My daughter was driving home from college tonight. Wilmington to Union County. She hit a tractor trailor retread (blown tire) on 74. Loud noises. Freaking out. She stopped at Autozone in Wadesboro looking for help. NAHZ came to her rescue! He helped her reattach her fender and clips to get her home safely. He went above and beyond! I especially appreciate his kindness considering they were closing in 30 min. Thank you so much. We appreciate it. God is good and his love is everywhere. Blessings Nahz.

I have always had a good experience there but this time i would give them 10 stars if i could. Needed a battery and with the new trucks i was unsure about replacing it. The manager Preston Harris didn t even give me time to ask. Offered to replace it for me and jumped right on it. Done a great job and was friendly the hole time. That s how you run a business that brings back customers. Great job guys James Brown was another associates name and he was just as friendly. Don t hesitate to stop by, these guys will get you going.

Awesome customer service at the store in Memphis located at Shelby Dr and Hack Cross...my battery died on me and it was 10 mins before closing and the employee took the time even after the store had began to close to help me just as if the store was just opened. Being from Charlotte NC and heading back home the next morning, it was a blessing to meet such a professional and helpful person that still care about helping the customer in time of need. 100+

My car had failed to start immediately after I got to a house showing. It was embarrassing. Fortunately, I had jumper cables and great clients who gave me a boost. After the showing, I drove straight to Auto Zone. They tested the battery (it was bad), so I purchased a new one and they installed it for free. I was thankful for their service and drove away relieved and happy.

Had car trouble while traveling home called this autozone the man was patient with me gave me complete directions came out and assisted me to retrieve the codes and help me decide what necessary work needed to be done so we could continue and make needed repairs.They also had the parts needed to help us.If you are in this area and need parts I recommend coming here. Extremely friendly.

We were traveling in a rented moving truck when the temp light came on. The radiator reserve tank hose connecting to the radiator had developed a hole causing the antifreeze to leak out. We stopped and got enough fluid back in and made it to the Wadesboro Auto Zone. Lisa immediately matched up the hose diameter and loaned us a screwdriver to switch the hoses out. 20 minutes later we were back on the road. Much thanks to Lisa for a quick fix and avoiding a lengthy wait for a road service call. Excellent service Wadesboro Auto Zone!!

Wadesboro NC AutoZone are the best they go far beyond their job to help you. I hate I forgot his name but he was the only man working at 5:23 pm September 7 2022. I am thankful he was there. Keep him AutoZone!!!

The staff at this store is awesome..I did not get their names but we were there on the morning of August 16th 2020. Very helpful, concerned and nice. This store is very blessed to have amazing staff like these 2 young ladies...Thank you for all of your help!!!!

Was not pleased with the experience that I had today at all...the manager was very rude and not just to me but other customers there as well. There was a young lady that worked there she apologized for his behavior and I explained to her that it was no reflection on her and she didn't have to apologize for the rudeness of someone else...

Usually good deals and selection here. The staff is friendly. If you're in the area though I'd go to O'Reilys which is cheaper and have more flexible return policies.
