I took my 1992 camaro here after 3 other garages and they were able to solve any and every issue I thru at them they are very good at what they do make no mistake you get what you pay for they even warranty all the work for 12 months

DONT GO HERE!! They like to scam women! Went there yesterday for an inspection and they tried to fail my car for my tie rod ends when they don t even have to look at that. Tried to tell me it was gonna be $389 when I was just coming for an inspection! I wouldn t take any cars there. All they want is money and they lie.

Went to have my crankshaft sensor changed, told me car was done, asked if I wanted other sensor changed told them I'd let them know about camshaft sensor because i was going to change myself, well they changed the wrong sensor, charged me 420.00 and proceeded to tell me, " he sleeps well at night knowing how they do customers" this place wanted to tell me was lack of communication, well we talked 2 days each week for 3 weeks till car was picked up, very unprofessional and doesn't care about customers.

I only write reviews when I feel it is very necessary, and these folks went above and beyond for me in the last week. Something came up at the last minute, and they really helped me out of a jam. They're friendly, professional, and they communicate well with you throughout the process. Highly recommend them...

Made appointment which was kept. Work done in a timely manner. Have never been disappointed with the work done on my deisel truck. Over the last 20 years. Great people!

My AC was leaking somewhere and they worked hard to locate the issue and now it's freezing me out. They are really "cool" about following up too. Highly recommend the team at Autoworks of Valdese. Autoworks for me! See what I did there?

My BMW overheated on I-40 and I was so lucky to find this great repair shop. I spent the afternoon there while they found a new water pump and installed it. They were talented, honest and most of all kind to me. I was alone and 4 hours from home and they were so helpful. I highly recommend the service here- thanks Doug and Johnny!

I missed my appointment but they was very nice to me and was doing everything I expected from the guys there at the garage.I would definitely send someone to get there car worked on

i own a 2004 ford explorer v-6 At 152000 miles both valve cover gaskets began leaking. I asked these folks about replacing them and they did. Dropped car off wednesday evening and had it back in my driveway friday evening. They were quick to get on it, very informative of the process and very nice to deal with. No grease on the interior at all! Even the floor mats were still very clean. I would highly recommend them.Service: Engine repair

It sux that I have to give one star to post this review, I would prefer to give 0 stars. They were nice as long as they thought they were going to get my $1600.00 on they re guessing game, I was told Let s try this and if it doesn t work we ll go from there . Im sorry but im not gonna gamble $1600 on those odds. They also failed my NC inspection because of a bad rubber bushing on the control arm, they really dug deep to find that. I wouldn t recommend anyone go here, they ll dig as deep as they can in your pocket. The parking lot was so full there was barely a place to park, they probably hijacked most of those because people couldn t afford to pay for them.

Can't say enough good things about these guys.We were driving about 3 hours, with 3 hours to go, and were having some issues with misfiring. A little scary when you have a van load of stuff, 5 people and a dog. I pulled up Yelp and looked up some local auto mechanics. This one had a couple stellar reviews. We pulled in and we got in there just before their lunch hour. Of course, I was not expecting them to interrupt their lunch, and was prepared to wait. On their own, they squeezed us in on their lunch break, even though they already had a tight schedule. They even invited us in (and our little dog) and were even offering to take us to a restaurant if we were hungry. (We had plenty of food and snacks, so we politely declined and I really didn't want to inconvenience them either, as they were already going out of their way) What great people! They replaced one of our ignition coils and had us out of there in about an hour and a half. And the price was very, very fair. We got to our destination and back home with no issues. They saved us a lot of hassle and stress on our vacation. The kindness and consideration they showed us is what makes me believe that that really are honest and caring people out there. It's easy to forget that sometimes.Auto Works of Valdese is Highly recommended to anyone and everyone. Love this place. If we lived in the area, they would be our go-to auto mechanics.

200.00 diagnosis. Your not a doctor. Went to Everett Chevrolet and it was 106.00. Got the run around on my issues. Quote was outrageous. Couldn t guraentee to fix the issue. Called at 4:30 answering machine was on and they were closed. Had to call several times to finally get a half quote. I wouldnt use their services. I ll take it to a professional like Everett Chevrolet.

This not a professional Auto repair business. You should try and find auto mechanics that specialize in you car's make.The mechanics there ruin a brand new High Pressure Fuel Pump and tried to tell me it was a bad part. This part was over $300 and they refused to reimburse me for their negligence.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Over the many years we have taken our vehicles to Autoworks of Valdese, I have seen changes in personnel but not service. The level of service provided by Doug Powell and Autoworks is beyond reproach! The Johnson Family will always patronize this company.

I went in to get my speedometer fixed.... 700 dollars later and it was the exact same. the place sucks and they just want your money not a fake review it was under my mom's name

I have decided to change my review as I was unaware of everything that goes into the maintenance service. These guys have provided excellent service for me in the past. I would like to apologize for my previous review and hope I may continue to recieve the excellent services they provide.

This is hands down the best automotive repair shop I have ever dealt with! I was pleased with the work done and warranty provided, as well as the excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Came in with my mom's 2011 chevy aveo 5 .With a losing power complaint. Several days later she gets it back .still doing the same problem. I know its one of them problems that isn't as easy as switching parts.probly going to see if they will help . With this on going problem....

Moved from out of state and have been here numerous times. Multiple certified mechanics with intillegent staff at the front desk. Delivered what they promised for the price they promised and even followed up two days later to check on the vehicle.
