The "L" word is a bit strong to describe my visit. I picked up what I ordered and bought something else. Service was fine. I return often so it can't be all bad. Special orders are fulfilled within a day or two.

This Napa is awesome! Matt, the manager,has been so helpful to this woman!! The staff r just like Matt. Friendly, helpful, smiling, knowledgeable!!! I will definitely always buy at this Napa!!!!
