Bought quite a few parts over the years from their swansboro site to fix some of our trades when we owned CherryPoint Dodge Chrysler. Staff was always polite, and I never held more than 4 or 5 minutes. On the phone before someone got back with me. And from what I understand, their service department is one of the most reliable.

Had a great experience here! Just stopped by to look around and John Musclewhite (can't forget that name!!) was very nice, he showed me the Escape and even though I wasn't quite ready to buy he still took time to help me out. I'm definitely looking to trade my VW for something American made! I will be coming back here and buying a car from either John or Alicia! Best customer service I've ever experienced at a dealership! Thank you Sanders Ford for not pressuring me and really taking time to give me a great experience!

The sales staff was phenomenal. I literally walked into the dealership to get my daughter her first car she picked out what she wanted, and we went from the sales desk, to finance, and then to Insurance and out the door in about 2 hours. Best experience I ve ever had buying a car off a lot !! Thanks guys, you are the best

We purchased a car from this dealer recently and it was one of the best sales experiences Ive had. We were helped by Chuck, whom went above and beyond to help us get the vehicle we were interested in as well as checked up on us and sent recommendations of other cars that may meet what we were looking for. They also offered a great value for our trade which helped us stay within our budget. Once finalized they told us they would reach out once the registration arrived, and I actually just received in the mail! Great service would buy from them again in the future

Made an appointment for emergency repairs because I'm about to leave out of state. Allowed me to check my vehicle in 2 days early from my appointment. Took my car right in even though it's well over 10 years old and 100,000 miles. The next day they had the diagnosis and solution right as they opened, charging me a flat rate. Last minute I asked for an alignment and wasn't a problem. Saw what I did to attempt to repair the issue, they dealt with it no questions asked. Everything on their paperwork gave a detailed explanation for fees based solely on parts and labor, as well as a sheet explaining toe angle for front and rear wheel alignment before and after. Took into consideration the notes I had gave them, saving them time and me money on troubleshooting cost. If I wasn't leaving the state I would surely come back to sanders swansboro for repairs.

Brought my car in for a torque converter repair they told me they couldn t take my word for is so the told me they would not go over 145 with calling to tell me first I ended up paying 175 for a test for them to tell me literally tell me I was right that is was my torque converter didn t give me and new information when I picked my car up then told me based on my mileage and year of my car (2020) I would need a whole new transmission quoted me 11,000. I felt very bullied into making me pay for a test when I already new what was wrong. Ended up taking it to a place in jville they did the tests and test drive for free thoroughly explained what was wrong and fixed it within a day and I definitely didn t need a whole new transmission like ford was trying to make me do. And ford parts and labor costs on there website quoted me 7000 so I m not quite sure where they pulled the other 4k from. I will never go back or trust the dealership service department again I brought it there because I thought it would be the best care for my Ford car just wanting to get as much money out of me as the could. Tried to talk with the manager and explain why I felt jipped but he just gave me the run around and was not helpful at all.

My first experience with Ford service department at Sanders was perfect. They do make appointments and they do get you in and out as quickly as possible. The two very kind folks handling the morning intake were delightful. Thank you Sanders Ford. I will be back.

This evening I left the work and was on my way to Swansboro for my son s last baseball game of the season. Once I hit Piney Green leaving Jacksonville my tire pressure light came on, so I checked the level on my dash and it went from 38 to 15 and continued to drop while driving. I called my mom to meet me at Hwy 172 to grab my son to get him to his game on time. I limped my car to three gas stations from Hubert to Swansboro for air and all three were broken. At this point I was stressing to find help but it was 5:45pm and everywhere was closing. I took a shot and went to Sanders Ford. By this point I was being completely dramatic because of stress and told them I needed air, so I could watch my kid play. In a matter of seconds, I had three sales reps and tech tell me where to put my car and provided the best service! Not only did they get me some air but Travis pulled the screw out and Brandon plugged the tire and I was back on my way. Huge thank you to Travis, Brandon, Jack and Joe. Sanders Ford Inc. is a great local dealership. We deal regularly with the Jacksonville location at my job s but their customer service clearly shows in both locations.

Brandon sold us our first Ford vehicle 2 years ago and he was a pleasure to work with. He hustled and we got amazing treatment and a really good deal. We just bought another Ford vehicle and requested to speak to him and turns out his hard work earned him a very well deserved promotion. We drove the extra miles to his new location and he greeted us and introduced us to our sales rep, Anthony. Anthony trained under Brandon and he hustled and was truly and genuinely personable. Before we walked inside Anthony had already introduced himself prior to. Anthony and Brandon worked with us. We did our due diligence and stopped by at a dealership a few roads down and , while their service was good, they definitely offered us less for our trade-in vehicle and overall more expensive. Additionally, the vehicle we were interested in was cheaper than the Ford one, it ended up being more expensive after they crunched all the numbers to give us "the better deal". Definitely recommend shopping at Ford, it has a family vibe vs a corporate vibe to it and you will leave happy and heard. Thank you Anthony and Brandon!

Purchased a new 2021 F150 and have been extremely happy with it. The sales staff was great, I started my deal on the internet and Zach got all the numbers together and had everything ready to go when we arrived to sign and pick up the truck. He helped us get our phones all set up with the Ford pass app. And was very knowledgeable on all the new features of the truck..The service department is also very good they are friendly and fast getting you taken care of.A great place to purchase a new Ford vehicle.

I went for service to get a recall done then got told needed more work well I did get one service done I went to pick up my car I paid got in started up hard start I noticed my gas gauge was on E when I just got $30.00 the day before I went back in told them nothing done I go get gas turned car off tried to start it was Dead called them they sent someone. back to the dealership I had to go I'm pist at this point Stay Far away from that place " I never let my gas go below a quarter of a tank " BeWaRe

We are so happy that Valerie and Chuck got me into our new Family bus without any hassles or horrible wait time. Our whole family is excited and happy. We love the Ford Expedition Max, it fits us well. You got us the 0% financing too. You are exceptional. My kids told me that they never felt more accepted and comfortable at a dealership

I've not bought a vehicle here, but, they were extremely helpful. I took my vehicle in at 730 AM for unscheduled maintenance. They were able to accept my vehicle and get me in a loaner car in less than 15 minutes. This is great, even better because it was before their regular hours. Awesome team here.

They did a good job with my car, but I specifically asked for the cheapest oil change and told them I didn't need my tires rotated because they were brand new (on the phone while making an appointment) I told them again when I got there, and they still charged me for the premium oil change and tire rotation. Could have better customer service at times.

Wonderful DealershipWe just bought a Tahoe from Sanders Ford and I have to say they were wonderful! I love how nice everyone was. It wasn't your typical car dealership place, where you feel stressed because you feel they are going to take advantage of you. It was the easiest car buying experience we have ever had. I have been doing business with Sanders Ford for several years. I've purchased several vehicles from them over these years. Whenever I take my truck to get serviced it's like I'm their only client in the world!!! I can see this same commitment to the client that they just helped in front of me! I can certainly say that Sanders Ford (especially Service Dept) goes above and beyond! From the technicians in the garage to the girls in the front one can tell they have the highest standards in the industry!!!
