I wish I could pack this auto shop up and take it with me for the rest of my life. Josh is incredibly good at his job and very nice and patient with clients, and he runs a great ship. When they work on your car, they compile a list of all the concerns they found for you to view online afterward, so you know everything about the shape your car is in and what you need to keep an eye on or plan for next. They put in a lot of extra effort into being accommodating and helping you with any concerns you have, and everybody there is so incredibly diligent and kind. This is one of those places that actually listens to you and fixes the problems you come to them with because they genuinely care and understand the power of creating a good working relationship with the client. All staff members are professionals and listen very well to all concerns you are having with your automobile. Scheduling an appointment is very convenient. The problem with my automobile was solved and the mechanic even offered me to do a test drive with him to ensure I was satisfied with how my car was handling and performing and everything was perfect. Dillsboro automotive solved my automobile issue. I highly recommend Dillsboro automotive for all your automotive needs and repairs. I will definitely be returning to Dillsboro automotive for service work and repairs that my car is requiring.Thank you again for your great service.

I first started using Dillsboro Auto five years ago. In these past years I ve always been impressed with their honest and reliable service. This last visit I was somewhat apprehensive due the previous visit about six months earlier. The previous visit I was presented with a long list of work my vehicle required and felt that the Service representative was pushing for it to be scheduled to be completed. This was something I had never experienced before with Dillsboro Auto as I have always trusted their judgement and they would always explain and let me know if there was a concern, especially safety concerns.I m pleased to say that this last visit was excellent and my experience and confidence was renewed. I will now continue to highly recommend their service. The communication was great, they fixed my vehicle in a timely manner and it felt like it was the Dillsboro Auto that I originally trusted and appreciated.

Had a great experience here. Quickly answered the phone and had quick service time. Job was done well and included a large list of anything that should be done to your vehicle. Price was great, they charged me less than initially planned because the job wasn t as difficult, they won t try and screw you with the prices. 10/10 service highly recommend

Only because they asked me to.I was extremely disappointed with Dillsboro Automotive.The initial phone call went extremely well and I even kept up my end of the conversation on the phone by bringing donuts when I arrived at 7:00 a.m..When I returned several hours later I was looking at estimate of over $2,000 of work they wanted to do on my 2015 Ford escape.The catch was none of it would fix my car.Just shy of $900 was going to be exploratory service to see what was wrong with it and the other 1100 was everything from air filters to tire rotation.At which time I had have a conversation with the front office and the mechanic whom I will relieve unnamed that went something like this.Why would I concern myself with an air filter and rotating tires when you don't even know what's wrong with the car?So onward I went to another shop and I'm still waiting for them to hear back from me however when I showed them the estimate from Dillsboro automotive they simply ask the question so what did they find out what was wrong with your they simply ask the question after explain to them the diagnosis to find out nothing cost me over $160.SO WHAT DID THEY TELL YOU WAS WRONG WITH YOUR CAR.THEY DIDN'T, THEY JUST TOLD ME WHAT THEY WANTED TO DO AND CHARGE ME $2,000 UNTIL THEY FIGURED OUT SOMETHING ELSE.I had no intentions of leaving this review however when I saw the email this morning I couldn't help myself because I don't want anyone else being charged $160 plus dollars for a diagnosis that tells you nothing.My apologies to Dillsboro because I'm normally a very optimistic positive person however once again wanting to change the air filter on a vehicle that's not running to me seems to be completely silly and putting the cart way before the horse.

Always get the best service possible. The reason is not five stars is they're so small with such a demand it can take a long time to get something done. All of this time oil change and alignment check were done quite quickly.

They are the only mechanic I m willing to let service and repair my car now. I originally used them when I went to college, and I m still using them now. Great customer service, very personable. The mechanics are great at explaining what needs to be/can be improved and why. Their rates are extremely competitive with nearby shops, and their service has been consistent every time.I ve used a lot of different mechanics, but when it comes down to price, quality, and customer service - they beat the competition.

I was very happy with driving my car without any signals coming on to warn me. I realized that I hadn t taken care of my 30,000 mile checkups as I should. I was very impressed with all the information that I was sent to see problems that needed to be fixed. I will definitely recommend you to my friends if they have a situation arise as I did. These guys (Josh, Frank & Randy) are amazing! after YEARS of giving ALL our vehicles service from state inspections to towing (truck + 3 cars!!) after 3 visits back with same car still under warranty with a former company called Reservation Tire who had to fix the same vehicle 2 times & charged us the 2nd time although it was within the 90 day warranty !! (never took it back the 3rd time so that issue is still unresolved ) They couldn t get us in for days, never returned our call so we finally decided to find another local place that would be as loyal to us as we were to them & THIS IS IT! Randy said they even show a lot of the young college students who bring their vehicles to them HOW to fix it if they ask ! They even let us come with NO appointment . They are up in the hill on the right on the way towards Franklin. no waiting area but a bench outside next to coke machine but perhaps if you need to drop off a vehicle to be serviced they could take you and drop you off up the street at a local restaurant or shopping district like the larger companies service dpt do or get someone to follow you if you can. I m sure if you re a widow and alone someone would accommodate you if you call them. They do answer their phone too!

They were quite courteous, but have a strict policy against using any parts that they did not purchase. Therefore, if you want to save money by supplying your own parts, or wish to install custom parts, don't go here.

They were very helpful and did a great job on my car. Their website system that allows you to select what you want repaired is great. Overall their communication is great and they are truly an amazing auto shop.

Truck broke down on the side of the interstate and I called to see if they could get me in. They got my truck in so quickly and were so communicative. I fully expected to be without it for a week or so and they got it back to me in a day.

From out of state on a vacation with my wife. On our way to Orlando from a stop in Pigeon Forge, got a flat tire at 545 am. Was able to put air in in to last to the shop. So lucky they opened at 7 am, and they were able to patch the tire quickly, from out of state, but can't recommend them enough

I had a Transmission Rebuilt here, (Mind you I shredded every gear in that car I expected it to be unsalvageable) and This car has never drove better! I drove it off the lot and I was in Awh! Ive never felt that car ride so smooth and shift so easy! Not only did they repair the issues I came in for, they did an overall diagnostic of the vehicle, and found some issues I thought were fixed by a previous mechanic that were not! ( With Photo evidence) They're some of the best mechanics, I have trusted them with two different vehicles, both different makes and models, and each time Ive had an amazing experience! Down to the staff, and their overall job, I would refer everyone with car troubles to this shop, they re quick, thorough, and knowledgeable, They will send photos, and Explain things in detail to your understanding, and most importantly they do it RIGHT! Ive brought some pretty bad car issues to this shop, and every single time they fix it perfectly! If I ever have car troubles this is the trustworthy and reliable mechanic shop I bring my cars to!

Frank and staff went above and beyond to get my vehicle back on the road. Napa gave us the wrong car battery and Frank drove to Napa to get the issue resolved. I will be back for all future repairs. Best place for Outstanding service.

Needed a LOT of work done on an older truck that I had just purchased. Went to see the guys at Dillsboro Automotive and they were WONDERFUL! Open and honest. Reasonably priced. Repaired my truck as if it was their own. I highly recommend this business and will use them again. I have been using the dealer for all my service on my jeep for years and had grown accustomed to the "you're just another number" mentality there. Switching to Dillsboro Automotive, I was surprised and pleased by the helpfulness and professionalism of the staff. My vehicle entered the service area at the appointment time and was completed much quicker than anticipated. Communication was excellent. I am very impressed and will use Dillsboro for new brake discs and pads shortly. This review covers several visits, with some items still to be seen to on my elderly car, by my choice.Their service is always exceptional, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I've always been able to coordinate a time that works for me, and most of the services I've needed have been completed while I waited. They always offer suggestions for services, rated by urgency, with pricing given up front, and will also provide a courtesy inspection if you bring your car in for another service. I plan to count on them to keep my fourteen-year-old Ford on the road for at least another few years!Services: Auto battery replacement, Auto power window repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection

My experience here has been positive every time. I trust their recommendations, because they explain to me what needs work and why, as well as what can wait. And it makes sense. Prices are fair. Everyone I ve met is professional and friendly. Communications are great, in-person, by phone, text, and email. And, they work on hybrids! I feel a lot of gratitude that I have a place I can bring my car and experience confidence and peace of mind.
