I had just needed road side assistance, I was told my battery was in bad shape with corrosion all over my battery. I went to Auto zone as they were recommended stating they do free battery checks. I went and Tyronn helped me through it all with changing my battery. As soon as he seen it under my hood he said I definitely needed a battery change. As a woman who doesn t know to much about cars, he absolutely went all the way with me with explaining every detail about the reason why I needed a new battery. He definitely convinced me to buy a new one or I would be stuck with bigger problems very soon, and he was right. I purchased a new battery and he even showed me and explained every detail when taking off and putting the battery in. Tyronn was one of the few men in automotive that made me feel he was really trying to help a woman out instead of trying to sell her something she absolutely did not need. He kept telling me I made it just in time in saving another thing by the battery. He explained what it was but I absolutely had no clue what it all was for but he did make it clear to me that it would have been a bigger expense to replace. He took the time to clean out a lot of the corrosion and as he is doing it showing me exactly how I neglected to keep up with cleaning out my battery, which I had no idea that needed to be done. I can t thank this angel enough for all he had done tonight. Loved his honesty. Photos are attached to show how bad things were.

I was there this morning for a new headlight bulb. The gentleman who helped me (can t remember his name even though I asked him) was super helpful. He even replaced the old bulb with a new one. He and the lady working (don t know her name either, sorry, I apologize) tried replacing the second bulb but we couldn t get it out. They both went over and above to resolve my issue. Customer Service is so important and these two were some of the best customer service I ve experienced in a long while. I will not go to another Auto Parts Store, they have won me over. Thank you ever so much.

Tyronn at the Autozone in Wake Forest is AMAZING and a GOD-SEND!!! Not only did he take the time to explain the issue with my car he gave reasonable solutions and prompt service. He was professional and knowledgeable with the calming personality. He s trustworthy and I truly appreciate him!

Went to buy some armor all protectant. Sign says save four dollars when you buy any two armor all protectant products. I go to check out. Guy puts the receipt in the bag... I asked to see the receipt to make sure it saved the four dollars... it, of course, did not. Clerk says sorry guess the signs are wrong or it's just an old promo. Totally apathy. He could care less. No offer to make it right. I returned the products and will never shop at auto zone again. Just buy stuff online. No reason to waste time going into this store when they could care less about doing business honestly.

I would like to thank Mr Tyrone Fields for his help today with my license plate for my jeep . Your help was greatly appreciated. If the world had more people in it like you the world would be a greater place. Everyone that I ask for help in the store was very helpful. Mr. Fields just went another step to assist. Never thought I'd review an auto zone but the past few times I've been to this one I've been blown away by their service , friendly and eager to help with the knowledge of a professional and understanding to deal with derps like me.The picture is just outside of the auto zone and is a nice car I saw there, not exactly helpful but at least nice to see, and if they trust this place it can't be bad.head in here as they are awesome

Alejandra was very friendly and had great customer service I came in to talk about my battery for my car and not only did she tell me my problem with my car battery but also helped me purchase a new one with a smile on her face she was amazing!!!!

I have visited this store on three different occasions and received less than favorable customer service. The most recent was today approx. 2 hours ago. I entered the store and associate 1 was assisting a customer in front of me, it was determined that something would need to be checked on the car by associate 2 so they went outside with the customer. Associate 1 then goes to the back and begins a conversation with the another employee, NEVER acknowledging me waiting to be assisted next and stayed in the back until another customer came into the store. Associate 3 coming from the outside came into the store and asked if they could assist. Associate 1 comes from the back and assist the other customer immediately.Customer service needs improvement - no customer is more valuable than the next and everyone should be acknowledged. No more visits to this location, while its convenient I will always drive for a better customer services experience. Your customers are why you are here.

Alejandra (store manager) was outstanding! She knew what I needed. She installed it flawlessly and answered any questions I had. She also assisted me with finding the correct size windshield wipers and even removed my old ones and put the new ones on.Super friendly and knowledgeable. My encounter with her was probably the best I've ever had in a parts store. I definitely recommend seeing her if you're at the S. Main St. location in Wake Forest.

I had the best experience at this Auto Zone! Kelly was who helped me and he went above and beyond. He helped me pick the right wiper blades and installed them. Then he helped me fix another thing with my car. I will definitely be back here when I have automobile needs!

Battery died and went to AutoZone in Wake Forest for battery check and replacement. Allen was very nice and replaced the battery with a Duralast Gold battery; told me of their other services (I had to idea!); very clean, nice store. Talked to the assistant manager today, Darryl, about the quality of the battery and he was very helpful. First time at AutoZone this week and I was very impressed with my first experience.UPDATE:. I went to AutoZone yesterday because I was not able to get my new North Carolina license plate off of my Honda as Honda uses specific bolts or screws and I did not have the tools (a socket wrench?) for it. Because I had had a good experience 2 years ago with my battery at this particular Auto Zone, I called a couple of days ago and I spoke to a woman named Diana, who said she would be happy to help me put on my new plate! So yesterday I went and Diana wasn't there, but the store manager, Debi was, and she was so nice and helpful! She got the appropriate tool and bolts and at no charge she gladly took off my old plate and put on my new one for me! How nice is that? Who does that anymore? Well, I know one place that does, Auto Zone!! So I've had two very good experiences there in the last 2 years and I can't thank the staff there enough. Big shout out to Debi!! my battery died in the middle of the road RIGHT outside the store. I was stuck in the middle of the turn lane so I called them and they all came out and pushed me to the store. it was pouring rain. John came out and replaced the battery and the windshield wipers and was excellent to work with. if I could give more than 5 stars I would

I went into the store off S. Main today regarding a battery I l purchased there on 1/23. The staff was very rude. I told the staff the issue, he asked me questions rudely and the experience was terrible. I will be going back got the battery, or a replacement one at 5pm. I am a local school teacher and would NEVER recommended them. I felt made stupid and uncomfortable. I would love the franchisee owner to contact me and know that I will never send anyone there to be treated so poorly!

Absolutely love this place! The workers are always friendly and helpful. Ryan had my car up and running and told me exactly what was wrong with my car in less than 10 minutes! Will always recommend here :)

Ryan was super helpful in changing our headlight. We were given the wrong size bulb to begin with. Ryan was finishing helping another customer change their battery. He quickly came right over when he saw us struggling with the wrong bulb. He immediately knew it was the wrong size and helped get us the correct one. Then he came back out and changed the bulb for us. He was awesome! Great experience!

Always on top of things, they were replacing my battery for me. As soon as they attached it, my alarm, which I hadn't used in years, starting going off... and we couldn't get the alarm to stop (didn't have a fop anymore). A good 30 minutes of trying things, and Alejandra says, "try this!" Boom, worked like a champ!!!

I ve been shopping at AutoZone for a number of years and keep returning due to the amazing customer service I have received.It was my first time to this location 2223 Main St. Wake Forest and my experiences with Allen and Kelly were outstanding. Allen helped with battery diagnostics was honest assessment, thenKelly went above and beyond to help me replace my battery, installing new one so that I would feel comfortable and safe on the road.These two men take pride in their work and customer service and for that I am grateful.Thank-you!

Jonathan did an excellent job! He solved my problem and is very knowledgeable, friendly and effective.My car was not starting and a previous attempt to diagnose it told me I needed a new charging system. I decided to check once more with AutoZone and Jonathan was the person who volunteered to do it.He diagnosed it correctly, and on top of that, he recommended a battery that was NOT the most expensive one they had available for my car.Great experience and a great person to work with!
