Had a great experience getting my car serviced here. All the staff members were nice and friendly, especially Cole. He was very helpful and informative throughout the whole process. Thoroughly answered any questions I had, did not make me feel rushed in any way, and provided excellent customer service. The service was completed on time and my car is back to running smoothly.

The tech, Cole called me first thing in the morning to touch base and confirm the services I needed as this was a night drop. He was very kind and seemed like he truly cared. He later called to let me know that my car was ready for pickup. The service met all of my expectations and more!

Awesome service department. Oil and Filter change. Tire Rotation. Also my car needed an alignment. They took good care of me and informed me what was needed with my mileage. I highly recommend Crossroads Nissan Service Department. Wonderful staff.

From start to finish my service advisor was courteous and very attentive to my needs, he provided me with feedback about my vehicle and I told him what I wanted done and he politely informed me of the additional things that needed attention. I appreciated the fact that he did not try to force these additional services but did address they needed attention. Thank You Varick Miles for your excellent service

As always, great service at Wake Forest Nissan. My service person was Varick whom I ve known for years. He keeps you updated and explains things thoroughly!! Whole staff is friendly and waiting area is very comfortable with beverages and snacks!!

WISH I could ZERO stars, what I thought was the best buying experience ever... turned out to be a complete NIGHTMARE!! I purchased this used 2018 Honda Accord Touring, the same day I got it in my way home the Engine Hot alert came on. I called the dealership that Monday morning they had me bring the car back to have it look it, 2 days later they called and said everything was okay no issues with over heating. A week later I noticed the heat only blowing hot on one side, called dealer no response! I decided to take it to the Honda dealership and pay for pre purchase inspection only to find out the vehicle has a blown head gasket!! What ever you do please be careful purchasing a used car from here and if you see that 2018 HONDA ACCORD TOURING back on the lot DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!!!!

I arrived for my appointment and was told it should take 1.5 hours- it took 3.5 hours. I drove my car up and handed over keys to advisor. 5 minutes later he came in looking for my key even though I told him I gave it to him. This went on for about 30 minutes before he asked me to come outside to my car to show me that no key was detected- he was looking at somebody else's car- very frustrating. After it was finally done as I was driving away I felt that my air was still blowing hot so I circled back around the parking lot to be told the mechanic just left for lunch. Now I have to bring it back next week to have them try again.

I had an appointment to get an oil change and tire rotation. Basically, I was charged for the tire rotation, but it was never performed. I tried to figure out why I was told it would be about 1 hour and 45 minutes and they never even completed what I requested and paid for. When I called to ask about the tire rotation I was told if it says we did it then we did it. Funny thing I have marks on my tires, so I know 100% that they were not rotated. I truly don't even know if my oil was actually changed.Always check the work especially when they have incompetent employees.

Elizabeth was my sales Rep, She did a great job at showing us cars and explaining the new features. I purchased my fist car in NC at this dealership in 2021and Elizabeth was my sales rep as well. She is friendly and speaks Spanish which always helps since my parents do not speak English fluently. What is great about Elizabeth is that she goes above and beyond to help you to get a deal. She will work with you in negotiating to get the best deal and fight for you to get a good trade in. I traded in my 2021 Nissan Rogue SV for a New 2024 Nissan Rogue SL!!! I will definitely recommend everyone to visit Elizabeth to get a vehicle at this dealership. 10/10 recommend and will definitely come back to her when I am looking to switch my car again.

I contacted this dealership (Sara Rojas) about buying a 2018 Nissan LEAF (online). I was very surprised to find out that the internet buying experience (including price negotiations) only starts when you come in for a test drive. When I tried to negotiate the price of the vehicle a second time (online), I was told by the sales representative your best leverage is your presence . Ms Rojas would did not return any of my emails after this interaction. Now tell me if I am wrong but I thought the online buying experience should be done online!

I have always loved doing business with crossroads Nissan. I have purchased 2 vehicles from here. They have amazing sales people. I went into service today for a recall on my vehicle and the older, balding gentleman was absolutely awful. He was rude from start to finish with no customer service skills at all. I was treated like I was a nuisance and an idiot. I'm definitely not returning to deal with that type of treatment.

Great car buying experience! After signing all the paperwork, Ricky went through all the features to make sure we understood everything on the car. Then, AFTER we had the car a few days he called to follow up and make sure we brought it back for a detailing (as the detailing person had left for the day when we purchased it) along with a complementary fuel top off. Easily my best car buying experience!

I appreciated being worked in for an oil change and tire rotation, I had the appointment date confused which was for the following week. The technician got me in and communicated well with me, and at the last minute also changed my wiper blades ... all this service was appreciated as we drove to D.C. the following weekend in snowy weather. Thanks for getting me in!

Hello.This is my 8th car, but my first review at a car dealership. I couldn t help but express my gratitude to the team that works here. During my visit to another car dealership near my home, I received neither reliable information about the promotion, nor a good trade-in offer, nor the trim I needed for the future car. Having stopped at the Cross Roads car showroom, just to be able to compare different colors on the model I needed, I was met by sales representative Valeria, who carried me into the showroom , and invited manager Khalil, who not only immediately offered me a Trade Inn for 4000 more than the rest, and not only in the best way, without pressure, and 100% honestly, he offered me a choice of several discount and financing options, but it also turned out that he drives the same model that I came for. I don t want to reveal here all the concessions that he made to meet me halfway, but believe me, he did more than could be imagined. The Genesis financial advisor did everything in 5 minutes, we had a nice chat, and I received the car with a feeling of deepest satisfaction. I don't live in Wakeforest, but I'm happy I decided to visit this dealership. I know this review looks like an advertising brochure, but I assure you, I am a real person, so I allow Manager Khalil to give you my phone number if you want to verify this. I had a good experience and Zach was very helpful. I did have an issue with paying another $185 diagnostic fee to see why my check engine light was still on. I believe the technician could have determined what was wrong without the additional charge.

Service was great. Only issue was the sales team using a recall as a means to try and sell me a new car. This was when the car I took in was just purchased two weeks earlier. I won't use for anything more than recall issues for fear of dealing with sales calls each time.

The service center was very helpful. The turnaround time to get my vehicle back was very reasonable and they contacted me immediately once it was completed. Very friendly staff and very attentive. I will be taking my vehicle back for future service needs.

Cole Privette was the only service technician who immediately made me feel welcome. He willingly took over my interaction from intake rep right away and made sure that I had an outstanding experience. Cole should be in leadership if he is not already , for his professionalism, intellect and integrity. I am pleased with the level of service from Cole and the service performed on my car after repairing two recalls without me asking for it. After inspection my car battery passed inspection but died after I left the dealership. That caused me to be stranded. I would like to be compensated for my time and money spent due to the misread diagnosis of my batter during inspection.

They checked the front brakes. I was told that I didn't need any brakes, that they are about 50% on them. They is surprising since I have already 73,000iles on the car and they are the original brakes from when I purchased the car. I appreciate their honesty.

Everyone was very nice. Especially Ms.Dominique Leak , she help me find the perfect vehicle that fit me. Her vibe was amazing and her work ethic was just outstanding.
