I have drove past this place and never knew it existed until I was actually looking for a KTM 890 adventure. They have a nice selection of bikes to look at and the staff is quite friendly, it almost has a kick back, relax, I'm at home feeling. I will definitely be going back when we close on our house so I can take my new girl home.

When I walked in to the store the person at the time acted like I wasn t gona buy a motorcycle when I had cash in hand to pay on the spot he had a bad attitude . So clearly I wasn t gona buy it after he acted like I didn t have money .

The men and women that work here are awesome!! I've only been dealing with them for a little bit but every time I go in there they have what I need or they can get it for me. Thanks everybody to the fun cycle crew, especially one of the mechanics that help me out with my Yamaha dirt bike from 1973 thank you and I'll see you again.

This place is a must stop if you're on the road and need any parts or supplies. Great selection of parts and apparel, they had what I needed in stock (wasn't expecting them to) and a good inventory of bikes upstairs, Willie helped me out and everyone seemed super down to earth and friendly. I would probably drive back here from PA to buy my next bike.

Sitting here at fun cycles at 430.walked up and the lights were on and I tried walking inside but the doors were locked and they shut the lights off. Says on the web site they don't close until 6. Thanks a lot guys, I drove 30 minutes to get here for reason.

I have no idea what Hank heard Tracy say in his mind but I was told it would be between 4 to 6 weeks to even get a space in the shop for my bike & I have dealt with the good folks since 2017!! I must say they are by far the best all - around dealer in NC!! Tracy in service will bend over backwards to do what you need to have done & for a VERY GOOD price. They have been slammed in the last 5 months & she was up front when I needed something done that it would take between 1 to 2 months before they could get to it. This is what happens when you run the best shop in NC for both work & price!! They are so busy right now that they don t have any room inside for your vehicle!!! I have a couple of friends that have been informed of this as well. Once again, I have NO IDEA what Hank thought he heard but I am ABSOLUTELY SURE HE WAS TOLD THE SAME THING as the rest of us!! He apparently just didn t want to hear it!! My suggestion is for him to take it to another dealer & quit his POOR OLD ME performance & SLANDERING a FANTASTIC bunch of people!!! Especially Tracy & the shop!!!

My husband hit a piece of metal on the Interstate this morning and it sliced the tire. He was fortunate to get off the highway and made it into the parking lot of Fun Cycles. The people at fun cycles (Randy in particular) put the spare on so he could get back to Morganton. Cannot thank these folks enough for their goodwill!!!

Great people and very reasonable prices. Tire change in my bike (I supplied the tire) and the charge was $25. Why would I do it myself?

I have been to the majority of the KTM dealers in North and South Carolina. This place by far has been the easiest to work with. the lady that I spoke to in parts was not only very nice and easy to deal with she was Efficient and not only found the parts that I needed but got them to the store in less than a week. Even the places I found online said 3 to 4 weeks out for the parts I needed. Thanks for going above and beyond and great customer service.

Was quoted a price on a coil and plug wire part for a sportman of $800. I purchased online for $32. I explained how large the difference and was told that's our price. This was my first experience and the last because trust is important.

The employees there were super helpful and they have so much stuff to choose from. It was like being a kid in the candy shop. Can't wait to take my grandson's back up there for some shopping probably the friendliest staff I've ever encountered I'm such a positive experience meeting and talking with them.

Employees were very friendly and also very knowledgeable and helpful with parts. Drove an hour and a half just to get parts here because no local dirt bike dealers had what we needed in stock. Some of the places couldn't even order the parts, but anyhoo. These guys and gals told us they could ship parts directly to us to save us a drive back out there since they were so far from us! This is a nifty place to look around and shop at. Lots of fun "toys" here!!!

These guys are awesome me and my wife showed up 5 minutes until close, not intentional! We needed mirrors for our Kymco. He was able to fit our bike, put them on, and helped us get adjusted before we took off! They never tried to upsell, we got them for a good price and they were quality mirrors you could actually see out of! I would definetly recomend this buisness to anyone asking!

Don't let them send anything to a man at 5690 NC 18S named Mike, if that's even his real name. Tracy from Fun Cycles sent me there to have work done on carbs. Instead he tried to sell me a motorcycle with an open title ( said his safe is full of them and that when I'm 60 I will understand how things work ) and after declining he refused to help me with my carbs. Seriously Tracy, please don't send your customers there and give your business a bad reputation. I will never step foot in fun cycles.

Fun cycles is by far the best bike shop I've been to great staff and an excellent service department. Three times I've took something for the guys at fun cycles to work on and they have never let me down. If your needing some work done on your bike, atv, or utv this is the place to come.
