I recently had an excellent experience with Skip's Tire, and I am compelled to share it. Their professionalism truly stands out. Whether it's an emergency or a same-day request, they've consistently accommodated my needs. This level of service is rare and much appreciated.I've contacted numerous tire shops from Myrtle Beach to Wilmington, and not a single one can match Skip's Tire in terms of pricing. Their affordability doesn't compromise the quality of service, which is a significant plus.Having used their services multiple times, I am continually impressed. Each visit reaffirms my decision to choose them. They have a team that genuinely cares about their work and their customers. I couldn't be more pleased with their service and highly recommend them to anyone in need of tire services. Skip's Tire is a shining example of exceptional service and value.

I've been to Skips twice and have had a good experience each time due to the technician who knew what he was doing. They seem to be very good and knowledgeable. They also seem to be honest unlike some other shops in the BrunsCo area.

Have also had a pleasant experience when dealing with both Skip Locations but the last time I went was a horrible experience. Had a hard time getting a lug nut off Manager came and got me so I could see what was going on was told they stopped trying to get lug nut off so I could see how hard of a time employee was having went to back to see employee was still trying to get lug nut off and never stopped like I was told. Also told by another employee the one that originally was suppose to change tires that employee having a hard time actually had wrong size lug wrench on lug originally. Had to wind up hitting it off with hammer. Told whoever last person to change tires was responsible. And I know I could have told them to stop but at that point damage was done before I was even told about issue. Stopped by to just get 2 used tires temporarily and wind up leaving with a broken stud and only 4 lug nuts on tire instead of the 5 like I came to Skips with. Was told whoever changed my tires last time messed it up which made no sense which i voiced because when I came to them all lug nuts where on tire with no damage to stud. Was told I could go down road and get fixed for about $30 by manager. Left there truck drove worst then it did when I stopped by. Husband fixed wheel stud just went ahead and replaced the whole wheel bearing since he had to replace stud little easier. But just shocked at what was done. First time I have ever had bad experience with Skip Tires. And I have used them a lot but after last time I will never go back there again.If it was last person's fault that changed tires how could they get all 5 lug nuts back on tire like it had when I came there. When Manager said that told him that it was Walmart last people to rotate tires and yes I know they can make some mistakes but this one was not on them because they had all lug nuts on tires. Will never deal with them again after this. Feel like Manager felt because I was a women he could just tell me whateverAnd like I said I know I could have stopped them but the damage had already been done before I was notified either way he would had to still get lug nut off at that point because employee had already had it striped out

Kind service at reasonable prices but their waiting room is absolutely filthy. Yeah I know it's a tire shop but create a welcoming clean atmosphere. It's not just men getting tires these days like in the old days.

These guys are saints...I've bought tires from them and over the years they have pulled nails, screws and such out and repaired. Today they repaired a slow tire leak...great prices so tip your tech a little

Needed a used tire to travel back home. Skip and his crew made sure I was safe and ready to travel 400 miles. They made sure my spare tire was secured under the truck bed and all with 35 minutes.

I've been getting tires here from skip over 20 years and never has he not had what I needed sometimes it's to the truck comes in. But for a family-owned business this is one of the best

They are awesome, they were able to help me out, so I am also very grateful. They're phenomenal prices, for the kind of service I recieved, and the fact they shocked me a very reasonable price, lowest I've experienced in a long time, I recommend this place!! I've been here twice with my mom, once to just get a tire plugged and the second time to get all four new tires. Employees are very friendly and helpful and super quick, BUT good at their jobs. Prices are fair and they make sure to get you in and out quick as they can. I definitely recommend going here for any car/tire troubles.

Honest and helpful. I was told I needed a new tire at another local establishment, but Skip's was honest. They safely plugged a nail hole and saved me big-time! Thank you Skip's, I will be back. Note: it was hot in the waiting area, but I'll sweat to save $135!!!

I have been going to Skips for 2 yrs, just getting good used tires at a great price,but this time I got 4 brand new tires,at a phenomenoly great price,I was able to be seen promptly and the guys were very respectful and answered all my questions honestly. 4 brand new tires, and out the door in a timely manner and no one else can beat the price, I paid for the tires and had them put on for what i would purchase the tires alone for anywhere else. Thank you Mr Skip..I also get a 1 yr Rd hazard warranty and free tire rotation!

Took my delivery car in for a vibration issue. They were very helpful. Honest about possible causes. Took me right in and corrected the issue. The technician and owner were both very friendly. The charge for service was very reasonable.I will definitely be back for tires for my vehicles.Thanks guys.

Always busy! Eddie and staff are great and do their best to get customers in out as quickly and efficiently as possible. Have bought tires and rims from Eddie many times and will continue to do so.

Called to get a price for tires and the owners daughter called me back. Said the tire were $300 for 4 and did not include balancing. I asked for the total price and she said $100 per tire. I asked her to confirm, to make sure I was correct with out the door price of $100.00 per tire. She took a deep breath and said - ma'am I said 100.00 total per tire I just don't know the tax. I asked what mileage they were rated for and she said she didn't know, between 50,000 and 65,000. She was extremely rude!!! Might be a great place for tires, but the customer service over the phone was beyond poor.

Wonderful and honest! If you need tires or have a flat go to Skips! I use the Supply Store when I need something. I wish they could expand and do more services.

They sold chopped tires and they ride so bad that you can t hold the vehicle in a straight line. I am having to turn around and go buy another set of tires because all they want to do is exchange them for another set that will ride the exact same way. Under any circumstances DO NOT BUY FROM these people!!! They won t even give me my money back. They won t even give me my old tires and I have a good amount of money into these tires. I can go anywhere else and buy used tires and have no problem. This place absolutely sucks!!
