Fantastic service. If I could score any higher I would. I needed a spare tire remounted and 4 new tires for my truck. Tony said the tires would arrive in a day, but called back a few hours later and said they were here. I was able to get them mounted while waiting. The price was good, and I don't have to travel to Jacksonville if I need balancing like my former tire store.

Great place for car repairs and service. Jake always takes great care of my truck. Tony and Kyle always seem to find the time to chat with me and help me sort out my vehicle issues. Recently, I had my brakes, calipers, shocks, struts, mild lift kit, and new tires. I'm going back in next week to have the headlights sealed out for a newer pair. Super pleased with its current condition.

Amazing small-town Family owned business. Staff are all extremely friendly, super knowledgeable. Got new tires put on there and their quoted prices were more reasonable than anywhere in the whole county! Hands down best business I ve ever had in regards to tire service. Kyle is definitely an individual that cares highly about good customer service and a solid business. Highly recommend to anyone in the Onslow county area

I stopped in 12.02.23 approx 11:15 am and requested an oil change. I did not mention that I also needed tire rotation and an inspection if that was necessary to include in my request. I was told it was by appointment only and that booking was next Thursday. All of the bays were empty on both sides of business. No cars on the lifts. Going forward is that the process to receive the service I was requesting? By appointment only? I was hoping to avoid going back to dealership as they also require service appointments.

First time going to this shop and I must say it was a great experience from start to finish. The guys are very knowledgeable and were finished with my vehicle in a timely manner. Best price I received after shopping around and still with exceptional service! Informed me of other things but definitely didn't feel pressured to do it right then and there like at other shops. Will definitely be back and refer to others!

I had a flat tire otw to Emerald Isle and was driving on the spare. Battlefield Tire Pros were recommended by the desk clerk at The Best Western Hotel. I called and they were do to close in 10 minutes. They were kind enough to wait for me and they replaced my tire and had me rolling again in no time! They were friendly, and the cost was more than reasonable. I highly recommend these guys!

Im from out of town and needed a tire. Saturday I went to Walmart and they said they couldn't do it until Thursday. My cousin told me about Battlefields so I went in Monday morning and purchased a tire. I was in and out within 10-15 minutes. Fast and friendly service.

I needed new front brakes and front tires, so I called Battlefield Tire Pros for a quote. The gentleman on the phone was polite, professional, and helpful at answering my questions. I was able to schedule an appointment to avoid waiting. It was a great experience from start to finish. My car was ready for pickup on the same day i dropped it off. I paid for what I was quoted, so no surprises. I highly recommend this shop.

Brought in a loose rim for repair. Never could get price, was told less than new rim and that it would be like new. This is not like new to me. Was simply ground, welded and left with bare aluminum exposed and the finish in the tire bead is very rough. Cost was 80% of new price. I understand this work is out sourced, and I would have left review with them, but I was not provided any card of who did the work.

Noticed a nail in my tire Saturday around 11 am gave them a call and they said bring it on by, which is impressive considering they closed at 1 pm. Called me about an hour after I dropped it off to let me knownit couldn't be fixed since it was close to the sidewall. Ordered me 2 tires that arrived first thing Monday morning, installed them for me within an hour and I was on my way.Super honest, consultative, and genuine people. Would certainly use them again.

I have used battlefield tire pros for any tire needs for about 20 years, thanks to my brother who was looking out for me in the early years of my living in this area. I have found them honest, reliable, and with reasonable prices. A few years ago, when I was thinking I'd have to get a new tire after a puncture, they said that they could plug it and they guaranteed the work. The plug worked so well it lasted until the tread was pretty much gone and it was time to get all 4 new tires just this weekend. I definitely recommend them for their customer service and work.

Tony and Kyle work very hard to fulfill customer needs in a timely and professional manner. They ve done work for me on everything from a boat trailer to big truck duals and their recommendations, quality, crew performance and pricing has always ranked as better than the competition. My go to place for all tire and alignment work on my vehicles.

Phenomenal customer service! I have been using their service's for over 30 years and highly recommend them everyone. They have replaced tires on all of my vehicles, to include the tractor. Battlefield Tire will continue to be the only tire shop my family ever uses

I had an unexpected bolt puncture my wrangler tire. I was in a near panic and I saw Battlefield was close by and I made it there before the tire lost too much air. I was greeted by Tony. He was calming and reassured me he'd get me squared away. That he and his team did! All fixed, good as new, and down the road in less than an hour. Well done guys! Side note: Tony indicated to me that Battlefield is a 3rd generation family business. I can see it's because these folks get it. They know how to be a friend in the business.

I came in for my check engine light being on. The gentleman found a blown fuse and replaced it. When I tried to leave my truck would not started and run correctly. I was told my throttle body was shot and needed to be replace. Now the cost quoted was reasonable so i left it to be fixed. They called told me it was ready (next day). I was told the new fuse was put in the wrong slot and that is why it would not run. So I feel I had work done that was not totally needed.

Has always been my Go to tire shop due to the oversized wheels in my vehicles. Customer service is off the charts and the communication is transparent! Highly Recommended! I just recently moved from Jacksonville, NC and I m going to tell you I m going to miss this tire shop! Keep being great fellas!

Excellent service! Staff members demonstrated genuine enthusiasm, knowledge, and skills. I especially appreciate the owner and his son who manage the facility. They try to make sure that genuine work has been done and they keep a clean, comfortable facility.

This is the worst tire business I have ever been to in My Life! I will never go back. They are not helpful and they don't like women. The whole office is nasty. The employees are mean. They don't want your business. Don't waste your time here.

Nice guys ! Had a flat tire , new to the area - took me right away patched it up and brought tire back to house and put it on for me ! was able to fit in a oil change too! very reasonable price ! They don t gauge prices and very honest and personable ! They will be my go to for tires and oil changes!
