I had a u-joint an yolk get really sloppy, I called up Double B they said to bring it in. Everywhere else Said they couldn't touch it for two days. We ended up having to wait on a part to be ordered, so we ended up polishing my wheels and tanks. Customer service was great and I couldn't have asked for any better people to deal with. Pricing was definitely more than fair. I will definitely be coming back for service if in in the area.

He totally win my loyalty to bring a loyal customer, stealing me from the volvo dealers. Totally blown away from his personally, and knowledge about trucking. I'm going to abduct him for my team. He doesn't know it yet. But now the newest member of my team.. Great job. Thanks.. knowing I was stuck in the highway without needing a tow.. So I m 1hr 30mins from home in middle a New Year Vacation, my 2006 Cummins ac seized, no other shop was willing to take my truck in but this guy. He helped me with rental through enterprise, I recommend all veterans go to this shop as well. Left it there till coming back from vaca. and he helped me out by fixing it to customers approval(me) to get me back on the road to atleast make it home.

awesome crew used them when one of trailers had a lift gate stop working we had another company from thomasville working on it for hours and charged us when they did not even fix it. We called Double B when there tech showed up he dove right in and had it working in about 20 minutes .We kmow who to call whem we are in that area now.

Absolutely the best repair shop I ve ever been to!!! These guys went out of their way to get me back on the road. They were much more economically priced compared to their competitors and they don t have any attitudes like their competitors have. If you want your truck repaired correctly for a reasonable price this is where you need to go. Don t even hesitate just bring your truck here.Service: Brakes

Very rude, and unprofessional. I called them to replace a tire in trailer and asked for the price she said my boss is busy I can t distract him to ask him about the price, but she said we re the cheapest and professional shop in the entire area, so I went there and the were asking $550 for Chinese tire I said no . The owner told me I can t enter there property so I had to back up all the way till end off the street.Don t go there. Very rude.

Charged me for two tires I didn t need. The tire needed to be beaded. Service tech told me I could leave due to my DOT clock running extremely low due to waiting on him for three hours in the first place. Proceed with caution when dealing with Double B garage LLC

Well please upload the video to this review so the public can view it. You over charged for two tires that I didn t need and it took your tech 3 hours to get out where I was when it was 30 miles away. Poor business practices and low standards from Double B garage LLC

My timing belt broke on my car I called these guys.....they were right there in no time to help me....If u break down.....call these guys....they r fast , friendly , n very easy to communicate with.....Thanks Double B for coming to my rescue......

Me and my husband have been stuck in North Carolina for 2 days now the inner tube in our not common tire shredded to pieces we called places for 2 days trying to get either a new inner tube and flap or new tire completely and either places didn t carry the size or pretty much gave us the run around !!!! This company opened their shop up and let us purchase 2 inner tubes and flaps after hours so we could make our way back to South Carolina!!!! They went above and beyond for us . I Needed a starter replaced on my truck. Called them at 5:30am(24 hour service). They told me they could be there around 10 am. I call them 2 more times to confirm that they could indeed come out at 10.I call them again at 10:45 when they hadn t showed up and was told that things got busy and they wouldn t be coming. They never called me to tell me, but instead wasted 5 hours of my time waiting on them when I could have been looking elsewhere. Not trustworthy

I went to them because they had5 star ratings I needed to do work on my trailer 18 foot of wood floor needed to be change they quoted me 850.00 for the job and also 170.00 for other job they did. The bill came to 1552.55 which I told them that not what I agree to and also they used some of my screws but the shop owner told me that the bill. I paid it but this customer will never go there again and I will not recommend anybody to them ....

Stay away from this shop they will lie to you and leave your truck sitting a week and not even touch it while getting others that just come in in front of you and then come up and tell you at the last minute that they re not gonna fix your truck
