Kenny was my service manager. He was very communicative throughout the entire process of my vehicle repair! I was very impressed with his knowledge and consistent communication. He let me know updates with my vehicle daily, even if I didn't answer the phone. I knew I would have a voice message from him letting me know any updates everyday. His mannerism and professionalism will keep me coming back for any and all vehicle repairs for my company's fleet. Thanks Kenny!

2017 Audi Q7 Danielle off of Lois lane took so good care of my truck. She Definetly kept me of almost minute by minute progress every other day as she could. I felt cared for and informed of my status with truck Amazing. The specialist did me a brand new job on my bumper. I'll echo the many comments regarding the terrible customer service from the woman at the front desk - she should definitely not be interacting with customers. She was not friendly, polite or helpful at any level. The person who did the estimate was very nice and the work itself was good, but the overall experience was terrible due to the person at the front desk.

Caliber Collision is great! I would recommend anyone to get services done through them. They are very friendly and understanding. They answered any questions or concerns I had in detail. They assured me that I would be taken care of and there were no worries. When bad parts came in that were ordered, they sent them back to have the best quality service for me.They made sure the job was done and done right!Thanks to Caliber Collision, they made it look like damage was never even done to my car.Thanks Caliber Collision, you all are the best!

If you need body work for your car, absolutely take it to Caliber Collision! The staff is exceptional, everyone from the front office to the auto body tech. They kept me up to date with the progress of the work being done on my vehicle, and it looks better than brand new. The attention to detail far exceeded my expectations. Thank you Caliber!

My older pick-up was hit and damaged all along one side. Caliber Collision kept me informed as the repairs were being completed. They were friendly at the service desk as well as in the text updates. My questions received clear and quick response. Most importantly, my truck looks beautiful!

Used this location for some body work and they did a good job. Had a slight issue after initial processing, but the team jumped on it and fixed it within a couple of days. Shoutout to Tiffany for being extremely helpful and good to work with.

Although the customer service was top notch working with Nicole, the rest of my experience was just okay. Brought my car in for extensive repairs last April and by June the paint was peeling off the brand new bumper. I went with caliber because of the warranty on their work and the fact that they had locations all over the country. They were ready to remedy the problem no questions asked. I was trying to get it fixed at a different location and after 5 months of following up and never hearing back, I gave up and brought it back to the original location (not this locations fault but something to keep in mind). In the meantime I had been rear ended and was going to have them address the new damage while my car was in for the paint repair. There were two spots needing repair, a large dent on the liftgate and a plastic piece missing from the bumper. Somehow during the evaluation of damages stage, the dent was overlooked and not repaired. This further delayed the return of my vehicle to me and seems like it should have been easily identified while evaluating the back of a car that s been rear ended.

The worst experience I have ever had when it comes to having my vehicle fixed. Caliber has had my vehicle for four weeks. It was supposed to be completed last week. Due to the tech ordering the wrong parts for my vehicle multiple times now. My husband is in the automotive industry and offered to order the parts. Mandie wasn t very pleasant to work with and I know after that I became a bit difficult as well.Update: my husband spoke with the regional manager and they were able to fix my Jeep and have it delivered. I was very happy with the outcome. A few months later my husband noticed my bumber started to come apart from the seam. This is a bit concerning. I m hoping it can be resolved quickly.Service: Painting

All aspects get a 5 from me. From the work they did, to keeping me updated. Would recommend to anyone, we live over an hour away and choose to use them because of how good they are!

If you have a car rented they will keep your car for 30 days. This was not explained to me and I upgraded the rental car. It cost me $812 out of pocket. Also they replaced my fog light and it doesn't work. I would not recomment them

My insurance literally told me to go ahead and take my vehicle over. Incredibly rude office worker was DELIGHTED to tell me nobody would help me without an appointment, then gleefully told me out would be over a month for people with state farm.I get it if you're busy but do you have to be so happy about not helping people?I was in a wreck YESTERDAY and this lady thinks my problems are funny. Did nothing to help me solve it. Just happily waves me off.

Car we took there was totaled after an accident. Staff was very helpful and supportive when we came to clean the car out.Our son also had his car worked on there and we were very happy with the work and how long it took to repair.

I personally didn't expect the level of care and customer service I received at this repair shop. Tiffany is one of the utmost professionals in her craft. While I hope to not need paint repair/body work again in the future, if I did or know someone who does, I would send them to see her and the rest of the team.
