Very pleased with my purchase from here. Being around the car business myself it was very easy to get straight to the point with Randy as far as where I wanted to be price wise with the specific camper I was looking at, no sales games or gimmicks which is what I appreciated. The ladies in the service department were super friendly along with everyone else in the service department I met on my delivery day. Had a small issue with the stove which was no fault of theirs and it was handled promptly. Joel was very knowledgeable and helpful upon my demo viewing the camper. Hats off to him. From start to finish I appreciate their attention to detail and you can tell they care about what they do on a daily basis, keep up the good work.

Wonderful and caring staff. Answered all our questions and gave a thorough training session on how to do everything with our new camper. Also has an excellent store with reasonable prices on items you need and want for a great camping experience! Would recommend everyone to go see them for any camping needs and desires! Great selection of new campers for sale as well with good and reasonable prices! See our new camper attached.

Amazing communication with the dealership during the purchase process. Honest, up front pricing that was the best we found in several states, no hidden fees or up charges. Our experience was great from start to finish. I have no worries about service to our trailer if we need anything in the future.

We have purchased 2 Jayco 5th wheels from Terrell Camping Center since 2017 and have had positive experiences with each purchase. While the purchase experience was very positive, what stands out more to me is the after-purchase service. There are always questions and kinks with a new RV, and Terrell has excelled in answering and solving each. Bobby in their service department always goes above and beyond to ensure issues are resolved properly!

This place is great. Every time we go there they are so friendly and helpful. If you need a go to guy for any type of part on your camper or need advice, Brian in parts is who you need to see. This guy is an encyclopedia of campers and always knows what I m talking about and has always found me exactly what I need. Great store with tons to look at and every kind of part or piece you need. Give them a try, you won t be disappointed.

We highly recommend Terrell Caping Center. The service dept is knowledgeable, honest, and efficient. We drive 2 hours one way to have them take care of repairs/recalls on our 5th wheel. Shout out to the ladies in the service dept and to Zach!

Can t say enough about this place or Randy! He helped us all along the way! Answered every question promptly, sent pictures when requested, provided a no hassle price...the whole nine yards! We drove 4 hours to see the camper we wanted and loved it! Told him we wanted it and made plans to come back the next weekend. After we returned home, we had an unfortunate financial situation pop up and had to cancel our plans to get the camper. Although we were super bummed Randy COMPLETELY understood and did not give us one seconds worth of flack! When we decide to buy we will definitely check them out first!

I m from Michigan. I bought a camper from my local dealership. On Facebook, I m part of a group and saw a modification that I really liked. I asked my dealer that I purchased from if they could order the part for me and they said absolutely not because they would up charge the price and I would have to pay a ton in shipping and they couldn t even try to do it if the part wasn t made for my specific trailer. I asked the gentleman that showed me the modification on Facebook for the dealer information that he purchased the part from. He got back with me with me and told me it was Terrell Camping Center. I was hesitant because I figured it would cost a ton in shipping to get the part here but I emailed their parts department anyways. Brian Morrow responded to my email, knew exactly what I was inquiring about and ordered the part for me directly from Jayco and it s getting delivered to my door this week and he got me free shipping! Thank you so much Brian for a quick, easy and painless transaction, especially when my dealer told me they couldn t do it for me!P.S. My dealer that I purchased my camper from is the dealer that my best friend and salesman works at, and we have the same camper. I told him I found a way to get it and he ended up having me order one for him also!I cannot speak highly enough for Terrell Camping Center and Brain. If their sales team is half as good as their parts department, I may just have to make a trip to the North Carolina for my next travel trailer purchase!Update: I received my parts yesterday and I am extremely pleased with them. Thanks again Brian and I've been sending more people your way, hope you don't mind! :)

Went to the RV show in Charlotte three weeks ago looking for a camper which would be our first camper. Talked to many dealerships there then we talked to Terrell Camping center, they were more than helpful.We bought a camper from them this past weekend they showed me everything about the camper and gave great advise on pulling and setting up the camper. They even gave me there personal number if any problems with the camper since we would be using it on the weekends. The price was great the people were exceptional. I will always be a loyal customer to Terrell Camping Center. They seemed family and now days that's impossible to find in a business selling campers or anything.

I visited Terrell camping center this past Saturday and spoke with Major Russell.After doing a bit of research and pricing at other dealers I must tell you that theseguys blew everyone else away. But more than that I was immediately put at easeby the feeling that I was dealing with an honest man. Someone who gave me a greatprice up front and not a game player. I live in Winchester VA and when I am ready tomake my purchase I will go the distance to deal with these people. They are abreath of fresh air.

Family operated with a very engaging team. Me and my fiance visited not knowing much about RVs Jr. Our sales rep answered all of our questions and some. We will be returning and looking to purchase a RV.

Very friendly however they don't inform you on what you're purchasing. Purchased a weight distribution system for $585 didn't come with the sleeve that goes into the truck however in the instructions it's showing the sleeve. Was told after I called that it was another $150 dollars for that piece. Asked to return the item they were charging a 20% restock fee. Which is absolutely ridiculous. Purchased a similar weight distribution kit from Amazon with all parts and a sway bar set up all for $320. They are a rip off.

When I made the decision to purchase an RV (2006), I was looking for a particular manufacturer. Terrell was the closest dealer (Jayco) to where I lived at the time (Salisbury). Major was my salesman and my wife and I were overwhelming pleased with working with him. I have since moved further away from their location, but I have always (minus 1 time and won't go back to that place) gotten my service work done by them. All the staff is friendly and courteous.

First time at Terrell Camping Center. They took the time to help me with all my questions and gave great customer service. To the point that if the item I purchased didn t work for me I could bring I back. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Terrell Camping Center is very professional and Reginald in the Service Department is awesome. He is one of the most Friendly people i have ever met and very good at his Job. The young Lady in the Service Checkin is super nice and very Easy on the eye's. I would recommend Terrell Camping Center to anyone.

The Mrs.& I have purchased 2 5th Wheel Campers here from Major, CarollSr&Jr over the years... great bunch of Guys to deal with .. costumer service an service department...out 1st one was an entry level unit for 1st timers .. thanks to major being ever so patient with us due to tow vehicle issues to pop ups, to hybrid tag along to eventually decided to go 5th wheelAfter truck shopping and a stranger looking at the same tk told us about his switch from tag along to 5th wheel made up our minds and how much better he liked how it pulled an ride... Thanks Stranger!An Thanks to Terrell Camping Center!Our 03 jayco J-flight for the fun 2yrs and our 03 Montana for which we still have to this day...it's back whenever Montana was the number 1 5th wheel campers several years in a row... Great camper..never an issue with it

Historically, we've always had excellent service. The past two visits - not so much. We were on the road, had a major issue with the front jack/leg November 1st, called Terrell Camping Center, talked to the service manager, explained what had happened, was told the first appointment available was November 12th. The situation with our 5th is such that we cannot unload it from the truck. Husband takes the camper over today - they look at it, start figuring out what parts are needed, tell him to take it home, will call when they have the parts in stock. Would have PREFERRED stopping by on November 1st, having them look at the issue, start looking for parts then - were under the impression they would be "WORKING" on our camper November 12th. As it is - no Thanksgiving camping this year - an annual event!

As you can see no recent good reviews. My new jayco camper 5th wheel was a safety hazard, money put, and destroy my family's dreams and love of camping. Terrell lied to us in every way and jayco did the same. We were promised repairs that never happened or things that broke again and again. Waited for parts for months at times. Our camper is a lemon a 2015 and can't be used but nothing being done about it. Jayco and Terrell said they replace camper. But now terminates employees and not honoring what was told to customers. Stay away from Terrell. A family owned business that doesn't care about yours. used to be good product. Terrell can beat anyone's price but not worth the money. I can't stress that. I can't wish this burden on anyone what we have experience with this camper.

If you'll look. Cindy is not a happy person. Nothing but the best from Terrell Camping. Talked to them for the last couple of years before making a purchase. Price can't be beaten.
