Braxton and the service team were great. I appreciate the thorough diagnosis they completed, and they worked with my extended warranty company to help me get the eligible items covered. I received continuous status updates, and they offered me transportation assistance. I found being updated via text fit my busy schedule much easier, and when needed, we spoke live. Excellent job!

Recently I was on vacation and went in to look at newer cars. Right now I m in a 2018 Chevy Cruz. I was so pleased compared to my experience at the Chevrolet where I bought my car. When I bought my Chevy Cruz the salesperson was pushy and deceitful. They kept me all day and tricked me by selling me a car they said was brand new, at a brand new price with no discount, just for me to find out it had 1998 miles on it and they told me, California law allows us to sell a car as new up to 2000 miles. They had used it as a loaner car for people having their car serviced. It had stains and had been registered before, so when I paid to register the car for the year I only got a few months. Anyways, the experience I had at this dealership was very different. The person I spoke with was Dawn. She was kind without being pushy. She was honest and helpful. I value honesty above all else. She didn t judge me by my credit score, like the other dealership did. If you want a new car this place is the place to go and ask for Dawn. She is helpful without being pushy and honest. I m still considering buying there. Dawn, was nice enough to help me with ideas of how to do this while I m out of town. It was nice to help me because she had ideas I had not considered. Thank you!

Team Swansboro dealership and my salesman, Rivers, provided an exceptional car buying experience. From start to finish, Rivers went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase of a 2024 Chevy Trax for my business. He was patient, knowledgeable, and listened to my unique needs in a vehicle. The entire Team Swansboro staff was friendly, hospitable, and efficient in processing the paperwork for the purchase. Rivers' service didn't stop after the sale; he has continued to follow up with me to ensure that everything is going well with the Trax. Victoria my sales lady was awesome and made the experience great. The only thing I didn't care for was what they offered me for my trade in, I feel that they low balled me. Offered me 10k at first and had to go back and forth just to get it up to 12k. Now they are selling my trade in for 18k.

Everyone I dealt with from Emily, to Braxton, to the shuttle driver was very helpful and transparent. I had stopped in without a service appointment and they were able to have my truck back to me by the end of the day.

Team Chevrolet of Swansboro is truly a Team! We visited many different car dealerships searching for the best car and confidently went with the Chevy Equinox. Their sales associate, Hunter, is extremely knowledgeable and personable! He and the other members of the team, Adam, Eric and Jessie, gave us the confidence to make our car purchase with ease. From the moment we walked into the dealership, it was a pleasant experience - comfortable, professional, no-pressure! Also, we were very impressed with how the staff work together and support each other.

Today I came in looking to purchase a new car after having my last one since 2012. The GM Eric Baldwin was extremely gracious and Jeremy Henderson was phenomenal. Jeremy bent over backwards to ensure that each step was as painless as possible. I will definitely see them again when I'm in need of a new vehicle. 5/5 stars. Check them out. You won't regret it.

I highly recommend Team Chevrolet of Swansboro for anyone looking to buy a car! About a week ago I bought what I have now discovered is my dream car, a 2021 Hyundai Elantra. I also traded in my old vehicle, a 2010 Chevy Silverado hybrid with some significant issues. Every step of the process was very easy, and I appreciated the honesty, transparency, and kindness of everyone at the dealership. In particular, I was primarily assisted by River Coffey, and his trainee Issac Hopper. Both of these gentlemen were not only helpful, but went out of their way to go the extra mile in seeing to my needs and my comfort. River has continued to check-in with me after taking my Elantra home to make sure that everything has been going smoothly! As a young woman with a not so great vehicle to trade-in, I was more than a little trepidatious about how things would go for me at a car dealership. I was both relieved and thrilled by the care I received from Team Swansboro, and especially from River and Issac. I paid a fair price, I received a fair price on my old truck, and I was pampered at every step of the way. I love my new car! Thank you Team Swansboro :)

Jeremy was amazing! My husband was able to get the deal done with little to no issues! Jeremy made sure the car was serviced and cleaned before I picked my baby up Thursday afternoon! He was so easy to work with and made sure this tired momma had plenty of cold dr.peppers on had to get me tho the paperwork process with our kids with us! His customer service is great and he will go far with his honesty and easy going approach! Thanks so much for getting this momma her dream car!

Braxton is so very helpful. I m always greeted by name. My 2021 High Country Tahoe has a crazy problem. The extent of damage essentially caused the top of my engine to need rebuilding. Braxton got right on it and I had my car back in 2 days. I m a Realtor so my vehicle is incredibly important to my job. I m grateful for the quick turnaround time and efficient repairs.

This was hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. We worked with Chris on a deal for one of my dream cars. He was super attentive and great at communicating to us every step of the way. He worked with his management team to ensure that we came to a common ground for payments, the car is absolutely beautiful and I cannot recommend the dealership and they're incredible team enough.They just earned some lifelong customers

I was told the servicing would take approximately 2 hours. I dropped my truck off at 1010. When checking my truck in the individual confirmed my cell number as well. I never received a call related to the status of my truck. At 1400, I called to see what was going on, and the service department was unable to tell me anything and said they would call back shortly. At 1530, I called again and was told my truck is still being worked on and it wouldn t be finished for another 45 mins. That would be around 1615. I called again and was then told they needed more time but didn t give a time as to when my truck would be finished. 1745, still no truck or update, so I called again and they said it should be finished shortly. Upon picking up my truck, the plastic wrap and tucker number was left in my truck, not very professional in my opinion. Braxton then asked me if I m okay being charged 3% for using my card, and I responded with absolutely not. Your dealership had my truck for 8 hours, I was told it would be no longer than 2 hours. 100% unacceptable and the staff is very rude and unprofessional. The service manager, I believe his name was Charlie didn t care about the issue and said there was nothing he could to and isn t sure why I was told it would be 2 hours. As a customer not an employee, if I m told 2 hours I would expect my truck to be finished in 2 hours. But somehow I was made to feel like this was my issues and your employees took zero ownership of the mistakes made. Very disappointing to say the least.

Being a hard core Chevy guy for over 50 years and a certified mechanic, I chose Team Chevrolet as my Chevy dealer. Although they are a little pricey on parts and services thier staff is professional and friendly. They are the better option than other local dealers.

I ve had the absolute worst experience ever dealing with team Chevrolet of Swansboro. I purchased a truck from them in mid December and have issues with it since I purchased it. I have had it back at the dealership twice and both times they fixed absolutely nothing. This last time they had it for 4 days and even acknowledged the transmission shifts were rough (their words not mine) and yet still nothing was done to remedy the issue. The other issue it was there for was high idle while in drive at a stop, the issue was occurring while in their service lane and observed by one of their service employees at the time of dropping the truck off. After 4 days of them being unable to replicate the issue I picked the truck up and made it LESS THAN 1/4 mile down the road to the first stoplight and it was already doing the high idle. Everything I have stated in this review has been documented, even the videos of it messing up in their service lane and the messages from them stating the transmission shifts were rough. Please use caution when even considering this dealership, they do not care about anything other than making a sale and their service department is non existent!!!!

This is a great dealership. Full of friendly individuals in service and sales. Ladies and gentlemen who seem to want to be there. This is by far the best service I ve had taking my truck in here both times I ve done so. Also the best prices as well. I come up here for training every so often from Florida and there are many dealer choices. But not like these guys! Give them a shot. I may even take a road-trip to get my next vehicle with them when that time comes. Highly recommend!

All I will say is GO TO TEAM CHEVY for your next car! When they say they work with All credit they mean that too! Itzel is very awesome and she will definitely check on you before and after. She really care for her customers. Thennnn Mr. Bozz the manager omg this man made it happen for me to get a car within my budget. Lastly, Mr Eric in Finance was great he went over everything and broke it down to my understanding.

If you re looking for a dealership that cares about you, makes you feel as though you are the most important person when you walk through the doors, and caters to you as a person, look no further than Team Chevrolet in Swansboro. I am from NH and happened to be in need of a vehicle, I reached out to Jesse to see how the stock for used cars was at their location, and after 4-5 months of looking on the website, I finally found my truck. Immediately, I reached out to Jesse, asked him if the car was there and if it had sold, pre sold, etc. he informed me it had not. I responded with, I want to buy this truck, now. Jesse made this deal happen! I flew in from New Hampshire down to North Carolina to buy this truck from Jesse. He was attentive, answered all of my questions, and made me feel like part of a family, as did all the team members at Team Chevrolet in Swansboro. I would send any person, new driver, veteran driver, new buyer, used car buyer, doesn t matter to Jesse because he will take care of you and find you a vehicle that makes your dreams come to life.
