I have been shopping here for years and like the managers and that the store is nicely stocked.Today I had a whole buggy full of items. When I tried to push my full cart out to my vehicle, I couldn t get out the door. There was a ridiculous pole sticking up taller than the top of the door. I had to make several trips to my car with my purchases.

Get in there to get some cleaner bleach and just a couple extra things not a lot. Get up in line it s pretty long and usually don t mind the wait. But right when it s about to be our turn to get rung up the employee turns off her light says she s clocking out and tells use to go to lane 3 but which puts us in the back of another really long line and I m at that point not wanting to wait another 15min. I set my stuff down and walked out cause 1 I wasn t in dire need for those items and 2 I ll just go to Walmart for the self checkout since it s quicker than Peggy sue on the register

So just to let yall know this store hasnt improved even a little bit. I stopped in here because I didnt want to drive all the way to Franklin to a good dollar tree anyway when I walked in the door three people were standing at the register talking and giggling etc. The shift manager took off to the office when I got in the door good. Meanwhile there are empty shelves all over the place and stock sitting on floats all on aisles...its like no one cares here. You can complain why dont they have stuff and they say "Theyre not sending us any" Really??? Well they send it to every other dollar tree..i cant even remember the last time theyve had picture frames..well thats my update..still terribleWell now that they have raised their prices 25 percent you won't have to worry about me complaining about the 1.25 tree anymore. Not worth the hassle...off to dollar general.

Shelves half full. Long line at 1 register. No other help in sight. I am sure they are doing the best they can.

It was a mistake to go here. The young woman working couldn t have seem more annoyed if she tried. I asked if they carried a specific item and clearly that was also a mistake. We witnessed her sigh and be rude while helping other customers as well. Apparently we were all pulling her away from her phone, which she immediately got on the second we left. So sorry to have bothered you!

Not my favorite Dollar Tree but it serves its purpose.Also, their cashiers are friendly, fast, and efficient.

There are two handicap parking spaces and many free parking spaces. The building is in excellent shape and well organized. The employees are friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products sold in this store. The things in this store now go for a $1.00 and .25 cents. You can still find a few things that sell for a $1.00 here. Overall, I come here to buy cheap things that break around my house.

Have never been so disappointed, felt like I was being rushed and also felt like if I would have said yes to wanting my receipt that it would throw a wrench in the whole ordeal. Delivering good customer service should always be the number one priority. I thought I had all my bags and didn t see anything else laying where my stuff was and left, not having all that I paid for. I live 35 to 40 minutes away and only stopped at this store cause I was in the area. I know this was my first and last time shopping at this location.

Dollar tree is more like 1.25 to 5 dollar tree these days..lol. but always fun to go through a couple times a year.

This Dollar Tree is never well Stocked never has help, the lines are always backed , because only one cashier. The others that work in the store can't be found. Usually in the office or outside smoking. They don't help the cashier. The toilet in the ladies room, better be careful because the toilet seat is loose and may fall off. They need better management.

The Sylva Dollar Tree store is a very nice place to shop. The store is very clean and usually stocked well. We use it often.

Great selection of craft supplies and holiday items. The workers were friendly and helpful . Always enjoy stopping by this location when I'm in town .

In a hurry I got to Dollar Tree with minutes to spare being it was about time for the store to close. The employees were starting their cleaning and were somewhat busy but one employee really stood out and gave me the best assistance and experience I have ever had there. Lori (I hope that's how her name is spelled) went well above and beyond to help me in every way possible to find what I needed and was so pleasant, polite, and courteous! It's amazing people like her that keep people coming back and she has guaranteed my business with Dollar Tree! Thank you Lori for being an amazing person and being an amazing employee. I hope it doesnt go unnoticed and you get everything you deserve. I can't thank you enough for a great experience but again I thank you.

I love dollar tree for quick visits & cheap items. I needed a spray bottle for my air plant & couldn't find them. I went around the corner & the girls were restocking items & coincidentally had the package of travel bottles in her hand. Just what I needed.

Most of the associates are friendly.... you can finds alot of different items here if shelves are stocked ...alot of messy shelves and empty shelves too...store could use a good cleaning ..the lines are always long...usually only one register open....so if your looking for a quick in and out stop it won't be here .....same goes for the dollar tree in clyde...freight always on floor blocking shelves ....store smells of cigarette smoke alot....I guess they go out back for smoke break leave door open

The store is usually stocked well and I'm able to find what I need. The staff has always been friendly and fast. Sometimes there are stock boxes in the way, but overall the store is clean.

As advertised, everything offered in this store costs $1.00 plus tax. They have swimming products, personal hygiene items, Children's books & toys, toiletries, snack foods, ice cream, paper plates & cups, balloons, cards for any occasion, kitchen utensils, gardening supplies and this store even offers cuts of meat! Very good buys offered in this store! Well worth your money!

Our cashier Melissa was very helpful and friendly. She took the time to add a weight to the birthday balloon we bought and wished us a happy day. :)

I love our dollar tree but I go in there to find things that I see on YouTube hauls only to find out, ours dont have the same things. I really hope they'll get alot more craft supplies in

Great place for temporary merchandise for hottme and auto, among other things. Food available is good. Enjoyed shopping with this store even though waiting in line for a bit. It was worth it!

Cashier even caught when one of thr packages had been broken into so I could get another. This is definitely one of the better DTs on service...even though it may not be the "cleanest".

This is the place for getting camping items and other groceries items not to forget the cleaning supplies as well. Located on East Main Street just past the Hot Spot Convenient Store and across from the UPS distribution center.

There's a lot of empty shelves. Some entire isles are completely bare, but what they do have out is clean and the people are friendly.

Found lots of great stuff. Only down side. One lady I think she is a manager was having a loud conversation about something she was upset about. This was the 3rd time I've had to listen to her fussing and complaining.

Went to the bathroom...left my brand new phone.... figured it out immediately and headed back....it was already gone! Manager was no help whatsoever didn't even want to let me use their phone to report it!! Kinda made me wonder if it was her that took it to begin with!!!
