Ed and his team are great. Had a broken headlight and of course Tesla doesn't make it easy and you just change a bulb. The entire headlight housing had to be replaced which is difficult since you have to remove the whole bumper. They did a great job, did it in a day and very reasonable price. They are a staple in Wake Forest and it is well deserved.

Ed and his team made a frustrating repair that took way longer than expected due to a backordered part about as good as it could have been. They provided updates, made calls to find out details from the dealer/manufacturer, and - most important - our car was repaired as well as I could have imagined (like new). Thank you! Highly recommend.

Neice encountered a deer/buck that took the front of her car with him. Ed Joyner's staff could not have been more responsive or helpful in navigating her through insurance to get repairs done. Truly nice folks!

Our daughter s car, which was very new to her, but also fairly close to being new, was in a bad wreck. Amazingly no one was hurt which is all we care about. But the whole front left side was crushed in with damage going all the way down the side. We just got the car back and it s, literally, like brand new. Truly amazing. It took a bit of time with some delay getting parts (the manufacturer s issue not Ed Joyner.) Along the way we had steady and clear communication. They are a friendly and honest group who puts their customer's needs and satisfaction in front of the insurance companies. Ed did a great job of installing this aftermarket spoiler. Removed the stock one, cleaned up the trunk and aligned the new one perfectly. Paint job is top quality, and the look is phenomenal. Thanks for the awesome work!

I had the unfortunate experience of two car accidents in one month. I was rear-ended on 98 turning into my drive way and then I clipped someone's rear quarter and tore up my front end. The good part of this is Christian Brothers recommended Joyner Auto Body. Ed and Barbie made what was two upsetting experiences easier with their excellent service and caring hospitality. They cheered me up and listened to my concerns for more than just the car. They helped me handle the insurance part of things and dealing with renting a car. I highly recommend this family run business.

I have a Toyota Corolla that I couldn't open the trunk because of a minor rear-end collision from a jeep. The jeep had lights mounted on the front bumper that caved in my trunk lid right by where the key lock was just enough to make it impossible to normally open. The car was not worth the cost of repainting but I did want to be able to open up my trunk. I had heard good things about Ed Joyner and his shop's quality work. I went by and he came out and looked at the damage himself. He said that he could fix it for about $250, which would realign my trunk lid so it would open and close correctly with the key and not leak. I took it to him that next week and his shop did exactly what he promised. I was very satisfied with the work and the value for my money. I will highly recommend him and will use him again if needed. Thanks Ed Joyner and thanks to your hard working body shop crew !!

The team at Ed Joyner's are the most friendly, honest and skilled bunch I have ever done business with. Every time my wife crashes her car we bring it straight to Ed and his amazing team. Looks like we will be customers for life

Ed Joyner Auto Body was FANTASTIC! They fixed my car in a timely manner and were very communicative throughout the whole process. Barbie was kind and did an excellent job at breaking down all that went into fixing my car and explaining the invoice(which was so helpful as I don t know much when it comes to cars). When I need to repair my Honda motorcycle, I take it to the Honda place. But if I need body work on my car or in an accident. I go see Ed Joyner Auto Body because we know it will be done right. They are painting a part on my classic 1978 Honda Motorcycle CT trail 90 right now. Am excited to see that blazing yellow color. Tell Mr. Joyner Jackie Marshall said hello.

This is the best auto body experience I have ever had. I don't claim to know a whole lot about cars, so I'm always a little nervous going in for any repair. Ed is such a kind, caring, and knowledgeable individual and was able to get my repair done SO quickly! Barbie at the front office is also amazing. Not to mention their sweetheart lab mix Bo! All in all, they did quality work and my experience was better than I could have imagined. Highly recommended! :)

Went to a few local places including Precision Collision and Caliber Collision. Most tried to stiff me and wanted to paint half the car for a 3' inch dent. Some wouldn't even see me for an estimate for a few weeks. Mr. Joyner was happy to see me on the same day, quoted me a very reasonable price and had me bring the car in right away. He was done in record time and his work was outstanding. I will never go elsewhere as long as I remain in the area.Service: Body & Trim

I brought my Kia Optima into Ed for auto body repair from a recent accident. The repair was done in good time and they worked with my insurance company on getting additional repairs that the estimator did not initially account for. When I picked up my vehicle the fender and door which needed the repair looked perfect. I did have some road noise through the door that Ed and team fixed quickly once I let them know. Great experience and they did exactly what they promised, will definitely use again. Also want to mention that Barbie who handled my office work was great!Service: Body & Trim

Minus a delay with th some parts (of no fault of the shop) they did an excellent job with my car after I busted the bumper. Can't even tell the difference between the new and old paint. Highly recommend for body work

If there was a 6th star I would give it!!!! I could not rate Ed and his team high enough. Their service, communication and body work were excellent! They went far above and beyond the call to make sure that our car was fixed exactly as we wanted and in a timely manner. I am so appreciative of their great care of our vehicle.

Shop local. You will be glad you did. Following a recent accident, Mr. Joyner replaced the front passenger door, repaired the rear passenger door and replaced the trim on the side of my truck. They did an awesome job, as usual. Their work is is so good, you cannot tell that there was ever any damage. Their prices are lower than the national chains and they have a surprisingly quick turn around time.

I have been dealing with Ed Joyner Auto Body for several years and you will be hard pressed to find a better quality body shop. They do excellent work so it looks like new. A company with integrity and super nice people.

Ed and staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Took my son's Toyota in for passenger side mirror installation and buffing scratches off passenger rear door. Job completed in less than an hour. Excellent work!

Takes advantage of women. I brought my vehicle in for an estimate. 6 days later when I hadn't heard from them, I called for an update.Barbie informed me that they were discussing the cost with the insurance company.I reiterated that I had only asked for an estimate, not for any work to be performed (yet). The next day they went ahead and fixed the vehicle, because "insurance gave them the go ahead".When I told Ed Joyner that I was upset that my request for an estimate had been ignored, he gave me a grouchy reply that "he'd just put it back how it was". And so he did; they fixed my car & then unfixed it. Handed me the keys without a word. And I never received the estimate.Very, very poor customer service - if you're female.

Their price point was WELL below some of the other shops in the triangle, and I was absolutely pleased with the work they've done. After a front end collision in my 2010 Honda Civic Hybrid, they were at least $2k under the next lowest price point, and their quote for a pretty serious tree+rear end accident was $600 below those same competitors, but the workmanship and result was absolutely phenomenal. They're also at least moderately skilled in mechanical repair, repairing a punctured valve cover and replacing the radiator after the front end collision. I can't recommend them enough. They're a bit out of the way, and it's not a shiny expensive looking shop, but they know what they're doing and for the value it's worth the extra drive. - one small ding, they forgot to put the antenna back on the car, which I assume they took off for masking purposes when painting the replacement body parts but it's a small antenna and it would have been easy to overlook. I haven't yet contacted them about it but I'm certain they'll have it to hand when I get the chance to call them.

Ed Joyner and his team treat you like family. They give you options and don't do anything that is not needed. I have had some accidents and they take good care of me.

Mr Joyner has always provided excellent body repair to my infinity. They are only repair shop that provides body repair work on my car and they are cost effective, use only OEM parts, so I am a happy customer.
