I came into the shop, crushed because I had just spent nearly $1,000 to fix my brakes. Someone hit my car while I was sleeping. The person was very nice and stayed on scene so I was able to get their information. However, I was scared because my car is 16 years old, and my front end was smashed. I was afraid my car would be totaled. In this day and age, where everything is too expensive, my boyfriend recommended me this shop because he said, they will do everything to save your car and prevent it from being totaled. HE WAS RIGHT. Travis fought for my car to not be totaled, he fought for higher prices to be given for better parts, and he made my car look brand new again. This shop is a GODSEND. They will save your car and more. I don t want a brand new car. I want my car, that I ve had for 16 years. I ve driven it since I was 19, I am now 34. It s a 2008, and it s 2024. I will move Heaven and Earth to keep using this car and so will Travis and the rest of his team. Don t go anywhere else. It s worth the trip to Wake Forest. If you want a fighting chance to save your car, while the insurance company wants to total it for scrap metal, get your butt to THIS SHOP, because they will SAVE YOUR CAR. Thank you, Travis and the rest of your team! My car looks brand new!!!! Y all are the BEST.

This is a local, family operated business. They do everything to make your repairs a positive experience. Travis handled my tailgate repair from video with his Allstate contact to (surprise) detailing the entire truck. They aren't just another great company in Wakefield Junction.... They are our neighbors.

Superb service all around - we had a special case and they handled it with extreme care from the start, explained everything along the way and made what could've been a nightmare into something entirely manageable that came out looking like the day it rolled off the lot. Would recommend these folks for all your repairs!

The folks at Capital City Auto Body were absolutely wonderful. I had several small issues with my "baby" a 1999 Ford Ranger. Travis and Rachel coordinated to assess the problems and followed through, making sure everything was to my complete satisfaction. These folks take pride in doing things right and have excellent communication with their clients. I drive a rather odd colored / Special Edition Challenger..... It's in the style of the old 70's paint scheme. Meaning.... the color doesn't exist in the natural rainbow. - I got a basketball size dent right in a really bad spot. - I lost sleep KNOWING that there is NO WAY, they will match that paint. They did. I mean perfect. I mean I got up with my nose on the stuff and it's perfect. Couldn't be happier with the work. Dent was right above the wheel well.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had a GREAT experience with Capital City Auto Body! I had a dent on the side of my car and after taking it to several places and getting outrageous quotes, I was almost ready to give up. Capital City Auto Body gave me a reasonable price to fix my car and they were able to fix it within two days. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that they had completely cleaned my car inside and out. Rachel and Travis were extremely professional and made the experience seamless. Unfortunately our family of 5 drivers has used this shop WAY too many times. I can t say enough. They hooked me years ago after my first accident - Travis helped me navigate the world of insurance claims and they fixed my car expertly. He and Rachel have repeated this each time we bring in a dinger. Once our daughter had pulled the bumper off of the minivan by backing off of a parking block that had stuck to the underside. Travis asked me if I really wanted it perfect or just safe for my teen driver. I said just safe please - this could happen again tomorrow! So he went into the shop, grabbed a drill and put a screw through the bumper and frame! No charge! Most shops would charge me thousands to fix whether i needed it or not. Most recently, I was involved in a multi car accident and I was not at fault. There was an issue with the claim (another shop submitted the bill for my car, received the check, cashed it and refuses to pay it back - don t use Supreme Auto body!). Rachel has been calling and calling, staying on top of the issue for me, since November. She also informed me I had access to a rental, which she called to set up herself, and she informed me I could also do a diminished value claim and she told me how to do it. This is not normal behavior - this is how family treats family. And I see by the other reviews that I m not special - they do this for everyone. thanks to Rachel, Travis, and the whole family for taking care of us so many times. We hope we never need you again, but if we do we ll never go anywhere else!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I needed body work from an accident and after research brought my car here. Unfortunately they could not fit me in for two months. Given all the great reviews I waited. Boy was I glad! They did a great job! Even when there was an electrical problem that had to be fixed by the dealer, they brought my car there and back for it to be done. When I got my car back it had been detailed and washed. One of my friends even thought I had gotten a new car! Highly recommend. I d been going to another auto body shop nearby but these folks treat you right! We had some problems with the insurance that was paying the claim and Rachel was very helpful and stayed in touch. Plus this family-owned business fixed my van promptly. We are very pleased with the service and repair work on our Jeep. Travis keep me updated on the repairs even when more damage was discovered. The overall repair on the passenger fender and wheel looked great! The final bill still came in under other estimates. I had just moved to Wake Forest, NC and had an accident (August 2021) with my 2005 Honda CR-V. Not knowing anyone in the area I called Capital City Auto Body and was so glad I did. Travis Jones answered and was helping me within an hour. He had my car towed to his location and even came to pick me up to discuss the job. Because I had an older vehicle and no collision coverage, I was concerned that it was unrepairable. Travis assessed the situation and told me what was needed.It took a while to find parts but I was patient and let his team get to work. He ran into a few challenges due to the cars age, but managed to make everything come back together. Even when he had an issue he went out of his way to get to the solution. He constantly kept in communication with me regarding costs and repair time. When I picked up the car I was truly satisfied with the results. My car looked like new. His teams attention to detail was excellent. I would strongly recommend Capital City Auto Body and will return for future needs. All of the enployees were very friendly and costs quite reasonable. WOW! what can I say? Capital City Auto Body is absolutely amazing. My car suffered from a massive blow and the result was a serious dent located on the driver side door and the same side passenger door. I was looking all over town for repair shops that were affordable and could get the job done fast. I was recommended to Capital City Auto Body and I had a wonderful experience. Front desk worker that goes by the name Rachel has excellent customer service skills, as long as she is there they will never lack in that department. Furthermore, their prices are Affordable and they are truly great at what they do. Travis took charge of the needed body work and handed all the extra items need to complete the job of repairing my specialized work truck van, the utility box on my truck was all special order and Capital Auto Body was the only shop in area that even knew how to work on it. Capital Auto Body coordinated everything and kept me posted with updates on the project. Travis even worked out getting my truck lettering and logo covered by the instance something I wasn t aware of that the insurance world cover.I strongly recommend Capital Auto Body, Travis and the whole crew there were great to work with.My truck looks Great, good as new!Service: Body & Trim

This is a great auto body shop and would recommend to anyone. This is a small locally owned family shop, however, they have all the skills and staff to do a great big job for you just like any chain shop. But most of all, they treat every individual with great personal care and make you feel special in the process. We need more companies run this way in the area. My coworker referred me to Capital City Auto Body earlier this year, and I'm so glad she did. After a pretty bad hit, my car looks and runs great. Also, Travis did an amazing job keeping me updated and provided more updates than my insurance adjuster. I hopefully won't have to come back for a while, but I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone.

I can't say enough about the wonderful experience I had bringing my car to Capital City Auto Body. Travis, Rachel and staff are just fantastic.They not just very professionaly repaired my car after accident, but also made the whole process very smooth and easy. My car looks as though it never happened.The best body shop service I have experienced so far. I could not be happier and would definitely recommend them to all my friends.

I took my vehicle in to be assessed for damage and get a quote, have never had service that made me smile but Rachel did so, this family owned/operated business makes you feel like family when you are there. Renee, Travis, and Rachel all helped me at different points and all gave GREAT service and advice. In the end, my car had to be totalled so I was not able to complete the repair as vehicle was just turned in for scrap. Based on their service, I recommended them to two other friends (one of which posted their positive experience also-says a LOT in this day and age). Both reports were as positive as my experience AND the friends I recommended to them said their repair work was flawless (including body work, repair and paint match).These guys (and gals) do a phenomenal job and treat YOU like family. Thanks for the refreshing experience!!

Like the other reviewers Travis and team at Capital City Auto Body are fantastic. I have a high-end Jeep Grand Cherokee and needed some dents fixed on both sides. Travis was very helpful walking me through the process and helping me understand some of the work. When I came to pick it up not only was the body work perfect it was also fully detailed. The team is professional, very helpful, nice and top-notch at what they do.

I can't say enough great things about my experience with capital city auto body. Travis was fantastic and took the time to explain what needed to be done and was very friendly throughout the entire process. He said the repair would take about four days... They got it done in 2.5 days. The work was phenomenal and very cleanly done. I was extremely impressed. To make things easier they even have a deal with enterprise to secure you a rental if needed. Couldn't be happier with the service and work they have done to get my car back to me. I can't speak to how good other body shops are and I won't be finding out as if I need any body work done in the future I'll be going back here. I have had near perfect results from Travis and his crew. Not all cases are cookie cutter so body repair may have hidden problems that the initial fix wasn't seen. Capital City will get these repairs complete! I'm bringing my other vehicles here first! Very reliable!

I've been using Capital City Auto Body for over 10 years. They are, by far, the best body shop in the Triangle area. They are problem solvers and truth tellers. They provide detailed and accurate estimates for all scenarios. Rachel and Travis are excellent trouble shooters and will always do everything in their power to help their customers. Whether the work is being paid for by the insurance company of another party or whether you are coming out of pocket to fix something, they will work with you every step of the way. CCAB is excellent at providing options and exploring scenarios to help the folks that come through the door. This is a family business that knows how to treat people. They value your time and won't waste your money! I would not consider taking my vehicles anywhere else.
