When I went to doc s for a gas smell in my car they troubleshooted every issue. Called me to walk me threw what they were going to do and always treated me with professional courtesy and respect. Some places will talk in lingo and it goes right over my head. Scott made sure to walk me through it in simple terms. Doc s is honest, fair, and detailed orientated. Awesome job on repairing my 2012 ford fusion, Sent my car in on a Tuesday and got it back Thursday running better than ever. I highly recommend this garage to everybody. Customer service is Out of this World, great job.

fast repair, honest mechanic i m a woman who doesn t care to know the ins and outs abt cars but when the time comes for repair work i deep dive into research abt what could be wrong, cost of labor and cost of parts and found that this guy has not lied to me nor has he tried to push things on me i ve had a motor mount replaced by him maybe a year and a halve ago and recently a cooling fan there was no surprises and it took abt 3 hours before i was back in my car running errands. would recommend

The best local mechanic shop in North Carolina. Even better from the shops I went to when I used to live in Philadelphia years ago. The prices are very affordable, they'll do whatever they need to do to get everything done right, and they are very honest. Through out the year I had to bring my Hyundai Tucson to Scott for a new timing belt, water pump, AC compressor wires, cabin air filter, radiator, and a fog light issue that was caused by a car audio shop who mixed up the wiring when they replaced the radio. They got everything done. And years before all of this when I was only 6 years old, he worked on my father's Chevy S10 he had at the time once when the rear went on it, and also my mother's Oldsmobile Alero she used to have a couple of times that had a bad security system that sporadically wouldn't let the car start and bad window motors. There were some other issues that I don't remember but regardless they did a really great job with everything. After all of that we bought the Hyundai brand new and didn't need to go back since then until just recently. I will always go to Scott for anything my vehicles will need.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

Have used Scott at Docs for about 3 years now, and can't be any more pleased. Service is always when they state it will be, and I've always found the prices reasonable. I used to go to Pete Smith in Rolesville (great place too) but since I work in downtown Wake Forest, Docs is more convenient. Not yet had a bad experience at Docs in 3 years, and don't think I will any time soon.

I moved to Southeastern Seminary knowing that I would need car repairs after my first year. After getting a $3,000 quote from the local Toyota dealership, I turned to Doc's for help. They did everything for under $900! On top of that, they are incredibly kind and helpful in explaining everything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Scott gave the best quote in town for changing timing belt/water pump on my truck. Then he delivered fantastic service along with a warranty on his work. Clean shop with professional, yet personable service. I'll be back!!!

Doc's is our go to garage! There are two things you need, a good Dr and a trustworthy mechanic! The guys at Doc's are great and very responsive, and you can trust they won't rip you off !! If not in Wake. Forest it would be worth the drive!

I have been taking my vehicles to Doc's Garage for many years and was always pleased. Doc's Garage is the most honest and reasonably priced auto maintenance shop by far in the Wake Forest area. I strongly recommend Doc's Garage and would never take my vehicles to the franchise auto shops in this area.

I m a College student at Southeastern here in Wake Forest, and this is the best place I ve ever taken my car to get work done on it! They have great service at affordable costs. They also have a great friendly atmosphere making everyone feel welcome. I highly recommend this place!

Moved to Wake Forest in 2006. As a Shadetree mechanic myself, I checked out many places in the area to find a mechanic I trust. Scott at Doc's garage has always been very honest and reasonable with his prices. You can find many places that will swap parts until a problem is fixed($$$). However, there are not many places that will truly diagnose an issue. I've been going to Doc's garage for almost 10 years, and I have never been dissapointed.

They said that would fix my van but he didn't. He was very hateful to me and other customers. He told us to drive out van 80 to 100 miles each time He inspected it but my husband asked him about just 50 miles because in the past it always did the reset. But he said no and everytime we did the 80 miles the check engine light come back on. Then after three times my husband drove it 53 miles and took it to another inspection station and it pasted. So the man at doc's knew that if we drove it more than 80 miles that he could make more money doing work on the van. He should be checked by the NC Inspection office.

I brought a simple job to them last week(just needed a bearing pressed out). Was told how difficult a job it would be and wanted to charge me $100 and come back the next day. Went to 2 other garages in town and was quoted $30-35, and was done in an hour.Would never take a repair to them again, ever!

We've been taking our cars to Doc's Garage for over 10 years now. It's nice to find a place where you trust the mechanic and he stands behind his work.

Save yourself!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I spent 500$ on 2.5 hours of labor plus $500 in parts and everything they supposedly fixed on my car...is still broke or they never fixed it at all!!! They are a complete scam!!! This is the only review I have ever wrote for this reason they are a scam!! I am now Contacting the BBB.

I have take 2 cars to this shop and the mechanics are great the owner is very honest and straightforward I'm glad I found a shop that wants to fix your problem instead of take your money! Great shop and only place I will take my vehicles from now on

Did work one year ago to replace power steering pump, thank you Scott for the call to rectify problem,The problem was my own, misread warranty and Scott replaced the part with good faith, I am really pleased with the service and commitment to doing a great job, so sorry for bad review, but grateful for the awesome customer service, will continue to be a satisfied customer, thanks Scott & God bless

Ihad gotta a screw in one of my tires and had been told that it was not repairable and would need new tire I had been to Doc's years ago and thought I would see what they said they were able to fix it and I Will be back friendly and fair service saved me many dollars
