It's a dream come true! Learning curve was not as steep as I thought. Still making rookie mistakes, but just look at this gorgeous stuff. Loving my new Phantom CNC 4x4!

My SC44 Series arrived super fast and very well protected even though it had to travel from NC to the northwest Corner of Washington State. I am still constructing my shop, so I haven't yet powered it up, but everything looks good. Super excited to get the room finished and power this thing up!

The team at Phantom has been amazing to work with. Not only that, their product is a perfect addition to our maker space, hitting the sweet spot between capability and user friendly interface. Amazing performance on a tiny footprint (Atomic 4x4 ATC) By far my favorite CNC I have operated. Thank you, Phantom!

I purchased a custom 5 X 10 CNC from this company earlier this year, and I could not be happier with my choice.Not only has the machine itself been awesome, their staff has been great about helping me with any questions I ve had. I highly recommend Phantom CNC, they re a great company all the way around.

Last August I purchased a Phantom SCA44 CNC router. I looked at other manufacturers and found Phantom met both my requirements and budget. After six months I can say this was the right decision for my company, 2 Wheels Welding LLC. This CNC router has worked flawlessly and increased my production by about 50%. I only cut aluminum on this machine and my expectations have been exceeded. It handles everything from aluminum sheet to 3/4 inch bar stock.Support from Phantom has been great. Questions are usually answered the same day and the staff knows their machines.I will probably upgrade in the next few years to a machine with auto tool change. Phantom will be at the top of my list.2 Wheels Welding LLC

So glad I stumbled upon Phantom CNC. This machine is heavy duty and amazing at the perfect price point. The company has been extremely helpful to answer all my questions. I m happy I choose to support a potential rising star in the CNC industry.

I am VERY happy with the performance of my new 4x4 CNC. However I think more attention needs to be paid to quality control. As a woodworker as a side business, there is NO WAY I would allow products to leave my shop unless they were in precision condition.If you see the attached pics, you will see the feet (what I call them) are all scratched up to the point they look used. When you buy a new car, there are NO excuses for scratches or marks of any kind. Cars are shipped just like the CNC's are. Mike was good enough to send me replacement feet and they look great. I did not want to make a youtube video with them looking so bad.Second, the bracket that holds the air pistons in place for the rolling pin hold downs were not tightened at all. I was able to turn each of the three allen bolts by hand. as a result, one of them started to tilt (see pic). Though they still work, the ability to turn the bolts by hand is unacceptable.Third, there is NO owners manual for this machine. I had to call support to tell me how and where to screw on the holder for the train track. And he almost forgot to tell me about that until I sent him a pic of how it was looking. So its like he doesn't even have a script to walk users through what to do. I was told they are working creating a manual, but i would think this is TOO much money to NOT have an owners manual. Not even a powerpoint pamphlet with instructions. They do have some videos that were helpful but did not tell me everything i needed to know. So instead of being able to plug it in on the first day, it took me about a week before I was able to get EVERYTHING operational. That week was me working on it about 2 hours a day.The support is great. Mike, Nick, and support have been great and very helpful. So far, I am very pleased with the power, speed, and performance of this machine. I just think the little things need more attention paid to them. My comments are intended purely be taken as constructive criticism and not to bad-mouth Phantom. Still happy with my decision.

Phantom Cnc was awesome to work with order went perfect no issuesReceived machine and we set it up fast and was off and running in one day. No regretsNow after about 100 hrs running it has proved itself to be a great CNCPlanning on my next purchase to be from PhantomPaul SavageCEO -UEE , LLC

I give Phantom CNC system a 5 star for several reasons they are actually making it possible for entrepreneurs starting out in the business that have some knowledge of CNCs and want to be able to operate on a pro level for an affordable price bc most other CNCs that are on the level of Phantoms CNCs are priced way higher but most people starting out cannot afford those kinds of start up costs to start a business of their own. I think this is an excellent move on Phantoms part and I hope they always remain this way most companies get greedier the more popular they get which makes no sense at all. Also Phantoms CNC,s are pretty heavy for a router cnc and thats good bc if u ever want to cut aluminum or any kinds of metals you need a machine that is real ridged or you will get flexing and not accurate parts and you will get your machine jumping and also not good. The machines are heavy enough to do the work you want but not too heavy that shipping and Transporting the machine isn't impossible so it is a good Medium! Then you have Phantoms Team and their Member like Nick, Toni and the owner I have talked to them all on the phone and bugged them many of times with alot of different questions and they have always been super friendly respectful and knowledgeable about what it is your needing help with. Thank You Phantom for A smoother and uneventful transition and I appreciate all the help and gratitude and knowledge you all have bestowed upon me.

Just got home with my 2nd ATC router table from Phantom, and couldn t be happier! Truly can not say enough good things about the team here!

SCA44, a mediocre machine which is limited by the use of a pendant only and no manual for the system. This machine is handicapped by the pendant and would be significantly enhanced by a controller with PC interface using UCCNC/MACH3/4 or WinCNC.The purchasing process was aggravating. After wiring payment I was told shipping would be an additional $450. I was sold a machine with er32 collet and invoiced the same. I received a machine with er25 spindle but supplied with er32 collets. Phantom CNC did ship replacement er25 collets a week later.The salesman blamed the invoicing and shipping errors on the new girl?The SCA44 works with supplied pendant control system however, I believe that a controller with pc interface would significantly increase functionality/versatility.Would I recommend Phantom CNC? I recommend you do your research, know what you need and know what you are getting.
