I'm absolutely amazed by the speed, fair pricing, and exceptional customer service of this company. They handle everything with such proficiency. I went in for a wheel repair, and within less than 24 hours, it was done. Additionally, my remote fob, which wasn't working before, mysteriously started working again when I picked up my vehicle. I have a feeling they secretly fixed it without saying anything. Truly the best!

I love this place. Not too expensive and the turn around to get a wheel repaired is normally always 2-3 days. Their work is very high quality and the owner is an awesome man. In the provided photo is a 4K image of my wheel. The tip of the two spokes at the top were sheered off and the space between grounded down by a curb (tried getting out of the way of an oncoming ambulance at an intersection). The picture is worth a thousands words and speaks of their craftsmanship. They were able to add material AND shape it to the exact shape of the original spokes. If you need wheel work done or just simply need a wheel refinished to restore it to its former beauty, I'd HIGHLY recommend PWR. Thank you to the team here. Very knowledgeable with great customer service!! They were able to get the dent out very quickly.Now my baby rides smooth like it never had a dent.The Price was also fair for the great quality of work.I Definitely recommend this shop!

I brought my car in to repair two bent wheels which was causing a bad vibration at highway speeds. Travis helped me out first thing in the morning and was finished up not even an hour later, which was a big surprise to me as I thought it would take a lot longer. He even checked out the other two wheels to make sure they didn't need any repairs. This took care of all of my concerns and my car is riding smoothly again. Quality customer service and quality work!

Took 2 Konig wheels to Piedmont for straightening. Got 'em back the next day. Wow! What a difference it made in the way my little Miata rides and drives. Thanks Travis, great job!!

My wheels are worst than when I dropped them off. Charged me more than mentioned. I would not advise allowing them to repair your chrome or polish wheels. It was obvious damage and the guy acted like there was nothing wrong. Extremely dissatisfied! Will not be a repeat customer. Beware!!!!!

Above and beyond! Travis at Piedmont Wheel Repair not only beat everybody s price, he worked diligently to ensure my son had his 4Runners wheels blacked out by his birthday! His work blew us away!!!When my son saw his 4Runner, he said it looks sick ! I agreed!!! Thank you Piedmont! Great guy! Great work!

Great Customer Service and Quality work. We were traveling and developed a slow leak in our tire. Ford garage squeezed us in at quitting time and said we had a damaged aluminum rim and suggested Piedmont Wheel Repair. First thing in the morning we were at their door and explained we were out of town and needed our Rim repaired. They had us back on the road with in 2 hours with our repaired rim that looks as good as new. As far as we are concerned they are the BEST! Thanks

Extremely kind and courteous. Travis went far and above to help me out with everything. I had a badly bent aluminum alloy wheel. I could go on and on but you got my drift, absolutely recommend this place

Travis and his Team were awsome. Very courteous and even repaired a small dent on my other rim for free. Very reasonable prices too. Highly recommend if you are looking for the best customer service.

I didn't know there was such a thing as "wheel restoration" until the owner of the body shop I use recommended Piedmont Wheel repair. I wish I had a "before" picture of my wheels. I bought my Corolla used, and while it had some very nice factory wheels, the old owner had beaten the hell out of them- I'd guess he probably hit dozens of curbs. The paint or finish was scratched off in a lot of places, and the metal was chewed up in a lot of areas, sometimes with small chunks missing. Piedmont filled in the damage to where they look brand new, check out the picture!

Great fast service!! I bent the wheel on my car and I showed up and his lunch time wasn't even over yet but welcomed me in they got me right in fixed me up quick, definitely recommend these guys and awesome dog Romeo played tug of war with me while I waited. Very satisfied

I had a cracked wheel that was losing air. John and his guys did a fantastic job. They saved me roughly 300 had I just bought a new wheel. So thanks John! Added bonus Rambo the shop doggo is a sweetie that likes head scratches.

My wife bent a wheel on her Fiesta ST in Mooresville on Faith Rd. this past Saturday, I googled up wheel repair shops, and Peidmont Wheel Repair came up. I never realized they were in Troutman and have been there for years, The service was awesome. Travis and John are great people to deal with. My wife dropped it off when they opened, and it was done by that evening and was able to pick it up on my way home.

I had wheels repaired by one of the known name shops in Charlotte and they re expensive very expensive and wasn t as good as it could have been so I was a little bit skeptical about this little hole in the wall shop in the middle of nowhere. It had good reviews and it s close to my job so I gave them a try. Man!!! I m blown away by their work. Not only did they complete the work in about half the time of the big name shop but the price was excellent!! Definitely give these guys your business whenever you need wheel repair work. I had 3 factory wheels straightened and 1 aluminum wheel repair which didn t even need balancing after the repair which was crazy!!! These guys were very cool and get my recommendation to anybody I know hands down....

Dave from Piedmont Wheel Repair is outstanding!! He is very attentive to customers needs. I was unfortunately unable to use him due to my circumstances and location at the time of needing my bent wheel repaired but was HIGHLY impressed with his customer service and willing to help out. He follows up with customers and can tell I would have been very pleased if I used him. He's left a great impression on me that if I ever need a wheel to be repaired I will be calling him!

Heard of Piedmont tire from NTB (National Tire and Battery.) Long story, but John from Piedmont tire went out of his way, above and beyond on helping me to figure out a way to get my daughters rims and wheels replaced on her vehicle. For 2 separate days he did research on rims and tires, emailed and texted me back information, provided suggestions and literally just went all out to help a mom in Masachusetts get a car fixed down in N.C. quickly so my daughter would have transportation to get to work. Not many people out there like him any more. John thanks for your laughter, and kidding with me when I was stressing out and thanks for just unbelievable service. Top notch!!Thanks

If you've ever heard the saying "Go the 2nd Mile" that's how I would describe Dave Austin! I was referred to Piedmont Wheel Repair, Inc. by a friend in the motorsports racing industry as being their go-to guy and I totally understand why. Unfortunately he wasn't able to repair my Range Rover wheel due to the severity of the damage, however, what he did do was BEYOND anything I've ever expected nor experienced. He spent a great deal of time researching what turned out to be a rather complicated situation and pointed me in the right direction. He didn't have to do ANY of that for me, but he did. Dave should be an advisor/consultant for companies on how to build loyalty and a customer-centric organization. He certainly has perfected his craft and goes beyond what's expected. Well done Dave! Close to I-77. I had a wheel emergency and was taken care of right away. Back on the road in less than an hour. Just after my call to inquire about service, I received a prompt message with directions and contact information straight to my phone. A small shop with great service. Thanks PWR!
