I cannot say enough good things about Buck s towing service. I suddenly had a flat tire while driving my 94 year old mother back home to NC from Georgia. I called Buck s and was immediately comforted and calmed by the wonderful customer service person. She promptly sent a tow truck to fix my flat tire. David, who changed the tire, was very kind and sympathetic about my problem and quickly and competently changed the tire and I was back on my way home within an hour. Thank you for caring and taking care of my flat tire in a kind and competent way. I really appreciate their great service!

Bucks is very professionale and on time. They stand by there word and go above and beyond. They took care of me while stranded on the side of the highway fully loaded. Cameron definitely knows his stuff he had me hooked up and we was rolling in no time. Highly recommend them. Definitely will use them for all my towing needs. Also mechanic needs as well they fixed my truck and had me back on the road all in the same day those guys rock. Again thanks for great quality service.

I had used buck's For a road service recently. They did such a good job. When it was time for some shop work. They were the first people I went to. I had a wheel seal on my tractor starting to leak, Is called an advance to let them know that I was coming. Once I arrived, they pulled me straight into the shop. Did the wheel seal and I was in out within the hour. Service like this is hard to find these days. Family owned family operated, and friendly pricing.

Called around 11 Pm for a tow on private property. The lady on the receiving end was incredibly rude and was annoyed by the call. Before we could explain that it wasn t off the highway she said we needed to file an accident report with highway patrol because they don t do anything without one. After saying it was in fact on private property she said it would be $350 just to come out. We ended up going with Arski Towing, paid $100 and was a pleasurable experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend them instead!

Exceptional service! From the moment I called, the team at Bucks was prompt, professional, and incredibly helpful. Their wrecker service arrived swiftly, They handled my vehicle with care, and the entire process was seamless. After calling AAA multiple times and waiting over three hours with no results... I called Buck's Wrecker Service at 10 30 pm. Within 15 minutes I received a call and within another 15 minutes my Toyota 4 Runner was on the way to the dealership.. no sweat, no worries and no hassles. If you need a tow, there's only one place to go for great service at a fair price. I will never call AAA again..... JDR

I highly recommend Bucks. Cameron came out lifted my fifth wheel camper leveled and set without no problem. I will recommend him to everyone!

If I could give a negative, I would. We were greeted so rudley and had trouble getting info all the lady wanted to know if it was our fault. It took 1.5 wks to get our vechical realesed. Insurance informed us the day after accident they have contacted Bucks and our vechical would be at the body shop Monday at 1130. Wednesday I called body shop they still had not seen vechical. Friday back to Insurance and they were informed vechical was delivered, but after they spent time searching it was discovered it was still at Bucks BUT would be at shop by Monday....finally showed Tuesday. Insurance company agreed very very rude and they are going to black list them for any future recommendations. I would recommend if you have a choice stay very very far away.

unprofessional. I own a local shop and have always highly recommended Bucks until I watched and listen to a video a customer of mine that i recommended to them for a tow where there heavy duty wrecker driver just trash talked my business and he raised the price of the tow pricing thats them i have nothing to do with that but trash talking is slander I do not play these type of childish games and will not.I will no longer recommend there services and will be using another local company from here on in.I have been in this business a long time and watched several business rise and fall and at some point they all fall thats just life and how it works But things work much better when people work together.When their customers come here complaining I just tell them they have to take it up with bucks I have nothing to do with how they work and do not want to I have always showed my respect to them but no longer P.SI at one time owned the second largest tow company in northern VA along with my Father When he passed I closed it up.I still own 3 large wreckers and 4 small maybe its time a make another run at things in NC Another Rotator in the area may help around here

It was raining when I had car trouble and I called and they were there within 45 minutes to pick up my car. The driver even dropped it and my keys at the shop for me so I didn't have to go into town.

Terrible!!!! I had them tow my lexis LS460 only bc my coolant line had cracked.! The next day coolant line was fixed but not only that my Control arm was now disconnected!!! I had just paid for the car!! And wasn t anything like that broke or any signs of it the OWNER PUT UP A FIGHT SWEARING IT WASNT THEM!!! But ain t no other way it could ve happen!!!! Think twice b4 calling them..Service: Local hauling

Had an accident in my company called bucks they had someone come out immediately thie rig was bigger then I thought someone would need but no problems they hook her right up and even took me back to work in the semi

Bucks wrecker arrived on time and completed the tow at a reasonable price. The driver was most helpful and friendly. I hope I do not need a wrecker in the future but if I do need one, I will call Buck's.

If I could leave no stars I would my father in law is a trucker and needed a tow and they quoted him and outrageous price way more than the rig was worth and then my husband calls for same vehicle and they give him a lesser quote go to get it and the owner and his employees wanna try and fight everyone and proceeds to not let us get the rig or anything out of it. This place is a complete joke of a business the woman upfront who answers the phones has the nerve to catch an attitude with customers when at the end of the day if it wasn t for the customers they would be out of business I would never recommend them for any business I ve delt with other towing companies before and never had these type of problems. This company is trying to rob the working man who if it wasn t for the truckers no one would have food on their tables so think twice before calling them and don t. Ever give them your credit card number they will charge whatever they feel like after you are given a price

If you're looking for a great towing company, Buck's would be it!!! I called all the towing companies around and they beat everyone on the price. After confirming my tow, Matthew called to let me know when he would be here and then arrived shortly after that. Matthew was professional, curtious, knowledgeable and pleasant. Everyone at Buck's made it easy to do business with them, including Lisa and all the other awesome ladies in their office. She answered all my questions accurately. You can tell Customer Service is a great priority to them. If I could I would have given them 10 stars.Service: Car towing

Don't plan on getting anywhere quick when you call, I called at 12 for a tire change, office said tech would be there within the hour. 1:50 mins later he got there did a fairly quick change utility of the tire then my driver waited 40 minutes for paperwork to be completed. Would not let me pay for repair over the phone with credit card unless I filled out a form and sent copy of it back to them. 3 hrs and 20 minutes to complete service and it was 9 miles from their shop.for $636.00 . Now the load that was to be delivered has to be returned to terminal. If they did what they said they would wouldn't be leaving this negative review. All in all it cost me $1000 for 1 recap tire.Service: Tire change

The transmission went out in my Husband's '99 Chevy pickup. Matthew arrived within 5 minutes of my Husband talking to the Dispatcher. Matthew was polite, caring, and professional in his approach and explanations to us. He made our "event" less traumatic. Matthew got us home safely. Would use this service again! They came to get my car after an accident. I can't remember the guys name, but he was nice and helpful. I spoke with someone in the office Monday morning who was very friendly and helpful as well. They answered my questions and explained the next course of action I needed to take with my insurance company.

They're awesome, always charge us a flat fee for towing NO matter where it is, well local, but same fee.... great ppl especially Whitney, she rocks....

The gentleman who came out to help me was extremely courteous and professional. He called ahead of his arrival to let me know how far away he was and took the time to see what was wrong with my car. I am almost 50 years old and I have never been treated as respectfully as this gentleman did using a towing service. I will definitely recommend them to everyone!
