I have been here several times with my 2002 Corolla. They have always pulled through for me with tires, a clutch, shocks and brake lights. They have even replaced my windshield and my boyfriend's window. I trust them with my car and they are affordable. Thank you Mr. Wizard

All the staff here is an absolute delight, very kind professional people. Love the mom & pop vibe that you just can't find anywhere anymore. Ken is a master mechanic who is very knowledgeable in his trade. Malisa is excellent in the computer and gets things done fast! And Nick knows his stuff and will have you in and out in a flash. I use them for almost everything and have never regretted a single thing they've done. They will always have my business!

I highly recommend and personally use Wizard Automotive & Glass Inc. I had a windshield installed by my insurance company and they did a very poor job so I took it to Ken @ Wizard Automotive & Glass and he did it right!! I also have had Ken service my other cars and he fixed problems that other dealerships could not isolate! Ken takes his time to do the job right and to do it right the first time! He has a vast amount of experience and finding a good knowledgeable automotive tech can be a challenge these days! Ken has fixed cars for my entire family and many friends and all have been very pleased and none have had any issues afterward. Ken stays very busy and has the skills to properly service your engine and replace auto glass and do just about anything related to your automotive needs. I had a great experience with Ken and his crew. They are very knowledgeable and capable. They looked at the brakes and immediately seen a problem. Problem fixed. They even rotated my tires and topped off my engine coolant. I'll be there to get my car tuned up this week. I've found a mechanic! The receptionist is very kind and efficient as well!Services: Auto engine tuning, Tire rotations, Brakes

While vacationing in the New Bern area from New York we had ran into some car trouble. Not knowing anything about the area one of the locals told us to call wizard automotive in Vanceboro . They came with a tow truck and took my vehicle to their shop . The owners Ken and Malisa were honest and pleasant to work with. Ken had spent Extra time on my car and changed the wheel bearing that was giving us trouble. The work was done quickly and efficiently and you couldn t beat the price and the quality of workmanship. A big thanks to Wizard automotive for getting us back on the road to continue our vacation. I highly recommend this place.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Very friendly, communicative, informed, and helpful staff. I have used Wizard on multiple occasions and will continue to return.I had a leaking sunroof and took my car to multiple shops but no one could pinpoint the problem. Wizard successfully fixed my sunroof in a timely manner.

They rent U-Hauls and I made a reservation a week before I had to pick it up and when I called the day before to make sure it would be ready for me their machine said they were closed for the week. Good thing I was able to find one somewhere else at the last minute.

Every since I've started coming here life became a lot easier. He's a mechanic who cares about his work and customers.If they don't have what my vehicle needs. He'll go out of his way to find it. Had an appointment to take care of somethings and Wizard Automotive took care of it all. Had some issues with an outside vendor and they went out of their way to take care of that and get us on our way. Would highly recommend.
