What a pleasant surprise! I m new to the area and was in need of some special service for my Prius and found it at this family owned business who treat you like a family member! They perform not only alignment but also oil changes and new tires! Now Miss Prius and I are strutting down the highway. I highly recommend.

They are a family owned and run mechanic shop. They treat me better than just a customer in a file box. If you are looking for an HONEST team to service your vehicle, Charles Alignment is the only place to go. Good pricing and outstanding service.

I love Charles Alignment. The people are very friendly and down-to-earth. The service was great. This is the place I go to when I need anything fixed on my car. I know the job is done right the first time and I'm not being cheated. Mr. Charles and he's staff are completely honest and wholesome people.

I have been doing business with Charles Alignment for 7 years and I have had nothing but great service. The employees are great and they all see that the job is well done and that the costumers are pleased. They're very friendly and they're the only ones that will work on my vehicles.

This is the only place I like to take my vehicles. Mr. Charles and the family and employees are nice, fair, quick, and they won't try and get one over on you. Their late daughter, Christy. worked in the office for a very long time and she made sure all the customers were taken care of and feel welcome. This is a family centered business and they will do quality work. Don't go anywhere else.

Great Cristian man and family. Charles has years of experience, stays up to date on mechanical work and does excellent alignments and mechanical work. Also do inspections. You can carry your vehicle elsewhere and get work done cheaper, but you get what you pay for . Bring it here to get it done right the first time! Honest and fair shop and owner.

Charles "rescued" my daughter when her car broke down on I-40. He repaired her car so she could return safely to school within an hour. He was also busy at the time- but put my family first...I highly recommend his service.

Very knowledgeable mechanics. Mr. Charles and I went for a test drive and he explained the most likely problem in detail. The mechanic spoke to me briefly okaying some grinding on one of my struts. Car drives great. Get your alignment done here! Thanks!

I will not be taking any of my vehicles back to this business for service. I had my 1998 Expedition in their shop on September 17, 2019 (mileage 204772) because the A/C was not working. They charged me $117.70 to check it and they filled the A/C with freon and dye. On October 2nd 2019 (mileage 20628), they replaced my A/C compressor and did some suspension work. The total bill was $514.67. I took it back on October 3rd of 2019 (mileage 205628) and they did an alignment and replaced some worn suspension parts. The bill for that visit was $819.51. I returned on March 15th of 2021 and they did an alignment and replaced worn suspension parts (mileage 205628) and the bill was $819.51. I returned on March 15th 2021 (mileage 226358) and they did some suspension work and checked the A/C compressor because the A/C was not working and they did another alignment. The bill for this visit was $1097.66. On July 20th of 2021 (mileage 226838). I returned July 20th 2021 because the car was misfiring and they replaced spark plugs and did another alignment. The bill for that visit was $508.95 (mileage 226838). So, I had 3 alignments done October 3rd 2019), March 15th 2021 and July 20th 2021. The last time I took it on July 20 of 2021, I asked him why I had to pay for another alignment and he told me it was because it had been so long (from March 15th of 2021 to July 20th of 2021) which if 5 months. The issue I have is that first of all, the distance I drove between March 15th and July 20th of 2021 was (226358 to 226838)which is 480 miles. I have never had a vehicle that needed another alignment after 480 miles. Charles and I had a long conversation sitting on a bench outside of his office where we talked about our businesses and we talked about integrity and we both agreed that was the most important thing about running a business. He made no offer to discount the latest alignment even though it was only 480 miles. I think that indicates what he thinks about the integrity of his services and showed me he had little interest in trying to do the right thing. I simply told him I would not be returning and he told me to have a blessed day. I paid him for all of his services, but I do not feel he treated me fairly. That is my opinion and I chose not to return. Further, he replaced my A/C compressor and when it did not work, he told me the compressor was bad and after replacing the compressor it stopped working and he said it was a bad compressor and he replaced it with no charge for the compressor but did charge me for labor. It turned out the problem was the fill valve and I do not think the compresor was bad, I just think he missed the leak in the valve.Service: Wheel alignment

Charles is a Godsend! My car overheated and I was referred to him. He squeezed me in immediately cuz I had no ride, fixed it quickly at a very good price. I would have been stranded and short on cash. Honest and capable shop. Go here!

Terrible exhaust work and overpriced. Welds did not hold over 24 hrs. Brake lines laying right next to muffler pipe. Muffler tips literally fell off the next day. Claimed they did an alignment yet camber bolts had to be heated at the next shop to be moved.

we were on our way to Topsail on a Thursday afternoon with boat in tow, and developed problems with both rear tires. we limped off of I-40 and found Charles" Alignment. they quickly took our vehicle in, determined both rear tires were bad, put the spare on and found me another tire to go on the back, and had us back on the road in about an hour. Glad we found an honest and reputable repair shop on the road. Can't say enough positive about Charles Alignment.

Recently carried my car their and the service was terrible .l won't be bringing any more of my vehicles to them.for what ever reason the service seems to be rushed and when they tell you your car is ready to be picked up. Nothinghas been come.l still have the same issue with my car as when l dropped it off.sl disappointed but l guess they don't want or care to have my business
