I have never seen a pilot close and it s not on the website. This is bad service we don t have fuel and time to waste coming to your pilot.please remodel those nasty shower and restrooms you guys charge customers over double price for merchandise as lease you could have a well maintenance store.YOU GUYS HAVE TO DO BETTER!! It s not professional to use hand written signs. Even if you machine are down you can still let people use the restroom.

Disgusting showers ???Naaaah man come on now , I never seen a shower this old and nasty at any other truck stop , all this money we spend there man and y all can t even afford a good looking and clean showers for this drivers out here that s hustling non stop , come on man we spend millions a week there for fuel and food but when we need a little clean place to clean our selfs this is what I found , a motel shower looks better than this come on now man I have to put my bags and shiit in the floor cause I used that one chair for my clothes come on man

I love the environment of this Pilot travel center! Darren and Rachel ways have a smile on their faces and I believe they like/love their job! I haven t used the showers so, I do not know what those are like. Overall, the store is very welcoming. (Yes, I work at the Subway, but this is honest answers.)

9/2021 The cashier was nice. She was super friendly. She was busy running the register and maintaining the store. Great Job to her. The store looks good. Everything was stocked and filled. I see other drivers complaining about parking, it s nothing the store can do about it. Just find some where else to go park. It s apart of pre-planning your trip. Try to get to these stores early to get a parking spot. But my over all experience was great. Everything was clean and organized. Now the Wendy s sign was kinda of confusing . I thought it was on the inside not next door.

I took a shower and there was a small bar of soap in my shower, there was so much water on the floor it actually looked like the toilet was leaking, and there was tooth paste in the sink. The cashier needed an attitude adjustment like the customers were a burden to take care of and I'm glad I cook in my truck because they DON'T WASH THEIR HANDS after using or cleaning the bathroom. Mind you I'm handicapped I have a legal placard registered to me and I get told by a lady that because they have 1 handicap parking spot I have to pay or leave, by law there's supposed to be 1 handicapped parking spot per every 20 spots. I definitely won't be back. Now I understand why my company stopped using Pilot and Flying J's. The only reason I even gave them 1 star is because the maintenance guy was nice enough to find me a parking spot. I don't know his name but I do know that he was well mannered and respectful.

Miss Rachel earned this review she's a very rude sour person. It's sad that foul people have jobs like having to deal with customers she should stay home and find another job. I understand that people have bad days but don't take it out on other people.

My experience here wasn t good. Gross showers, tights spaces making it hard to back in, no traffic direction in Peking lot. And lack of trash cans around the property.

I like this place around it has a Lowe's McDonald's Taco Bell the sheets and inside as a Subway and Dunkin Donuts Express now one thing I completely dislike is the entrance of the fueling truck area it is very uncomfortable. If you're coming in here to do a cat scale check twice because it's a little uncomfortable to get there because the entrance to the diesel is sideways. The donuts are amazing everybody should have a double chocolate .

Worst and nastiest pilot and gas station in general I ever been!!! Please Don t use their showers they re not clean man and women hair all over the room, shower, sink and floor! Actual shower is tiny and not cleaned for customers to use! Don t touch anything lol gas station has a little dining area for subway I guess but it s also really dirty. Table not wiped trash all over and on the floor as well just void the inside if you can!

Rude old woman at the cashier I bought little thing there then I realized that was not the one I wanted then comeback immediately less than 5 minutes to exchange the stuff I wanted then she refused to exchange she kept telling me this is none refundable I was not not even asking to return I didn t want to argue her I left and stopped another pilot they happily exchanged what I wanted and bought there more stuffs

I was parked for all of 10 minutes in a 2 hour spot at this pilot. A middle aged white lady, late forties, more likely in her fifties, white 4 for sedan. Knocked on my window and said,"how long are you gonna be parked here?" And I said I don't know. She said that these spots are reserved for employees and customers. I guess the $98 in gas and the $42 in drinks and food didn't with me as a customer. Thank you Karen for flexing your authority over me. I only stop at the Pilot chain of stores because of the rewards card, but after her and 2 other ladies this week, I feel that it's not worth it. I travel for a living. Last year I spent around $52,000 at their network of stores. I hope they don't miss it.

Worst pilot I've ever been to. Showers are nasty...customer service sucks...not enough parking...the place is dirty. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere elseThis was a review from 6 years ago, clearly nothing has changed.Was walking to the shower when I witnessed a dude shoplifting a power inverter.Ghetto nasty dump, one of the ladies working thought it was more important to jaw Jack with some dude in the aisle rather than checkout customers.The shower is absolutely disgusting , shaved hair on the sink, afraid I might contract a disease just being in the place! never again, I'd rather have to drive farther to my delivery than ever come to this dump again

I'm pretty sure their showers were stolen out of a 70s spaceship. Very cramped and not really the most clean. But will work on a tight jam. Parking is the worst here as well. Be careful you don't get stuck at the fuel island. Lol

Why did Pilot's Wifi go out all of sudden? I see once i connected to the wifi and left the building, the connection got weaker. Im parked at the end of the reserved parking spot, and i guess the signal is too weak. I know TA truck stops are usually bigger, and they still have Wifi to connect to. Smh

Avoid this place at all cost. The parking lot is a zoo! If you're running out of hours good luck finding a spot. Truckers should be ashamed to park any kind of way here. If you find a spot early in the day. Be prepared to be blocked in. DOT should stop in one day and write as many illegal parking tickets as possible. Truckers avoid, avoid avoid.

Shower is old school key, not through the app. Parking lot is cramped, awkward to navigate, filled with dropped equipment, bob tails and literal poop.... In the back left corner is an OLD MACK with a gondola or open top and a huge pile of shizzz on the ground next to it.I found an open spot around 12:20pm it was one of the maybe 4 non reserved spots left on a Saturday. The prime parking reserved signs are partly on a curb in no methodical, sensible fashion. Some look like they're pulled out of the ground and hammered I'm where people want to park for a reset.The men's room was reasonably clean, I didn't use the showers or interact with the staff... If you're just looking to park don't show up on "E" as 80% of the pumps were busted and blocked off 8/12/23 CORPORATE PLEASE STEP IN AS THE DEALER LOCATION AT EXIT 100 Mt Airy NC is full of cockroaches and worse than this one

I enjoy stopping at this Pilot when I'm in the area. The store remodel has really helped the function of the store. I'm just not sure why the showers weren't remodeled when Pilot took over from Wilco. They really do need upgrading asap! The fiberglass in the shower is busted, the drain is just laying there not even covering the hole. The tile around the bottom of the wall and the sink are coming off the wall. The sink drain is leaking in the floor and the door handle didn't even fit the hole in the door. If it wasn't for some toilet paper stuffed in the door you could see inside the shower from the hallway.

Honestly, the showers are not the best, but the rest of the experience made up for the old dingy shower! There was a young man at the register that went above and beyond to be considerate and courteous. Great pilot!

1. Stop letting people Park illegally2. Do not wait drivers up when they're parked in a spot. They do not have to move if they're parked legally.3. Make sure your staff are respectful.4. If you don't like how you're parking spots are set up change them.I like pilots they have great food and friendly face. I love pilot program to allow mom-and-pop truck stops to sell diesel. This saved many struggling mom and pop families during COVID.But I will not be stopping at this location ever again.Warring driver do not stay at this truck stop.

Plenty of parking for rigs. Store is neat and clean & the staff is very friendly. Only 4 stars because although clean, the showers could use a remodel. Severely lacking compared to most truck stops.

Decent place to stop, 3 stars for one of the cashier's, I tried to buy tobacco she scanned my ID and said it's expired, I looked at my ID and said no ma'am it's good until 2024. She said I don't know, had it not been for the other cashier she would not have sold it to me, the other cashier told her that sometimes it does that and as long as it shows good on the ID she can still sale. Just a bit of a hassle but still a good place to stop, I still recommend.
