I don t have enough good things to say about upstate marine . Brandon took care of us and made the whole process a breeze . We couldn t be happier! If you re looking for a great buying experience or looking to get totally wild on a custom build upstate is your team! Also can t say enough about their service team as well. Had an alternator go bad on our boat on a Saturday Preston had it in the mail Monday morning when their business was closed . Can t ask for anything better! It s what sets them apart from the rest!

Could not have asked for better support and service today on my 2022 Centurion RI245. Had a few warranty items pop up during an out of state lake vacation trip and the team at Upstate Marine was unsurpassed in their total package and support. I was back on the water in less than 8 hours and they provided excellent upgrades to the boat at reasonable prices. 100% will go back whenever I m in the area.Six stars if it was an option.Thanks guys!

The guys at Upstate Marine have been absolutely the best! From the sales side . Blake has been great! I had purchased a pre owned boat from ai individual. Blake and the other guys took time out to help show me the ropes of my boat. On top of that I had some mechanical things going on as well. Preston and the Service department were absolutely superb. The technician was knowledgeable. I would suggest to anyone if you are looking to purchase a new boat or needing service. Upstate is the place to go!

We recently had boat trouble and were very anxious to get the repair. Brandon and the other staff at Upstate Marine were so awesome to work with and got us back on the water in just a few days! Hands down, the most honest dealer in the North Carolina area. Brandon, Mary, and the guys in the shop go above and beyond to make your experience fun, as it should be. They re real boat owners, with real experiences, and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend them, as well as the Centurion/Supreme lineup. Thank you!!!

This whole crew has been great! I have sold 2 boats with them and bought a brand new Centurion at Upstate NC. The buying and consignment process has always been quick and easy. They are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly.

Been dealing with the team at upstate marine in mooresville Nc for a few years.Hands down the best customer service I have ever seen.They will go the extra mile from purchase to service/repair hands down!!What I do like about them , is no matter who you speak to there you get the same level of personal service.Preston, Blake, Angel and the GM Brandon are my contacts and never let me down!!I purchased a new Supreme this year and I felt like I got a great deal and it came with red carpet service.If you are in the market for a boat or need service/repairs, do yourself a favor and give them a call!! I have owned a lot of boats over the years and have never seen this level of service from any dealer or service center. Most take your money and rip you off with repairs you don t need.I had an issue on a holiday weekend and they were one call away to assist me and opened the shop. I was greeted by the GM Brandon when I arrived. His techs jumped on it and I was good to go with no down time.Great job upstate marine mooresville Nc!!I appreciate your guys.

We purchased a boat from Brandon and had our old boat worked. Another boat mechanic could not find the problem with our 99 Four Winns but Brandon and his personnel found the problem and it s running GREAT.Best stuns store to work with.They treat your boat with care and they have great integrity.Thanks Upstate Marine

Nothing short of amazing. Brandon and the team go above and beyond. We damaged a prop less than ten hours after owning the boat. They picked it up two hours away and then brought it back 24 hours later, but offered for same day. Simply amazing and I will be buying every boat from here on out from Upstate NC.

Superb service and prompt response from their service team. Preston and his service team were able to quickly troubleshoot my work order and provide solution to my boat issues. A big plus is their their mercruiser certification and the mobile technicians! Thank you for your help and you guys are on my #1 dial.

Huge props to Upstate Marine & specifically Mary. I purchased a boat that they had serviced a few months ago and took it to Utah. Just had an issue on Memorial Day weekend, no local parts available. Mary was able to overnight the part from North Carolina to Utah in less than 24 hours and have us up and running again.Even though we didn t buy our boat through them, they were willing to help arrange transport wrapping and follow up support. I wish my local dealer cared as much as these guys do!

What a great tritoon! Can't beat having 4 comfortable captains chairs. The sales and service team at Upstate has been awesome. I was not familiar with the Viaggio brand, but as an avid boater I would recommend this boat to all my friends!!

After a couple of months trying to sell my boat on my own, I asked Upstate to help out and sell it through consignment. I have had poor experience with consignments in the past and know many dealers don t like doing that sort of thing because of the extra hassle so I was a bit skeptical. From the beginning of the first conversation the Upstate team was great. The communication was top notch and they treated me as though I was trying to sell a boat 4 times the cost. They have earned a customer for life. Thanks Mary and the rest of the Upstate team.

I purchased my Centurion Ri237 from a private party without a trailer but ordered the trailer from Upstate Marine. Brandon was extremely responsive and helpful every step of the way. He helped arrange for shipping of my old boat, which I sold and stored my new boat on the lot until my trailer arrived. I cannot overstate how customer focused Upstate Marine is. I don't live in Charlotte, but if I have my way, all of my future boat purchases will be from Upstate Marine.

Recently bought a used moomba that Upstate had on consignment and Mary was a pleasure to work with and was easy to contact through the process. I bought the boat from out of state and the transaction was easy.Overall great experience and would definitely do business with Upstate and Mary again.
