I use this store as a UPS drop-off location. The ppl that work here are always very nice & quick. As soon as I walk in they know exactly why I'm there. They scan my pkgs, enter my email for me to get a receipt & I'm done. Generally, no more than 5 minutes & I am on my way.

The lady who checked my battery was super helpful and knowledgeable. She asked me what size engine. I told her 4 cylinder, but beyond that I didn't know. She told me it was 2.5 liter. She said "Come on now, you gonna let a 75 year old lady tell you what size engine you have?". We had a great laugh Then the young man who put the new battery in was the fastest I ever seen it done. Great job Advanced Auto!

Jim Smith, 1986 has long past. I here you are the go-to man and one of the top managers for Advanced Auto. At least you were. I heard of your passing today, this afternoon, sometime, in which you gave up this fight. I still remember the food fights, and the long hours in band at SWE. Your humor and dry wit cracked the stale hours of scales and repetition like a sledgehammer. I hear that you were one of the top crack managers of the Advance Auto team there in Tarboro, and OReilly's when you thumped em over that way! But crack kills, as you know, so I know you had to settle for the humble managerial role. It was too long between last I saw you and that smile. I'm sure you leave your family with fond memories, and co-workers scratching there heads. As anyone who had the pleasure of your wit and lyrical prose would do, muttering as they turned away, "Jim Smith, you sure he's not famous?"May your family and friends find peace during this time that really sucks, like in a major way. I mean, you get no come back remarks from this bro, no do-over.

Phone customers are more important than physical customers so if you are on the way to work and need to get a code checked, do not go here better off going to another parts store!
