Complete scam artists, told them that I had an interior leak and that it was in the canal and I wanted them to diagnose it. They were adamant that it was my third brake light and I said I m not sure cuz my headliner isn t wet and when I drove it there the previous after a rainstorm it wasn t wet. I pick it up 7 hours later and they told me it was the third brake light cuz there was water stains up there (which was old and I told them). I said oh so u didn t actually look? Then he said they tested and that was the ONLY place and they charged me $135 to put sealant on it. It rains today and I check after drying out my interior and guess what? It s soaked again AND my headliner still isn t wet. So much for the third brake light being the only spot they seen. I don t think they even looked because I had my interior tore up alittle bit and it didn t even look like it was moved or touched. Wouldn t recommend.

I was having a bad time with a shop down the road. This shop had my 71 C20 for 5 months when I was told there would be a 10 day turn around. After waiting 5 months i had my truck towed to Cliffs where he had me a drive shaft made and even fabricated some clutch pedal assembly parts that were very hard to find. My truck is back on the road and I couldn t be happier with the quality of work and professionalism I ve encountered at Cliffs. Ive been going to Cliff for exhaust work since i was 16 and he is just as honest and reliable today.

Several of my neighbors recommended Cliff s. I had a terrible experience a few days prior with NTB so it was really important to me that I could trust who I left my car with. As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted in such a kind way and they listened carefully to my concerns. They assured me that everything would be taken care of and that the price would be reasonable. My car had multiple problems so it was at Cliff s for a full week. During this time, I received multiple calls with updates and great consideration to the fact that I was without a vehicle. Mike, the GM and the mechanics worked together to get my vehicle back to excellent driving condition and the cost was extremely fair. I m very happy with my experience and they have earned my business and my family s business going forward!

Very satisfied with my experience with Cliffs. I needed an exhaust repair to pass NC state inspection, and showed up expecting to leave my truck overnight. They were able to fit me in, assess the situation and within no time had the repairs completed & at a very reasonable cost.Additionally, everyone I spoke with had great customer service skills.They will definitely be getting my business in the future.I Highly recommend !!

This review is based on pre-repairs or maintenance. They are one of the few places able to give you true codes or diagnoses on certain foreign makes like Mercedes with specific scanning tools. Standard scanners either can't read the vehicle at all or will give incorrect or what is called a coverall code, which technically means it could be anything, just that there might be a problem. Again useless information. Brought in a newer Mercedes SUV because as it shifted gears it felt off or sluggish. I called for an appointment thinking about it for at least 2 or 3 days to my surprise within 45 minutes they had a cancellation in one of the scanning bays. I left Cliff's Car Care around 11ish and had a friend bring me back around 4 PM. The equipment found some (trouble or soon-to-be warning codes# * ) in essence a new transmission. I told them, 'Thank you for your time and squeezing in so quick. I paid a slightly higher fee for the diagnosis, the only person I'm being sarcastic to is myself knowing this was a possibility when I bought a newer but, not new Mercedes. His place is nice, especially since moving into the old Chevy dealership. Lots of room to maneuver and plenty of parking. If I decide to fix some editing will surely follow. No photos, sorry. I will try to snag some sooner rather than later.

So awesome! I was traveling to Beaufort from out-of-town on the DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING. It was 2:00 pm, and my car started overheating. I saw Cliff's and pulled in. They took me in IMMEDIATELY and I was on my way by three! The receptionist was so kind, Senior Tech Chris personally handled my situation, and GM Mike, put us at ease and kept us updated throughout. I was so impressed that I actually bought their t-shirt, because I will never forget their kindness to perfect strangers!

Got breaks done here in a tight spot. Dropped it off at 8am by 12 they called telling me it was ready. Great price, great service. Definitely recommend

Awesome service, which I recommend going early in the morning for the quick things like I needed for my oil change and tire rotation. I wasn t tracking, but pretty certain I was able to be in and out in under an hour. It is priceless to be able to drive off the lot without any concerns. Plenty of waiting room!

I am from out of state and had an issue with the car while in the Swansboro, NC area. I took the car to Cliff's Auto Care and received excellent friendly service. They took the time to figure out what was going on with my car and promptly made the necessary repairs. I was treated as if I had been a long-time customer. Very clean and relaxing waiting area. Was a very good experience overall, would recommend. Feel like I made some new friends in the Swsnsboro area.

I'm back for another review of Cliff's Care Care in Swansboro, NC. This time, my middle son was home on leave from the Navy for a couple of weeks on his way to his first duty station in Norfolk, and looking for a used car to purchase. He found one that he liked, and my first thought was "Cliff's has to check it out before you buy it!" So I called Big Mike at Cliff's and, on incredibly short notice, he said bring it in immediately for for a bumper to bumper inspection. Of course we did, and the Cliff's Crew checked out the same day, giving the car a clean bill of health except for one minor repair required due to an oil leak. My son bought the car after getting Big Mike's blessing, and then the Cliff's Team repaired the leak the next day, and in addition, they performed a full maintenance service on the car. After they were done, my son's car was mechanically like new again! Super fast, friendly service at unbeatable prices!! Hey, it's not cheap to fix a car anywhere you go if you want it fixed right the first time, but Cliff's is not going to over-charge you for parts and labor. They have extremely fair prices and dependable service. And you can always count on friendly Mike to be a straight-shooter when he tells you what's wrong with your car, and what it will cost to fix it. There are lots of places in town to take your vehicle for service, but if you want fair, and you want honest, then YOU WANT CLIFF'S!!!

Been going to Cliff's since 2012 with multiple vehicles, always great service. Service is fast and always a very good and you can't beat the low price. Will not go anywhere else.13Dec2023Once again, great service at good price. Everyone is wonderful to deal with. Had new tires, oil change and diagnostic for a potential issue, with a quote on rapid repair when I need it. I came in on a Monday at 3:45pm they were super nice and got my inspection and oil change done by 4:30pm. Also love the kids corner to help keep my daughter occupied while waiting on my car! Will be going back for sure.

I love cliffs care care I went for my inspection, and found out I needed 2 new tires,cliff gave me a great deal!!! Very honest , nice ,friendly service I highly recommend them they are my new car care place to go . Thanks guys you rock

I had never been here, but had always been told I should. I came in at lunch time for a NC inspection at about 5 until 12 in a hurry, but didn't discuss that. I was told that it might be a 30 minute wait for me to get my car looked at because everyone was on lunch. Well I was actually completed and out of there by 1235. Totally impressed and you made a customer for life. The ladies at the front desk were so kind and the look and cleanliness of the inside of the store made it so welcoming and made me totally comfortable waiting for my vehicle. If you're thinking about getting car care go to Cliifs!

With a deployed spouse, and me knowing absolutely nothing about cars, Cliffs is the place here I trust the most. I needed my car inspected, and then realized I needed new tires! Second year I have used Cliff's for state inspection. They were professional, timely, and got me in and out quickly when I was limited on time. Both years while I waited I was impressed listening to them handle calls and customers who came in. Always trying to help, giving honest information on what services they could or did not provide, and extremely polite. They strike me as trustworthy and honest. I'll keep patronizing Cliff's. We need more places who treat their customers this way.

Cliff's provided professional services. All maintenance was discussed and suggestions were made by their team at the appropriate time and reached out to me to get approval before performing any maintenance that was not agreed upon. I will continue to be a repeat customer.

We experienced a radiator leak less than 2 hours after we traveled 8 hours to our vacation destination. We received 2 recommendations to use Cliff s Car Care. Within 24 hours they received the new radiator and had everything up and running. I can t begin to tell you how appreciative and happy we are that this was handle so efficiently while we were on vacation. I highly recommend Cliff s Car Care. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy our vacation while dealing with a major issue 8 hours away from home.
