Sorry customer service only 2guys working and I'm the only one in The store one employee is walking around the parking lot with earpods in. The other one somewhere in the back probably eating from the look of him. Stood at counter for a few minutes when he finally waddled out. Very little effort looking up part I needed. Also very rude and short with me. Do you're self a favor and go elsewhere for your parts. Hands down worst napa around!!!!!!!!!

I walked in and I was immediately acknowledged by Cory. He located my parts in Greensboro and Cory had them shipped to the Thomasville store next day. I walked in the next day and Cory acknowledged me immediately no wait and retrieved my parts.

This is hands down one of the best NAPA stores I have ever dealt with. We buy LOTS of parts from them and they are always accommodating and go out of there way to help. It helps to have team members like Joe and Scott who have been in this business longer than I have been around! Thanks guys! ~Newton's Car Care

Horrible Service. I ve been here several times with different people each time and they act like they ve just woken up. They clearly didn t want to be there and tried as little as they could to help me find what I was looking for. I would HIGHLY recommend the oreilly s across the street. They have way better attitudes and service

Don t buy a battery here. Returned a defective battery less than a year old with receipt and had to buy another one. I was told it came with a year warranty, free replacement. The guy working there said for it to last almost a year was good, REALLY?!? Walmart s batteries are better than what they sell.

Yesterday I went in to get the AC problem treated on my car. I spoke with Corey, told him my situation he went out to my car opened up the side passenger to investigate and found that the car was missing an air filter. He took care of the problem and told me if I ever needed anything to reach out. From this point on I will only be going to Napa. Corey was so helpful and truly made me feel cared for and appreciated. This place makes you feel at home & shows you in action what true Southern Hospitality is all about. Thank you Napa for having workers like Corey there to help

I love the employees and they always have the parts I need in stock. On the rare occasion that they don't, they have them delivered over to the shop usually on the same day. Always personable and friendly and they remember who I am every time.

Thanks for whatever you did. I had to go back today for a couple of parts and the man that helped me was very professional and did whatever he could. One part I just can't find anywhere but the other he looked up and was able to order.

I have had hit and miss experiences with NAPA this one however is about as positive as a person can get Mark is an old school genius finding things Corey is a great support I'm the manager I appreciate their efforts to no end and would recommend this store to anybody needing Auto Parts assistance and information they are the real deal

The local Napa is one of the best auto parts places in Thomasville. They seem to have a better selection of parts, especially harder to find parts than anyone else in town. I buy some tractor parts here as well and if I blow a hydraulic hose, they can make me a new one, extremely handy if on a weekend. The staff has always been very helpful, friendly, and accomodadating.

The Paint Department Have Excellent Service They Could Use Some Manners Up In Their The Customer Service Front Desk They Definitely Don't Kno How To Greet Their Customers And Their Prices Are Off The Hook To Expensive
