Never been to an Auto wash that rips the bumper off your car. I would not recommend under any circumstance. I cannot understand how even a soft brush Auto wash would be capable of this. I will be reaching out to the owner.

This car wash went a lot faster than expected. It worked great to get oak leaf residue off of my car - something a touchless wash cannot do. The warning signs are a little scary, but I understand why they are there, and I didn't have any issues.

BEWARE OF THIS CAR WASH as you will not get what you paid for. I took my Mercedes car and paid $15.00 and this included wheel blasting. After driving out and parking my car the wheels were just as dirty as they were before it washed my car. I called the owner to address the issue and he gave every excuse possible that the wheels are supposed to be hand washed before you take it to the car wash and asked what kind of car I had. Does it even matter on the type of car that I have and does this make a difference on what I paid for? Are you kidding me? I also noticed that this car wash has the strong huge heavy roller brushes that go over your car and then the rinse cycle and this is it. Most car washes have the different cycles that you pay for such as foam, rainex tire cleaning, etc and you see what you are getting. If you encounter a problem at Laser Car Wash or lose your money the Manager will refund your money with no questions asked and actually you see what you are paying for with less money and a better job. I decided to try Sylva car wash but after this hateful Managers response I will NEVER use his car wash again. This may be why you hardly I ever see anyone at the car wash and most people go to Laser car wash!!! This Manager was so rude and actually told me that he doesn t care if I ever use his car wash again. SHAME ON YOU AS YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF AND VALUE YOUR CUSTOMERS. BUT NO WORRIES AS I AM GOING TO WARN PEOPLE NOT T0 USE YOUR CAR WASH AND WILL POST ON SOCIAL MEDIA AS WELL!!!!!!

Ripped driver side mirror on my old car and paid for $18 car wash for my new Tesla and came out dirty with bugs that I could wipe off easily with my finger.

While you are at the car wash and the system is giving you problems while paying , call the number on website. The gentleman actually answered. He programmed the system from wherever to the Sylva auto wash. I initially paid for a $12 wash, but the system read $11.75. Customer service paid $18 for my wash. Great results with this wash !!I signed up for the monthly pkg. Unlike a lot of car washes, this one does not seem to diminish the water repelency on my paint - it seems to fortify it!I think you get 10 washes per month on the monthly plan.I had someone ask me yesterday if my 2016 Pilot was NEW !!It has over 124,000 miles on it - and ....I do not have a garage nor a carport.So .... what more can I say !?***** 5 Stars out of 5

I just bought a brand new car 3 months ago and have been super careful about where I take it, where I park it and keeping it clean. I decided to take it here because I was waiting for a pizza next door at dominoes and I was due for a wash. I usually never do touch car washes and I definitely never will again! The clean was not the best AT ALL and the next day I noticed a small dent on the left side with a paint chip, several small paint chips on the right side and two dents and a scrape on the hood of my car! I look at my car regularly so I know these were done at this car wash. Unless you re willing to risk missing paint and dents in your car do not use this car wash.

I've been a handful of times and everytime they're out of chemicals/soap... They still gladly take my payment and just spray my car with water but maybe I'm just overpaying to have the brushes hit my car. Maybe they use some very special water. Good on them for being busy enough to be running out of like 3/4 of what you expect out of a car wash, but shame on them for not shutting down when they do.

Just left my car. Nice and shiny. Looks brand new almost. Had a problem at the kiosk but they re quick service and help fix it easily and I appreciate them taking the time out of your day to help me!

It's ok but truthfully I was expecting a better wash considering that I got the premium carwashwhich was 14 dollars. It still needs cleaned up a bit but it was filthy when I went. I was just expecting more for the money spent.

Sylva Auto Wash is a new Automatic car wash in Sylva NC. It is the Brush type with a blower drying system. The prices are OK. $7:00 to $12:00.If you are in Sylva and need your car washed this is a good place to go. I Highly Recommend this Car Wash!

Am I missing the tire shine somewhere on the property? $7, no dryer. $15, no tire shine. Compared to a touchless wash, I guess this one is ok, but no wheel cleaner / tire shine is a deal breaker for me.

We have been here 2 times. Our car comes out cleaner than it ever has. It is as clean as the day we bought it back in July 2018. We highly recommend it.

Not bad for a quick wash, but it wasn't able to get bugs off my windshield. And for anyone seeing the owner's response, my car was 3 days old.

It takes a little time to finish the ultrasupreme wash, but it's worth the wait. Not quite as good as a full service car wash, but close.

This is a good car wash but the water that is used I guess the drainage is not that well because it smells horrible.

Glad Sylva Auto Wash is open! Super impressed with the wash and vacuum. This will definitely be my go to in the area. Best wash around by far!

There aren't any garbage cans by the vacuums. Other than that it's a nice car wash.
