I have been working with this dealership for since 2017 and this has been the worst experience I have had. My 2021 F-150 has a shudder from 7-10 gears but you have to be driving over 45 mph. The service writer when told of this told me they won t break the law, interstate 540 is just down the road with a speed limit of 70 and I suggested this, I was told to come and prove my issue. I have also had to get 4 alignments since April only to find out that they never measured to see if anything was out of line just keep look at the colors and say it s good but when I drive the steering wheel is slightly turned left while driving Straight.. also when you look under the hood it looks as if this truck has been wrecked. This service department has gotten bad with quality and it seems as if they don t want to do warranty work required. As for being wrecked you can see if the photos that the bolts have been removed and reinstalled and there is paint missing. I did buy this truck from Apex so wake forest is not at fault for that.

Took my truck in to see about an oil leak. I was told I would need an upper oil pan gasket and CCV filter change. I said I would wait to fix it I was charged 200$ to pick up the truck. I took it somewhere else to get a second opinion.Not only was Ford wrong with their diagnosis if I had paid the 5400$ they wanted me to pay the issue wouldn t have been fixed. The other shop changed my vacuum pump gasket for 350$ problem solved. So I would have then had to also change that gasket and ford would have probably charged me 600$ crazy. I love ford but this service shop almost robbed me of thousands.

$190/hr for labor and they over charge amount of labor needed for a simple job. Charged me 3.5hours of labor for something that should have been 1.5hr max. They also charged me double the price for the part which I found for half the price at other Ford dealerships online. Stay far away from this Ford service center. Look it up yourself, EGR tube replacement for a 2019 F150. SMH! Don t do it.

The entire Service Department are idiots and have no idea what they re doing. I got a whole new transmission put in in September of 2023, was still having issues so I took it to Precision Auto and come to find out, they didn t put the new transmission in correctly while also not putting bolts back on at all in certain areas. Go anywhere else but here or have your toddler work on the car, you ll get the same results.

Worst dealer service center I ve ever had to deal with. You would think they would get it together after allowing a customers wheel to fall off on a long trip to SC with a car full of kids but no. It s only gotten worse. After needing the whole engine replaced (which is wild to me for a 2018) and paying over $5000 out of pocket our heat stopped working and they claimed it was something that needed replaced that would ve cost us another $2000. Ended up being a radiator hose that they forgot to put back on. Now our engine is leaking coolant after the engine was replaced less than a year ago. They claim it is a turbo coolant return line that I ve found out should have been replaced with the engine. Apparently they did not so another $1500 they are trying to take from us. Really don t know if it s because it s a Ford or if this service center is just not competent. Either way, will probably never buying a Ford again.

Terrible service. Put my wife in an oversized Ford F150 Lariat loaner, when she drives a Bronco sport. Kept my wife s vehicle for two days and counting for a simple airbag light. We took it to Wakefield and spoke to another dealership before dropping off and was fairly certain it was covered by Ford s warranty. One of the people working in the shop told my wife that they don t care about customers, only profit. If they re not looking out for their customers, I m not sure why we need the dealership/franchise laws.

I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else. Their staff is trained in Ford products. They are a one stop shop and their prices seem reasonable. I was advised by a family member two years ago that my battery should be replaced based on age, but last year and this year the mechanics reported that it was still reading 98%. The service attendant said they would gladly replace the battery if it pleased me, but it was their advice to wait until that service was required. I appreciate this type of service and that they do GPS map updates for free. I recently ordered four Michellan tires and was delighted when the bill arrived and contained a sizeable rebate. It's nice to feel like your mechanic shop is looking out for you!

I missed a callback from them to schedule a service appointment but called them back right away. Megan responded and said that no one from their office had called me and they didn t have my request. She kept on repeating this and was not offering any assistance. I asked if I could schedule an appointment and Megan said there was no availability until March (2 months away). After the call, I checked their appointment scheduler online and saw they had plenty of availability after 2 weeks. I scheduled my service with someone else, but I m not sure why they claimed they couldn t help me for 2 months when their online schedule showed otherwise.

Wouldn't take Ford edge lease trade and had no cars to purchase. Will never buy or lease a Ford again. Ford credit made a bad decision for all their customers.
