Just wanted a battery for my truck in the next parking lot. And even offered to buy the tools needed to swap it. Even though the kid wanted to argue about what tools I would need.. Nothing but a hassle. I asked if i could run a cash ticket through my workplace so i didnt have to wait until monday. Also an issue for some reason and never is with advance. I was also hounded by the employee for him to do the exchange. I declined as i am more than capable. I will happily purchase from advance auto instead. Seemed they didn't want to sell me anything but the employee sure wanted to work on my vehicle and argue with me for some reason.

I was trying to explain the young man at the register that I want to play to separate transaction one with a card and the second with the rewards he didn't understand what I was trying to tell him and the response I got in a rude attitude is "whatever man"

I forgot to post this while I was on Vacation. Ha! I was experiencing a battery light pooping up on my dash cluster so I needed to stop asap and found this location. As soon as I walked in Nikki (I believe was her name) was the first person to greet me. She was quick to help me, which is always nice when the last place you want to be is in an autoparts store when on vacation. She helped me get the right battery for my Jeep and get even offered to help me install the new battery (I did decline but thanked her for the offer). The time we spent looking up the battery was nice. She was very kind and informative. If I am ever traveling through there again and need parts, I will definitely be stopping again! Thank you Nikki!

Horrible experience....Manager threatened to call police because I wanted my money back on a $5.00 purchase.!!!!...I could not believe how he was acting...I waited on the police for 30 minutes then another associate gave me my $5.00 dollars..I had a receipt....Been on this earth for 55 years and this was the first....Manager way to immature to be managing a store and employess.....

I am so thankful for shops like this and especially so when there s someone knowledgeable and helpful to assist! I had this weird light on my dash with a service entry light. Turns out it was for my keyfob battery of all things! Thankfully Nikki the girl that helped me knew. She even helped reset the light and showed me how to open my keyfob for future battery changes. It was refreshing to have someone help that seemed like they enjoyed their job. Friendly, fast, knowledgeable definitely recommend!

It's a sad day when you don't stand behind your products. I brought a set of wiper blades for my truck. It's been a month since since I purchased them. The 1 wiper skips across glass. I went back to Auto Zone 2 days ago and was told that no wipers have a warranty. So don't know about you guys, but throwing $25.00 out the window seems a better option then wasting my time. I would never shop there again... After this post Autozone contacted me and corrected the problem and resolved my issues. Thank you for your speedy response. So I am changing my rating for them and I.

Great Customer Service from Bryan and his team! They were very helpful, knowledgeable, and went above & beyond to help me troubleshoot my semi truck issue. I had an issue with my leveling valve, and Bryan dropped what he was doing and immediately came outside to help repair and get me back on the road in just a few minutes. Keep up the great work, and thank you again! God Bless!

My family and I are traveling north to Point Pleasant, WV to the Mothman festival this weekend. We are making stops at parks and lakes along the way. While at Lake Norman, I realized my driver brake light was out. I found the Auto Zone in Troutman and stopped to grab a new bulb before continuing on. I've never had to change that particular light on my Renegade before. Luckily the store manager at the store also owns A Rene. She was able to show me how to install the new bulb and get me going again. Her name was Nikki, I believe. She was so super helpful and such a nice person. If you ever need an auto part store, and are in Troutman, stop at that Auto Zone and ask for her. She's got you!! 10/10 customer service!

Stopped in to get a diagnosis regarding my battery and/or the alternator. The gentleman came out, hooked up his machine and said it was the battery. I questioned him twice. They installed the battery and the problem continue. They then said it was the alternator. The battery was $206 and the alternator was $400. I asked to return the battery and was told I had cranked the truck and it was considered used. The old battery was an ACDelco that was less than a year old. If Auto Zone is in the business of diagnostics, their employees should know how to use the equipment. We paid for auto zones $206 mistakes. There was no manager on duty so I called another, local, auto zone and spoke with their manager. He advised my first mistake was going to the troutman store. I reminded him my truck was giving issues and I didn t have a choice. Feel free to reach out to me so we can discuss. Thanks

Great customer service, i came in to get some windshield wipers. I was helped by Steve. He was very helpful and courteous. He helped install my windshield wipers. This location is right down the street from my house. Very nice and clean store.

Santiago did a fantastic job replacing my battery. He swapped out the old one and cleaned the terminals for the new one. He gave me advice on maintenance for the new battery and what to look out for in the future in case it starts to go bad. His customer service was 10/10.

Rude & obnoxious. Even had the audacity to hang up on me after I asked a simple question so yeah I will be following up with corporate regarding this experience COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE !

Normally this is my store as it s closer to home . Not today . One employee was aloof and kinda doing his own thing while the other was busy having a bromance going on about motorcycles . Finally turned his attention to me only to tell me that the item I was there for wasn t available but the website says in stock waste of time . I bought the alternative and told the employee behind the register that this is military discount as well . Nope , not today .he just rang it up and went about his business smh

Brian, the manager, really saved our trip when our battery died at the dunking donuts! He even lent us a cart and tools to change out the battery for free. He deserves a big raise and promotion for being professional, courteous and caring! Amazing

I've been to this Autozone many of times for car parts, the customer service is pretty good, they do their best to help give the right information to all of the questions one may have. Their check out for buying a product can be slow at times because of the older computers, and when the store is full it can take a while for some people to be rung up but, the customer service does their best to get everyone rung up. This auto zone also has a very friendly atmosphere when you enter the store.

FYI they will NOT change out parts. Our battery died so we went to AutoZone to get a new one. Never had a auto parts store not change out something for us. If I did not have someone able to change out the battery for me, I don t know what I would have done. I would NOT recommend single parents or elderly coming here. Terrible!!!

I wasn't sure where to add the freon to my truck so I stopped by this Auto Zone to ask. Payton H. was so nice and he showed me where the valve was. I also was unsure about the fuse box and he helped me there, too. A very informative and pleasant young man. Thank you Auto Zone and Payton.

Very knowledgeable people. They are willing to recommend things to you if you need specific things. They are also ready to walk outside at any time and take a look at your car with you to see what they think is wrong. Sometimes the second opinion is much needed to save some money and time.
