends and family will never buy this product or use Firestone again.Service: Tires

Deceptive Business Practices! I was told I can get $20 off a lifetime wheel alignment and military discount. When my wife went to pick up the car later they did not honor the $20 dollar discount and added "shop costs" that I was not informed about. When I spoke to the manager I was told "YOU SHOULD KNOW BETTER, YOU CAN'T DOUBLE DIP"Service: Wheel alignment
