Went to pick up Mom s car after body work was complete the collision shop replaced back bumper every window on drivers side was scratched up!!! The car windows didn t have scratches in them when we left the car they tried to buff the scratches out but the scratches remain the guy in charge (Jon) had the nerve to tell my Mom that they aren t responsible for the scratches and refused to replace the windows even though the car was on their property when the windows were scratched up!!! The car was taken there to be fixed and definitely not to have more damage on it!!! BewareService: Body & Trim

This is the worse place to take your car for repairs. When I picked my car up, they had blood in the driver window. The engine light was on. The passenger side light had condensation in it. The car was still bent from the deer accident. They had a chip on my hood, which they claimed it was there 1st and it wasn't. The grill was still out on the car and my right headlight had condensation in it. They had a nerve to have an attitude. They took pictures and told the insurance company it was there 1st. They was suppose to replace the right light and have not called me yet. This is the worse place I have ever been to. Don't say I didn't warn you.

I have never been to this place.. but Doug Henry Ford dealership Service Department is a great place to have your car serviced!!! Fast friendly knowledgeable service. Came in under the estimate.. Just a fabulous job!!I imagine their body repair is the same... I would highly recommend it to you...! Thanks again for your help!!!
