Ladies beware. This place was recommended by a male friend. I just needed a brake job. They kept raising the price, they broke part of my suv, and they left it filthy. At one point, after the 3rd price hike, I told them no thanks, I'd just come get it, and they REFUSED to give my suv back, saying it wasn't drivable. I drove it over there, so it was very obviously something they did. After hearing about all the extremely unprofessional, rude things these folks did, my friend said he had never been treated like that and he wouldn't go back. I feel firmly like they did this bc I am female. Find somewhere else, gals.

My wife Wendy and I have been getting our cars serviced and repaired for the last 3 years and have always received excellent service and results. Especially kind and professional is Sandra who is exceptionally gifted in providing a stress free solution to what could be an otherwise very challenging situation . I m so glad I go to L&A North. Janice and Jeff helped me get an issue with my truck resolved. It was done quickly and they got it on the first time. Highly recommend and enjoy being a customer of theirs.

The staff at L and A are so very friendly and welcoming. We had tires replaced and then when we had an issue a day later with a sensor, they quickly worked us in to replace the sensor. Jonathan was very friendly, knowledgeable and helped me make informed decisions about my car! New to the area, and so happy we used L and A for our car needs! Fast, friendly and affordable!

Have used L&A North for several "object in tire" patches over the past few years. Used them for a state inspection several times (and I will point out, they do not charge the state allowed maximum, but just what it costs them to do, which is nice). This year, for an inspection, they stated the check the alignment on every vehicle they do a state inspection on, which I thought was interesting at first.They did check the alignment on my vehicle and it did show mine was out on one wheel only. I originally declined (with zero pressure when I declined, and gave the printout as reference to take with me) as I was under a time crunch but then changed my mind and ultimately decided to get it done here, since it was already up on the rack and added maybe five extra minutes to fix.Everyone who was there getting inspections also had alignment issues, and everyone got them fixed. Sure, it's an upsell, but, an easy one for them where they can show you actually what is wrong and the impact it's having. I was having some odd tire wear, and this certainly will extend the life of my tires now so, I'd rather spend a little more for an alignment than a lot more for all new tires sooner than necessary.Am happy with this location and the staff.

They have always been good on my vehicles! I do most of my maintenance but I go here when I need something done I cant do. Did I mention that Sonja s grill is next door so you time it right and by the time you are done with breakfast or lunch your vehicle is ready to go.

I have had nothing but the best of service when my vehicles have been taken to L & A. The y have been very helpful and always told me the details of what was needed and what was done. I will recommend L & A to anyone needing help. Thanks to Sandra for all her help.

Nice people. And I have never had to bring a vehicle back to them for something they didn t do correctly. Jonathon is very informative and extremely helpful, and being a woman, I have never felt they were trying to over sell something.. highly recommend them.

L & A does all of my car service since moving to the area and I have recommended it to family and friends. However, the last few times I have had my cars serviced they seem to be checking things I did not ask them to check so they can run up the bill i.e. cabin air filter, tire alignment, brakes etc. I may be looking for a new auto center soon.

My family has been a customer for many years with this company. We have all types of vehicles, for oil changes, mechanical service, tires, front end alignment, ETC Ms Sandra is awesome and the whole staff !

Asked for car inspection without an appointment, car was taken in right away, checked alignment and found an issue which was fixed. Highly recommended for any repairs that are needed. They are very accommodating.

Jonathan was an absolute champ. I'm sitting there with my tire ripped to shreds. He sent his guy over to me on an ATV in the middle of Ocean Highway with a floor jack, drill and a friendly smile in tow. Needless to say, this is my new tire and auto guy. Thanks L & A Tire and Auto!!

This location doesn't do appointments, however I called to check approximate wait time before going up there. They got my oil change and tire rotation completed within the hour and were all so friendly and inviting! I enjoy their atmosphere up there! The waiting area is outside but I was able to pop up one of their umbrellas and enjoy the weather while I waited.

Great auto care and inspection facility. Recently had a vehicle inspected on the way to drop my girls off at school, they saw me as a walk in, immediately took the vehicle and had us on our way in less than 10 minutes. Also had tires put on a separate vehicle same day, last minute request by me but they ordered the tires, had them there by 1:30 that afternoon and vehicle was seen to as quickly as they could. Prices are fair, service was excellent. Highly recommended.

Glad I didnt spend $1500+ for AC repair. My car's AC was partially cooling when I took it here for servicing. They told me there was a blockage and parts to fix it would be around $1500. When I left I had no cooling at all where I used to have some cooling. Decided to get 2nd opinion somewhere else. Result: no blockage, no leak just needed charge of coolant. Works great now. Saved over $1400. Avoid this place. Also they didnt rotate my tires when they were suppose to.

Closed at 4:26PM. Not sure how long they were closed before that. Also, the mechanics gave us strange looks as we pulled in and closed their doors as we tried to walk up to the main door to simply pick up our car like they wanted us to know that they were going to be absolutely no help to us. Mission accomplished. I need to stop giving this place the benefit of the doubt, we have truly given them too many chances and they do us dirty every time.

So after being a long time customer, I will no longer use l&a tire in supply. We took my wife's truck to have 2 tires mounted and balanced and a tire patched that was leaking. My wife went to pick up the truck and had to turn around and go back. The tech didn't even fill the tires up to the correct air pressure. The next day the tire that was supposed patched was almost on the rim. Come to find out the tech never even took the tire off the rim to patch the tire. So I had to take time off work to go back up there Monday morning to fix the problem. The lady behind the desk was very very rude about the whole situation. I asked what could be done for my time that was wasted and she said nothing. I asked about the $30 that they charged me to do the service and she wouldn't even refund that. Finally I believe it's the owner come talked to me and was level headed and did give me the $30 back. $30 ain't really anything, it was the principle of the matter that they charged me for a service that wasn't done. Very unsafe as well letting my wife leave with under inflated tires and a patch that wasn't fixed. We were having to add air every 12 hours and the techs excuse was he couldn't find a hole.

ORIGINAL REVIEW - Called asking for help with tires was told she missed all of her deadlines? Don't know what she meant but not too helpful.NOTE TO OWNER: I didn't misunderstand anything. The lady on the phone acted as if I was nothing more than a problem for her. Also, I'm here again today and have the same woman being just as rude. Please understand I don't demend respect but maybe when someone calls and asks for help ( to give you money ) ya'll should atleast be interested ( in taking the money ).That being said there was definitely another lady in the office that was sweet as could be and a very good dog hanging out. Have a nice day!

Staff was friendly and the inspection was very quick. If you go early (7:30 am) you ll probably be out in less than 30-minutes. I was the first customer of the day and was out by 7:45 am!I will return for future work on my vehicle.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I have used L&A tire north several times. I bought tires from them and the price was very competitive. The best part is they had it done quickly. They replaced the entire exhaust system on my truck, put a new caliper on and just recently replaced the fuel pump which is inside the gas tank. I have had oil changes and inspections performed there. I have always felt I have been treated fairly. Did I mention they are really nice people? You won t be sorry if you use them.

I've been to this place a couple of times now for new tires, oil change/inspection as well as tire repair. They are very professional, friendly and reliable. They got our van in fast for an unexpected flat tire recently and on a Friday at that! Highly recommend.
