Great service as always. I've never had any issues w this place. W purchases or returns. I have also been to the location in Monroe where I've had more issues w returns then anything, but the employees have been just ad helpful and nice.

I needed new brakes and the employees helped me very well. Charlie Owens helped me find the parts fast and gave me the best advice. Landon changed the brakes and rotor for me and did a quick and excellent job. I give a 5 star review, this is the best shop to go to.

Had my online order ready ahead of time. The associate was friendly. The only challenge is getting in a d out the parking lot because it's not that big and traffic is usually hectic in that spot.

Poor customer service! Either lazy or uneducated and can only look up an item in the computer, no interest in searching for an alternate part to help someone broken down while traveling. Fortunately the town has other auto parts store that have rockstars working there. Skip this place and go to Advance Auto.

I had ordered a part for my car I was told it would be in at 7 the next day didn't get part until 5 o'clock that day I was disappointed because when I order from Auto zone or Advance Auto the part be there like they said I don't think I will order parts from them no more especially if I need my car fixed ASAP

Had some car trouble tonight but there happened to be an O'Reilly Auto across the street. I cannot give Brandon enough praise for the EXTREME Customer service he provided. Talk about above and beyond service!!! He was kind, knowledgeable and so very helpful! It was almost closing time but that didn't keep him from providing excellent service. Thank you O'Reilly Auto and Brandon for getting us back on the road quickly and safely. Thank you Brandon for all you did. O'Reilly Auto in Wadesboro was well represented tonight by this young man.

Always go here for my automotive needs! The customer service is fantastic! They even recommended a more economical place to get my tire rotation and oil change completed which saved me 50$ compared to the prior place of service. They are not there to upsale you something you don't need, they give you honest advice and great service! Prices are always lower than competition. But I'd pay that little bit extra just to get the service I received!

Customer service at this location was incredible. My fiance and I had the misfortune of blowing a radiatior while driving through town. Richard went out of his way to help us with knowledge and with tools. We are so grateful for his help. He was also able to call around town for us and find the part we needed. Also, saving us some money while doing so. Without him we would have needed a pricey tow and our beach vacation would have been ruined. Thanks Richard!

Stopped in late Friday on the way to Charlotte in a rental car that had defective wiper blades. It was dangerous to drive and when I explained my situation, these guys were so helpful and even gave me the national account price for the wipers to help out. These guys are the best and were so nice to my family. They got us back on our way safe and sound! THANK YOU!!!

They didn't have what I was looking for but she went above and beyond the Call of Duty to help me find that part somewhere else you don't normally see that so I really do appreciate it and I love the experience and I shop there a lot and I would recommend it to anybody else
