First time visiting them and they gave me honest, fast, excellent service. Had four new tires mounted up for a great price in no time! Go visit these guys if you need new tires!!

I bought 4 tires here a year ago, and they recently began to deflate. When I went by to have them take a look, I was told it was my fault for not rotating them more frequently and that I needed all four tires replaced. I couldn t believe in one year I needed to replace my 60k tires, with only taking one (800 mile) long trip.He shut down when his conclusion was questioned, and didn't want to solve the issue. I asked to talk to the person above him but he told me that wasn't possible. I asked for his name and he didn't give it. He told me I could take my business elsewhere. (I did). No accountability here or concern for the customer.I went to another place that actually inspected my tires, assuring me that two of my tires were in good shape. The two back tires did need replacing since they found a nail in one of the tires. These two experiences were like night and day.

Worst experience ever. I had a tire replaced on my truck, drove about 30 miles and luckily noticed in my mirror that my wheel was coming off of the truck while going down the interstate. I called to explain the situation to the owner of WNC tire, he was short with me refused to listen and hung up on me. I went by the shop to show him the pictures and videos of the damage to my vehicle. He was belligerent and refused to look at the pictures he also accused me of cussing at him. My intentions were for him to see that they did not tighten the Lugnuts sufficiently so that this would not happen to someone else. I understand people make mistakes but his unwillingness to even listen to me or look at the pictures was absolutely ridiculous. He threatened to call the the police to have me removed from the business absolutely ridiculous not once did I cuss him, not once did I say anything out of line to him.the owner of WNC tire is A hothead and needs to learn customer service skills. de-escalation tactics may be a good plan for his future.The following is my response to WNC tire owners response.You blaming this on rusty Lugnuts is the most ridiculous thing I ve ever heard in my life. You can clearly see from the photographs there s nothing wrong with the Lugnuts or the studs. You did not use a torque stick on my truck I watched every step of the process. The cause of the situation is simple your employee did not torque my Lugnuts properly which caused them to loosen as I drove down the road. i ve read many of your reviews it seems like you have an issue excepting any responsibility for anything, I even read one of your responses where are you called a customer a Karen and challenged his manhood. I believe your comments and actions are a poor example of customer service. We live in a very small town and I know you supply tires to all the other tire dealers in the area. This is why I bought tires from a dump trailer last week from Walmart at this point I refuse to buy tires from anyone who You supply. As I said we live in a very small community your reputation will get around. I would recommend to start treating people with respect and take responsibility when you re wrong.

They bent both rims to my bike when popping the bead. When brought to their attention I was cussed, insulted, and threatened with police intervention. The place is a joke. Guy said he has been in business for 35 years but has the customer service skills of an infant. The original gentleman I was helped by when I arrived was great. The guy playing with his big white jeep can suck eggs.

I had a blow out on our rental car while traveling. WNC tire got us into the garage immediately and replaced the tire for an extremely reasonable price. They were friendly and we were in and out in about 20 minutes. Saved us from losing an entire day of vacation!

I called and got a quote however older people or disabled people who can't remember the information are treated poorly. Have all your sizes ready for the owner. Try to use home town businesses and they treat you poorly. We were not the rude ones. Evidence of the rude comment. Excellent business practice. We did go somewhere else and saved over 100 dollars thank you.

Had my first blow out on our camper on our way to Mama Gerties campground, it was a scary experience. Luckily WNC Tires was only a couple of miles away. I was so impressed with this establishment, the moment you pull up to their parking lot, you can almost smell the professionalism. Everything is so well organized and clean; the Lady at the front desk was very nice, the tire tech took care of me in just a few minutes, he too was very polite and friendly. Too bad I live in Raleigh and will need a new set of tires for my truck soon, but if I lived near this area, I would definitely have them service my truck. Keep up the good work Gentlemen. BTW, that blue RAM TRX I saw in the parking lot is Gorgeous!

Very rude to customers. He said he was the owner I wouldn't recommend until attitude changes. He acts like a self entitled and projects his anger on customers. I am from here originally and this isn't typical from folks. I hope you well and I hope you can be customer friendly in the future. I will update the review if he calls me. I'm sorry for your inconvenience. Look at how this business MAN answers comments and that tells you everything.

Outstanding everything!From price, to customer service..Brody and everyone here changed and replaced my travel trailer tires in record time and for an amazing price! I cannot begin to tell you how many places we ve tried to get tires replaced at and nobody would help us, Goodyear, camping world, NO ONE.WNC carries cooper as well and they are my new fav truck tires (side note.)Thank you again, you guys RULE. We will be back.

I called the store to confirm the price of four tires they had listed in their website. I went to the shop and they started installing the new tires. I ended up paying $300 more than what was listed online and what I was told on the phone. There was no point in arguing with the manager because the tires had already been installed, and the manager seemed quite hot headed, so he d likely charge me even more out of spite just to have the new tires taken back off.

7/17/23 Traveling through the area in a heavy travel van and stopped at WNC Tire for a tire issue. While speaking with a young man at the counter to see if they could check my rear tire and how long, I gave him my name and cell number to wait. The clean-cut guy behind him involved himself unnecessarily when I asked if they were able to just put air in the tire. He said, there s air on the corner. Since it s a rather large building and I hadn t noticed which corner it was, I asked which one, he said, there s two to choose from, you have a 50-50 chance! Real nice. I hunted it down at the lower part of the parking lot and paid for the air. I headed to the waiting area anyway to wait an hour or so since I was already there and asked the same young man what the WiFi password was, since it showed, WNC Guest" on their site. Same clean-cut guy again interjects saying, there s No Public Password here! That and the previous sarcastic remark later confirmed that the clean-cut guy happened to be Dennis the Owner. An employee would never reply with the antagonistic and sarcastic tone this "owner" displayed. He instilled no sense of trust so I left and bought a needed new tire elsewhere. After reading plenty of dissatisfied reviews, that was the right decision. You can learn a lot about a business on how a business owner responds to a customer s complaint. Dennis has every excuse in the book to point the dirty stick at customers that initially came in with a problem and a basic expectation of service and trust. It always ends up the customer's fault. Why bother with WNC Tire where customers are taken for granted when you can take your business to where you can expect reasonable customer service and not have to take a chance the "rude owner" is having a bad day?! ADD-ON RESPONSE TO OWNER'S COMMENT: "As at least one other Reviewer has said, 'you are a liar,' and for a 'grown man,' not very mature!"

Tire selection and stock are great, but I would highly recommend taking them elsewhere for mount and balance. My brand new, in box wheels were visually inspected with their employee before leaving possession - they came back damaged. I'm guessing the owner didn't check the facts before trying to blame us for the damages. When the circumstances were explained, he tried to justify the mistake by saying he already gave a mounting "discount" because his cashier forgot to charge us for a "reverse mount" fee of $40 - a charge we were never informed of, nor was it required by Enkei or the tire manufacturer. -_-When we pointed that out, he flat out denied any fault and refused to accept or cover the damages to my $250 wheel.TL;DR They ruined my new in box wheel trying to mount a tire and called us liars rather than simply apologizing for their mistakes.Dennis hasn't the first clue about customer service.I refuse to do future business with a person who in incapable of navigating a level-headed conversation regarding a simple mistake ; one that would have taken very little effort to resolve with candor. Clearly they will not receive any recommendations from me, my friends, nor my clients.

Trying to work out costing on something and then literally hang up on me when I asked why isn't it the alignment something that they provide or align us with so that we don't buy tires and then don't have an alignment

I purchased a new set of tires in June, no issues there, but i went back in July, as the vehicle had a vibration, starting around 60 MPH, got worse at 65 mph, but went away at 75 MPH.The owner was adamite, it was not the tires, I HAD TO PAY for a rebalance...He stated that it was because my van was old, it is, it was because it had a lot of miles on it, It does, he said it was because i bought cheap tire, I did.. he did rebalance the tires, tried to say I had a bent wheel. which I didn't see that the wheel was bent. bottom line, the left rear tire was out of balance by 1/2 ounce, the left frt tire was out of balance by 1/4 ounce.I have bought several sets of tires here in the past, and i have 2 more vehicle that needs tires, I probably will buy them somewhere else. I will not be talked down to by anyone.

Customer service here is phenomenal! I was through on business, and needed tires, and an inspection badly. They accommodated me, and had me ready to go in about an hour. The people there were so friendly. I definitely recommend them.

Knew right away I had the wrong size tires and took the time to roll a proper sized one out to show the difference.Late in the afternoon, Labor Day weekend Friday, and I expected to just schedule an appointment but he said "we will do it right now if you want". All 6 tires (dually).Price was good, a lot of tires in stock and literally the guy looked happy doing his work. Smiled the entire time and it was genuine excellent customer service.I think this is my place now.

Bought a set of tires from WNC Tire. The next day I had a loud noise and bad vibration in the rear. I drove it immediately back to the WNC asked if they would take a look. The Tech first told me it was psychological and basically refused to take a look. He also insisted over and over that it was my car and also the fact that I bought cheaper tires that was causing the issue. He said take it to your mechanic to have car looked at and noticing I was getting nowhere with this Tech I did just that. The result was 3 loose lug nuts that were never tightened on the back passenger tire during installation. I could turn these lug nuts by hand. This could have all been avoided if the Tech would have just taken a quick look. I took your advice and took my car to a mechanic that same day. The mechanic was the one who pointed out that the lug nuts were loose and showed me 3 so could have been more. Mechanic did not find anything that would have caused the issues that I was having. Soon as lugs were tightened issues went away. You were looking for a warning light and you never got out of the car to check the tires you drove the car right back over and continued to argue it was my car. You can call me names or insult me all that you would like. I would have never expected this kind of attitude being that you are the owner.

I had an emergency situation where both back tires had picked up nails or screws. Called and found out they could try repair or they had replacements in stock. Took half hour and both tires repaired and remounted. Nice freindly personnel. Will use again.

Passing through on vacation, I blew a tire on my fifth wheel. We went to WCS Saturday morning and met Dennis and Lisa. To say they were pleasant and friendly would be a huge understatement. Their pricing is outstanding, but I would have paid well beyond that to do business with them. Fantastic people and even better service.

Bought two tires today. It was a positive experience (convenient, good price, efficient service, friendly staff). Perfect if they would have returned the spare tire donut, jack, and coverings into the built-in recessed storage area of the trunk, instead of just piling them into the trunk - filling it up - so I'll need to remember to put them away properly before heading to the grocery store! This is our second experience with WNC Tire; my son purchased four tires for his truck last year and was very pleased.

So grateful for the friendly people at WNC!!! Tires were a great, reasonable price. Everyone working was so nice and professional. They shared extra concerns and advice with us after getting a flat on the highway. Lisa was so sweet and helpful !! Please support this local business before heading to a big shop

I have bought quite a few sets of tires at WNC Tire and always have been very satisfied with their work. They have a very large selection of tires in every size and if they don't have the exact brand you want they can get it usually by the next day. And most important they are very friendly and knowledgeable and their prices are very good for great quality tires. I will continue to buy there and recommend it to all my friends.

Extremely friendly and professional. I was in and out within 30 for a new tire. Great price and they do not charge to balance the new tire like so many other places in the area. Very pleased, I will definitely be coming back!

We were on vacation and the check tire light came on. I drove up and within 5 min, the techs had our van jacked up and assessed the issue: a nail in the tire. They quickly removed the nail, patched the hole, and filled the tire. All within 10 min and no appointment! Awesome service!!!!

These folks were super nice and agreed to replace the tire on my mother's car 5 mins before closing time and ended up staying a little late. It was very kind. So I decided to go there when I needed tires on my Mazdaspeed 6. They had a great selection and really good pricing. I didn't have to wait long at all and the cost was exactly as quoted. Def recommend these folks to anyone who needs tires.

Purchased a set of four tires for my sons Bronco ll. Had two choices in my price range. No pressure sales, extremely friendly workers. Excellent service at a fair price. Hard to find these days. I would totally recommend them.
