I had an urgent issue with my drive belt, and this mechanic went above and beyond by installing a new one at a moment's notice. Not only was the service quick and efficient, but the mechanic was also incredibly polite. What impressed me even more was the affordability of the service. I highly recommend this skilled professional for their exceptional work and customer-friendly approach!

No idea who wrote all the positive reviews but this place is a joke. Said they had what I needed and to come on over. Once there I am told that I told them the wrong part (99% sure I did not) without even the possibility that they got it wrong. So I waited and waited there and finally got fed up and left so the one saving grace was that this joke of a place got zero of my dollars. STAY AWAY if at all possible.

Had a caliper issue on our JK. B & B was recommended. Wow awesome service great people work done quickly and for a very fair price. Being from out of town you just never know but B & B treated us like long time customers. Highly recommended!!

We've had to take our take Honda CRV to B&B for multiple tire repairs and most recently to replace our radiator. They're always fair priced and easy to work with. We appreciate how they always are able to take our car in quickly. Would recommend!

Pulled in with a nail in my tire today. I offered to leave it and, although they seemed busy, they had me pull right in and fixed it immediately. Very friendly crew. I will be a return customer for sure.

Was on vacation and had a tire slack...checked and saw 3 nails. They fixed me right up. Hard working employee who were friendly and helpful!

The staff is great and they don't take advantage of women bringing in their vehicle to be worked on. Always get awesome service. Keep it up guys!

Awesome service and people. Drove from New Jersey on vacation and blow a rear shock just outside of Holden Beach. I called around but most shops were to busy. I lucked upon B & B and even though they were busy, they said to bring the van over and they would have a look. They took the information on the van and said they would have the part tomorrow. The next day after dropping the van off, I got a call saying that the tire on that side caused the issue and I need a new one. I thought I was going to pay a hefty price. The price they charged me was what they quoted me and after checking the internet, it was way under the the cost of just the shock repair. They took care of the problem, great pricing and great people.

These guys were super amazing! I left Boone and drove to Holden, and the next morning I had a flat. B&B was the closest to us, so we called and they said come on over. We went straight there, and 10 min later my tire was fixed and we were on our way. Everyone was super friendly. Thank you guys so much!!!

BEWARE Honda headlight lens was broken but all lights were working. They replaced entire headlight component.and now no daytime running lights or taillights. Took car back and he said he was sorry but tried everything he could now I m out 300.00 and no daytime running lights or taillights. This place is ok for inspections and maybe oil change, nothing more.

They patched a leaky tire for me upon arrival on June 8. I was on vacation and had to be out of our house the next day, and was also dealing with a family medical emergency that occurred while we were away from home. My tire lost 20 psi overnight. B&B was a lifesaver for us. Super friendly, honest, and competent team. Highly recommended and I will definitely return, as they do a range of services beyond just tires.

I was out of town on a mini vacation and got stopped with a warning ticket to get my car inspected in order to bring my registration up to date.The following day I showed up at 8:20 am at B&B where Jerry and his guys put me immediately in line to not only inspect my wife s vehicle but offered to give me a full service oil change, etc. Super efficient, knowledgeable staff, awesomely nice making me feel as if I had done business with him for years! Not only a man s garage but witnessed how well and politely they treated the female drivers just before me and afterwards from the next bay over. They only accept which is fine. Ready..? I was $10 dollars short, Jerry says to just bring it back. I asked and he shared where the nearest Truist Bank was located. Went and came back within 10 minutes and he was just as friendly and appreciative as if we were long time friends. This guys are the real deal! Got an alert for low tire pressure while on vacation at Holden Beach. B&B took at look at the tires for me with no appointment necessary. Filled all my tires, assured me that there was no issues that needed fixed, but told me to come up if they flaired up. Here's the kicker - no charge! Any other place in the world would have charged a nominal fee, but not B&B. I will absolutely take any business over there while wee are down here.That's integrity, and you can't buy that.

Jerry and his crew are awesome. We had car trouble at the beach before we were scheduled to go back to New York. After searching around, service centers backed up for weeks, Jerry looked at our car the same day, fixed it the next day and we were able to return home on time. Great work great price. Can t thank them enough!

Needed a trailer tire replaced, they knocked it out in no time, friendly staff it's like I've been going there for years... it was nice to see there's still shops like this around. Fair priced and quick service

My car broke down at 9:45 at night on the way to the beach on a Friday night, we had our car towed to B&B and they had it diagnosed and fixed by noon the next day with no appointment. Great price and friendly people.

Will always take my vehicles to Jerry trust him with All my vehicles he has never stood me wrong and prices are good. When we moved away I would make a 4 hour trip just so he could change my oil And maintain my vehicle.

At Holden Beach on vacation. Night before leaving for home, water pump on my Toyota van went out. Saturday morning i was able to get to B & B by tow truck - they got the part and fixed it in their parking lot. We got on the road a few hours later, a 10 hour road trip with no problems. They were great & I totally believe the repair would have cost a lot more elsewhere. Great place!

I moved here in November 2019. Had car trouble the second week - knowing no one. I asked around and was given references to B&B. I could not have been more pleased with the service I received there. Everybody is so nice, funny and personable; rates are reasonable. I have continued to use their services (several times) and always feel the same.

Flat tire. Not only fixed it without appt. Above and beyond checking all tires. Repaired in minutes with a smile. Would've cost me a day anywhere else. Wish they were in my hometown. Coincidentally same thing happened to my brother the day beforeSame outcome.

We just bought our home on Holden Beach over a month ago. I got in our Lexus SUV and the dashboard went bananas and wouldn't start. I called B&B Tire Services. Tony showed up in the next 20 minutes. This all happened at 10:30AM EST today. It's 11:30AM EST the same day and I'm back to work! B&B Tire Services is our official auto repair "go to" from this day forward...

Great customer service and fast! Got turned down by two other tire shops trying to get my sons new go cart tires set and inflated. Found B and B online and they said no problem and had them done in less than 5 minutes. Made my sons day and mine too!

Great experience, we had a screw in our tire and they got us right in and fixed the problem. They spent 40 minutes and charged 20 dollars. They also checked all the tires for pressure. Tony was awesome!

Jerry gets it done. He really speaks and talks to customers on a one on one level. Anyone who is there pretty much knows Jerry and they speak very highly of him and about his work he produces. I'm only going this places 4 stars instead of five because the goons working for him half know what they're doing, if it wasn't for Jerry checking over their work to ensure quality , this place would be trash.
