This has always been a great wash, but it is in serious disrepair. The wheel wash unit is just pouring water, the directional lights don t work, and the driveway has a huge whole in it surely going to mess up a vehicle. No way to contact owner to alert them of issues.

This place has gone down hill. The wash stopped halfway through the car in front of me. I had already paid so, I lost my $10. I've been trying to contact the owner for a refund via the email and phone # on the door. I haven't even been acknowledged! I'm not going to just go away! I work about an hour to clear $10 and I expect to get what I pay for.

Just waited over an hour for a car wash because one lane is broken yet again. Put $15 in and the machine took my money! But the next car had already pulled up. So now I m out $15. Fix your machines!!!

The wash is broken, tried to call for assistance but the line is disconnected. Whoever owns this needs to get this fixed and refund me.Update: it's fixed now, still want a refund....

He did not reimburse me $10 for wash not working. Called several times and texted over a month ago. Don't use this car wash as it does not work and he does not give good customer service. Reported to Better Business Bureau.

I just left laser car wash I NEVER GOT MY SUV CLEANED, I PUT IN $10 CASH AND GOT NOTHING the machine in the bay closest to 107 reads pull forward, you pull forward and it says BACK UP. Never says STOP. I back up and it says PULL FORWARD, ON AND ON AND ON. THEY STOLE MY $10. DONT USE THIS PLACE

For the past 2 months, this car wash has ripped me off for "The Works"...for a total of $24. There's no one monitoring the business, and when I call to report it, their phone is turned off. Use this car wash at your own risk.

Great place for a picnic! In the past week alone (1.) the car wash wasn't working.(2.) I returned a few days later, purchased a car wash and the automated wash quit working. No refund. Called the number they said they would call back. (Didn't happen) (3.) Stopped in for a car wash today and one of the bays wasn't working thus creating a long wait time 30mins just to get a car wash. Conclusion is: they don't seem to do what it takes to maintain proper function of the car wash making it unreliable. Solution: I now use the manual car wash down the road across from hot spot and was my car and even the undercarriage for $3

Took $20.00 never got a wash and no money back. We've been in touch with the numbers posted and never get a response. Not a good way to manage a business!!

I spent $8 at a car wash and all I got was more pollen on my car. The machine said to go forward, so that s what I did, then nothing ever happened. I hate to imagine the money I spent on gas just waiting for that! Very frustrating! And the phone number? Out of service

I love Laser Wash Express. My vehicle always looks so good after a wash there. My only "complaint" is a small one. Where it's located doesn't have much space. And if you don't watch pulling out, your vehicle could get hit. Other than that, I love it.

Needed a quick for my car. After paying for the $8 wash, my white car came out with black smudges still all over it still. I don't think it removed any of the actual dirt on my car. I went home and could literally wipe it off with a paper towel! Will never use Laser Wash again. I could have washed it myself (which I usually do) and got it cleaner.

I paid for a $10 wash, the machine told me to enter the wash but nothing happened. There were cars behind me, so I had no choice to leave without receiving a wash. I tried to call the business at the phone number listed on google, it said temporarily unavailable and I couldn t voicemail either. I tried to call 3 different times, all resulting with same outcome. I won t go back to this location

A lot of people use this wash, as a result, it is not uncommon to have one of the soaps or sealers run out. I believe someone comes and refills the detergents and chemicals daily, as well as keeps the place clean. Sometimes there is a line of cars waiting, so I prefer to go early in the morning. It's the only place I go in Sylva.

The cleaning solutions are always filled so your not paying for a service your not receiving like other Car Washes. Soft touch so its safe for all paint jobs. The Vaccum Cleaner works better than any of the other places too. A real value for your money, keep up the good work!!

I paid 12 buckaroos for a carwash and it definitely wasn't worth 12 bucks. I tried another "laser" carwash at a different location,and they weren't any better. No more laser car washes please bring the brushes back

It's the only non touch car wash in miles. I've watched it malfunction with cars/trucks in front of me on BOTH lanesof the building. Yes I agree it needs to be 'Updated' or whatever you classify a non touch car washer upgrade lol. If whoever's in charge of this will maintain better upkeep it could kill all car washes with people who know washers with 'touching' brushes are horrible.

Great car wash for a great price. $12 for rain x wash that includes undercarriage wash and rain x clear coat protestant and dryer. My cat loves it chases the machine around the car.

Best place to get your car washed kept very clean and caretaker manager ( Bucky) takes great care of it and helpful if a problem would arise. This is the only laser carwash I go to or the one in Sylva, same owner and manager.

This is a Car Wash in Sylva NC. It uses touchless high pressure spray wash to clean your car. $5 to $12 wash. The robo high valosity blow dry is very good. No attendant!

The second one on the right took my money and didn t do anything. The green light never came on. Who knows how many people went through that yesterday. The number you try to call is disconnected, so there s that.

2 out of 7 times, it took my money and would not operate. The 2nd time being the last. Both times, I called the number posted and left messages. To this day, i have never heard back from them or recieved a refund.

One of the more frequented car washes, how ever both cash machines work is a plus, compared to competition. Prices are mid range

The car wash doesn't work frequently! Steals your money!!! No customer service. Phone number listed isn't answered. And when it doesn't work, the triple foam conditioner is a rip-off and joke!
