My wife recently needed two tires because of a pothole she had hit.All of the employees that we talked to were really nice. If you need tires, give them a call. They might not know offhand if they have the right size or not. They didn t know if they had our size, but I left my number and they called back quickly once finding the tires. They told me that the set looked great and the price of each tire.The price of the tires was excellent and they have a ton of tread.If we ever need more tires, this is where we are going.Awesome experience all around.

These guys are awesome, super friendly. They stand behind there work and the products they sale. They have done my NC Yearly Inspection fir many years. I also have purchased a lot of my tires here.

EDIT: I can't believe my old review was still active all this time. I DRIVE PAST them to go elsewhere for a few years now. My buddy who used to go there had a similar issue too. There are many other local shops where you can find honest, reliable service.Old review:I've been a few times now. They are very knowledgeable and their prices are reasonable. No need to go anywhere else.

Extremely reputable business along with exceptional service! My son was traveling late in the evening long distance and broke down near this place. I had read reviews, which were great and my son left a note explaining why his vehicle was left in their lot overnight, they opened at 8am, and by 8:01 I had a phone call from Jackie and everything was taken care of. A huge thank you to Jackie and crew, you made a dad feel at ease with your attention to detail and prompt response/service.

I would not recommend doing business with them. I went to them for some welding I needed done on my bumper. They said it wouldn't hold, needed a whole hitch assembly. He said I can order it for you. So I said ok. He said it will be $289.00. I said ok order it. Not knowing any better. A week later I receive the hitch. I look up the name of the manufacturer and look on the website to see how much it was and it was $159.00 free shipping. So I guess Brandon seems to think 15 minutes of his time is worth $130.00. I could see charging $30 for his time. But $130.00 is too much.

Used to have the best prices around. Our entire family has bought our tires from there as long as I can remember. I drive long distance to work so I get tires more often than the average person does. The same set of tires I ve paid around $300 cash for many many times are now over $500. Hated to go elsewhere, but didn t have a choice when other places had the exact ones much cheaper.

Great spot here in Valdese! Honest, Friendly and quite frankly, an asset to this community. No one likes car repairs or the expense involved. So, it is added peace of mind to receive a quote for service and that s the price! I support local businesses in my town and this place is one that should be in everyone s contact list.

These folks are the BEST. We limped in last week with two (2!) flat tires, on our trip home to Greensboro from the mountains, right about closing time. They stayed open for us until the two flats were replaced, and they went above and beyond by inspecting the other two to make sure they were okay. What relief it was to be able to get home that evening. Even better what a treat it was to meet such friendly, generous folks. Thanks so much to Jackie, Anita, Kevin and all the others. You are indeed better than NASCAR!

I've been coming here a few times now for minor auto maintenance such as oil change, tires, etc. Their service is decent as far as getting you in and out and so is pricing. However, they hardly greet you or approach you for why you're there. You literally have to walk up to one of the workers and demand your existence. If you're a woman, don't go alone because they look and talk to you like you're an idiot if you have any questions about your vehicle. I only go here because it's convenient but customer greeting and question/answer are horrible and needs some work.

This used to be my go to place. Then one day I needed new tires and decided to leave it because I was told it would be a few hours as they were backed up. It was 10 am and they told me they would call as soon as my car is ready. By 3 pm no call so I went by and noticed my car gone. I can sense that all the employees were trying to avoid me. After a few minutes, I was able to get the attention of one employee. He told me that my car should be ready soon; that they had just finished putting on my new tires and his collegue is taking it out for a test drive to make sure there are no problems. I waited 15 minutes until the employee got back. As I walked up to my car, he gets out with his lunch and tells me my car is ready. I paid, thanked my friend for helping me out and never went back.I have asked friends and family, including those who have the knowledge in this area, and everyone said there has never been a time where a car gets a test drive after getting new tires.

I had new brake rotors and brake pads installed on all 4 wheels. Also had tires balanced.Very happy with personal service and how quick they worked me in.I would highly recommend these folks for any vehicle services they offer.

Call there to ask if they could send someone to jump my battery. I'm new to the area and haven't met my neighbors. The two gentlemen came over. Jumped my battery. "No charge". I love small town living.

My husband and I have been going to Ronnie's for years for all our vehicles needs would not go anywhere else.They have always gone out of their way to make sure everything we have done to our vehicles is done right.Had a real problem with my husband's truck and Ronnie would not give up until he had it right.Seen reviews where women had a problem with them I've taken several vehicles over the years there by myself and even though I didn't get special attention I recognized they were very busy and was just glad they could get to my vehicle that day.No problem at all with their prices.Would give 10 stars if could.

Spent $250 on a new catalytic converter and O2 sensor. About a year later, my check engine light came on, so I took it to a different exhaust mechanic. He proceeded to show me where Tires Plus had welded my catalytic converter on backwards, and the O2 sensor threads were stripped. Im sure Tires Plus thought I would just come back to them and spend another $250. Never going back for so much as a spare tire.

Needed a patch on a tire. Guy stood around talking to his friend instead of working on my tire. Then I had to tell him to balance it because he was just going to put it back on the truck (it was .75ounce out of balance). THEN THEY CHARGED ME AN ADDITIONAL $8 THAT I WASN'T MADE AWARE OF UNTIL AFTER THE WORK WAS FINALLY DONE FOR A NEW VALVE STEM (which I didn't ask for).... I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE LEVEL OF PROFESSIONALISM!!! I WILL MOST CERTAINLY NOT BE GIVING THEM ANY FUTURE BUSINESS

Quick sports exhaust install, not to pricey either (85$) on a foreign car aswell. Would recommend for any car mods ya need done.

These guys don't come up to you say hi, ask what you need, anything. Barely received any customer assistance. What is a seemingly easy, quick task takes them a long time. Won't be going here again.
