Coming down to the beach; I heard grinding noises under my car.. I looked under the car and noticed my splash guard was hanging down and rubbing against the pavement .. I was down here by myself so didn t know who to call. It was almost 4 pm so I was worried I wouldn t be able to find anywhere to get it fixed. I called TD Automotive and they told me to come on in. I arrived and they were so accommodating and had my Honda in and out in 5 minutes. They were so kind and helpful and did not charge me anything. I give them 5 stars because they were wonderful in all areas. From being Warm and receptive on the phone listening to my concern to fixing my issue and getting me in and out quickly. I will use them again should any other issues arise. Thank you!!

I came in for the first time this morning. I was 3.5 hours from home at Holden beach and was loading my luggage and noticed a oil puddle under the rear end of my truck. I was afraid to drive the truck from there down I-40 to home and told them I would pay them double if they could get me fixed and home so I wouldn't miss work tomorrow. They got me in and replaced the rear end seal in less than two hours and did not charge me double and would not take anything extra. Great people and great service. I highly recommend them. Thank you TD Automotive you guys are awesome!

TD Automotive is a great company for auto service. I took my daughters car to a place on Hwy 17 Ocean Isle Beach area & they wanted $7,000 to fix her Equinox. Had it towed to TD & they fixed it perfectly for $1650. Wonderful to see honest folks in this industry - they are GREAT

Our truck s fan stopped working suddenly about 4 houses from arrival at our vacation house. Would be a long hot 7-1/2 hours home with no AC We called TD Automotive Monday morning asking if they could fit it in and mentioned we were hoping it was just a fuse. The mechanic said he thought it was more likely the motor or a small part on the motor and gave me a reasonable rough estimate. He said they were pretty much booked for that day but could work on it the next and if I wanted to drop it that day, he would try to take a peek. So I dropped it off and got a call a couple hours later saying it was indeed just a fuse and was ready for pick up. A very reasonable price and speedy service! Would highly recommend this repair shop!

Might look unpolished from the outside but these folks are professionals that know aht they are talking about. Had my car towed here on the recommendation of the local tow truck company one weekend. The owners talked with me on a weekend to make sure they understood the problem I was experiencing before we even got there. They had my car ready for pick up by the end of Monday and we're willing to stay past closing to let me pick it up same day. Highly recommended.

Dave and Leslie were great! 2019 GMC Sierra. We were visiting on vacation and my truck started misfiring. No dealer would work with me and wouldn t even look at the truck for over a week. Tom and Dave are the best mechanics in this area. They do professional work at an extremely reasonable price. They don't do work that is not necessary as i have found others to do nor do they go on fishing expeditions to diagnose problems. When the air bag on my '97 Town Car developed a leak I asked Tom to do a thorough inspection of my car before I put more money into it. He did that and gave me a complete list of 6 things that should be done with a price for each. Only 2 things required immediate attention with the rest needing to be done as necessary, including converting the air bag suspension to a spring suspension. The price they quoted for the latter was nearly $400 less than the local Ford dealer. They charged nothing for the thorough inspection and Tom said he would not hesitate to drive the car across country. Their service, attention to detail, and honesty is the reason I am and will continue to be a loyal customer.Services: Auto power window repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto rear window replacement, Vehicle Inspection, Auto detailing, Brakes, Oil change

Great honest mechanics!Loved that they choose to open a shop in Supply.So, far we have had minor repairs and oil changes.But. I WILL BE BACK!Needing to get brakes on one car shortly and a tune-up on the other.

This is an amazing team of people. My wife's check engine light came on 3 hours from home. TD Automotive was completely booked but, they took time to diagnose the car, telling her it would be safe to drive. She got in to leave and the car wouldn't crank. Leaving her stranded with her mother and our two young children. She tried for hours to work out a tow and rental car (Turns out our roadside assistance was useless), during which time TD Automotive allowed my family to rest inside out of the heat, gave my children snacks and kept them entertained. They then offered to try to work the car in for a repair the next day. The lady in the office then insisted on taking them to a hotel for the night. The next morning she called my wife at 8:15 am to let her know the car had been fixed and that she was on her way to pick them up. She said the mechanic had stayed late the night before in order to begin the repairs. He had returned early that morning in order to finish them. The bill for their time and repair was just a little over $100 (not nearly what they deserved in my opinion). This team went above and beyond for my family making sure they were safe, cutting into their own personal time to help and not taking financial advantage of a very desperate mother. Excellent mechanics! I have been dealing with starting issues for a month, disrupted my work heavily. Got them recommended from a family friend after bad experience with another shop and they are a life saver! They fixed my truck , fires right up! Finally I can rely on my truck again. Took my truck in to have a diagnostic test done and they couldn t figure out what was going on with it. They did a hard reset on it and so far that fixed the problem. When I went to pay them they said there would be no charge. I couldn t have asked for a more honest and dependable mechanic. This shop is awesome. The staff worked with me to help resolve another shop s errors and they were so helpful to explain everything to me. I won t go anywhere else from now on. They made a bad situation so much better.

The best service we could have asked for. Our car broke down while on vacation and they got us in right away, found the problem was beyond repair and gave us options on what to do. We had to leave the car there while we went home and they were so gracious, wouldn t even accept payment. Highly recommend to anyone and so thankful for their help.

Pretty sure they misdiagnosed my car and charged me a bunch of money for things I didn't need. Wasn't happy with the end result or the timeline for completion

I am from out of state and had to have a tow service jump my battery. I took the car to TD Automotive thinking that I needed a new battery. But they tested it for free in 10 minutes and didn't try to sell me a new battery when I didn't need one. I will go there again if I have problems.Service: BatteryService: Battery
