I went to Oriley auto parts for a new car battery. The man at the counter charged me the installation fee and then told me to go have someone else install it. I went to Advanced Auto parts which is literally 100 feet away. They installed the battery for free. I went back to Orileys and got my $22 back. I honestly don't think the employee thought I was coming back from the disappointment on his face. I'm coming here the next time I need something for my car.

Always a good place to shop when the car starts to have issues. Friendly folks working inside, and they know their business. Needed some advice on my brakes and parts I needed.. And they came through! Plenty of parking.

The gentleman that helped me he was so polite and took time to listen to my exact needs. He checked every part that showed on computer screen and even compared it to my old part that I had brought in to go by. If it was a rating on the gentleman that assisted me then I would of given 5 stars on him.

Since new management this store has improved drastically. Great staff and service. If you had a bad experience in the past give these guys another shot.

Great staff and cheap prices. Would have gave 5 stars but I hate there commercial department. The staff in that department is good I just hate the Policy

Definitely would give this place a 0 star if I could. I ve been to a plethora of auto stores and have had really easy customer service experiences. Walk in. Ask for help. Get helped. Leave. However this place seems to operate completely differently. The minute the female answered the phone (apparently Cheryl or Sheryl) she had a major attitude. We arrived and she immediately was saying how she was about to clock out so she didn t care how rude she was. I m not sure what exactly has her work ethic like that, but she is eventually going to meet the wrong person or be fired.Just beware for a heavy weight white girl (or Latina) when shopping there. She definitely won t be glad to help you.

To the young kid at this store, you really need to work on you people skills. I worked at advance for many years and we prided ourselves in customer service. You had a bad attitude from the start. I understand we all have bad days but this was a bit over the top.

Extremely nice and helpful. Unlike another place in town, they test your parts and give you an honest assessment. The other place, (O'R's),tested my parts and told me they were both bad and I needed new. That was not true, I new it and they did too.Advance Auto Parts has always been up front and honest with me and they almost always have a great deal with an added discount.

I always have a good experience in this store. I mean you can't go wrong with advance. They have always have whatever part I'm looking for even with my car being 11 years old.

Very helpful employees, eager to please. They didn't have a part I was looking for but searched their other location and found it for me. Being new to the area, I asked Cheryl for directions and she took time to write them down for me. I drove to the other location and purchased part. Thanks Cheryl for going above and beyond for me. They will always have my business!

The staff was great. They even installed my battery that I purchased. I had gone to Auto Zone and they refused to install the battery that I was purchasing.

They checked my battery and found it to be somewhat low on power. The associate was very helpful and knowledgeable and I purchased a new one with them. They were great to deal with.

Andrew Dennis was extremely helpful with the project I was working on. Gave me some pointers to look out for and knew exactly what parts I needed to do the job right. Will definitely be back there again.

Helpful friendly staff. Prices comparable to other local parts stores, but high compared to online competition. Carry a wide variety of parts you might need as long as you are not particular about the brand.

Bought a new power steering pump in 1/19 with a "lifetime warranty". It went bad in 2/19 and they replaced it under warranty. That one went bad in 9/19 and I called Advance to which they replied it was no longer available and I would have to pay $40 more to get one. Asked to speak with a manager and was put on hold til they hung up on me. Called back, same thing happened. So I went to the store and now they say they can only replace it once under the warranty. I said Autozone replaces parts no question asked, over and over. I've been through many set of brakes on my '94 blazer with 400K on it and they never say anything at Autozone. Ball joints, tie rods, brake calipers, water pumps, you name it and if it has a lifetime warranty at Autozone, they'll honor it no matter haw many times it has to be replaced. I asked for my money back and of course their answer was "no".

Very good service and knowledgeable counter personnel. Pricing is very competitive with all local auto parts stores. Keep an eye on adds and also order online for discounts.

The representative that checked me out really acted like she didn't want to be there or help me find what I needed. I will go to Orileys next time. Its almost right across the street.
