This use to be my go to shop whenever I had a automobile problem. But after the father retired the son took over and it's not the same. Very dishonest, not loyal , and extremely slow. My truck never got fixed. After many weeks and returns back to the shop there. If you don't know or can't fix a problem when lie and say it is fixed ? As far as I am concerned this shop owes me $2000 at least. Trust the negative reviews you read. Sadly those reviews are the truth. Hopefully this shop will be honest enough to customers not take their money and send them to another shop that can do the job. Without being lied too and taking their money.

Excellent service and very reasonable prices and I have been to them several times and have been great and honest each time. I would recommend them to anyone and will always use them for our mechanic service . I really appreciate Dusty and everyone they always try to save me money and help me when I can get no help other places . Great customer service

My dad and I are on a road trip from Georgia to New York to go home for Christmas and the water pump went out at midnight - on the highway. It was FREEZING! Because we are days away from Christmas, most shops were closed or completely booked. These folks squeezed us in and fixed the truck within a few hours. They are the reason we are still heading home for Christmas. Cannot recommend them enough! Best service ever - huge shoutout to Chris and Dusty. And honestly surprised at how affordable the price was considering how quickly we needed a turnaround. Merry Christmas!

Fair price for vehicals that need repairs dustiy drove my car for a few minutes said to drive it until bad then come back ,so i took my car to another machanic i did not fell safe driving it home found out my battery connector were not tight on my car and drained my battery ,fule line was busted and two pices of metal you could see were sticking out of my rear tire car machanic said could have busted and we would have when off the road and we were asked to stand out side in the cold after it rained with my ESA cats after they got fixed because of the owners allergy even though they were in their carriers .but if you have ESA cat you will be politely asked to stay out side with them because owner and her kid is allergic too them .just giving everyone a fair heads up.that deals with mental illness and needs their esa pets. Don't go here.

If this was the last place in Thomasville, I would push my car to another city before going back here. Dishonest. The owners have the most terrible attitudes. It will take them weeks to poorly or completely inefficiently work on your vehicle. Will absolutely tell you your car has issues it doesn't. New owners since 2020. Lots of complaints since then. Not the same! Everyone seems to have the same complaints about this place. Save your car and money and go somewhere else.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I have been to After All 3 times to let them check out used autos for me..pre purchase inspection. They had saved me all 3 times from buying lemons. Gave me tips on what to look for. Thanks again you guys!!!!!

My family and I were traveling to Charlotte from Raleigh and realized our ac was not working. We got very very lucky and found After All Auto Repair off an exit on 85. The mechanics were amazing and the staff was very friendly and informative. My family and I were able to get back on the road without any trouble. I highly recommend this place! They are literally a blessing!!

This is the only shop we trust! Great customer service, friendly and helpful everytime! I wouldn't think to take my car anywhere else. They explain everything to you. Every problem that I have had with my car from transmission replacement to a oil change they have done quickly and for the best price we've found!

The terrible accountability and argumentative behavior from bad reviews left, ensures me on why you have bad reviews. You can also tell there are a lot of false 5 star reviews that s are obvious, from your friends that you have asked them to leave. I have seen post of you as the half owner arguing with people on facebook. I have been in customer service for 15 years and I can assure you that reading your comments blatantly shows you have no customer service. You look close to middle aged, you should take some classes on business and maybe you ll grow up a little bit.

We love this shop! We will never take our car anywhere else. They are very kind and trust worthy. There are no hidden fees and if they tell you a time frame it will be done when they say even if they have to stay late to finish it. They treated my son great who decided he wanted to ride with his dad to the shop! If you want a friendly truthful shop to go to this is the place. They give quotes and will work with you if you have parts already.Services: Transmission, Auto A/C recharge, Transmission replacement, Wheel alignment, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

Phenomenal work done by amazing mechanics, they went above and beyond for my vehicle and believe me a 98 Mercedes slk230 isn t an easy task. Would highly recommend for any service that was needed!!

We'll I thought I was getting a deal bc my hubbys buddy worked there and told us bring it up here and we'll take care of ya. Oh lawd, when they called and said $115 for the diagnostic test alone, then spark plugs n wires for a total of $632.00???? Heck nah!!!!It ran b4 we took it up there just cut of occasionally, NOW it WONT run at ALL....Tbh i wouldn't recommend anyone going there really but I should have known bc my GPA had his Taurus worked on (suppose to "call" b4 doin work) they called said "Mr.Stafford ur bill is $797 he said "What the world, for what"? They said "we replaced blah blah blah" he said "No that wasn't the deal, y'all was supposed to call me 1st- he said "I am on disability and broke" they said "Well u have to pay b4 u get it back or it's ours do u have a title for it"????.... Who does that? Really.... I KNOW they seen my GPA coming n took advantage of him, I feel like we was kinda really done the same way....

I didn't want to do this but I have to let the public know about a very bad experience this company is giving me right now. After all auto lied to me & this company comes off as fraudulent. Ladies & gentleman be careful that theses workers will give you so many set backs with holding your vehicle hostage... If you think you will get your vehicle back in a couple of days.... NO! You may not see it in months depends on the situation. They claim good service but lies isn't one of them. People it's a gamble at your own risk Overpriced. SN: To sum this up please don't waist people time saying you can fix it.... well alone If not, then just say you're not qualified.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Me and my wife have been taking our cars to After All for years. We have never had any complaints did work fair prices and we get our car back in a reasonable time. We see negativity being posted about them and all I can say about that is you can't please everybody and some people can ain't never happy. I m new to the area, and my car died on me and I had it towed to these guys sight unseen. They provided wonderful service and got me up and running again at a reasonable price. I ll be a repeat customer! Very personable folks!

I ve been going to this place for many and many years now and everything they have done for me. The staff are great it s a very clean place and they get things done in a very timely mattered. I recommend this place to everybody who is looking for a mechanic. This used to be a good shop years ago but things have changed. The last few repairs we ve had were very expensive and we ve had to take the car back after almost every one. After looking at other reviews i see some people have gone through the same thing. Paying high dollar for something to be fixed then taking it back to find out it was actually something else and they want even more money. We took the car to another shop for our most recent issue and got it fixed for $150, when this shop quoted us $700+.
